Much better with original voice, feels more authentic
Yea same. This just feels fake.
Real I could tell
The Italian accent was strong, especially in the mispronunciation of specific words, but it was easy to understand due to the script being in impeccable English. And yes, most of all it was authentic. I'll miss it.
I was ready to make a similar comment but I see many people have beaten me to the punch
This qeer voice is annoing.
I miss the italian accent. Still amazing video, bro!
I don’t
How? Dubbing suits you better? Tf
Same it's nice to hear from the actual creator otherwise the video feels a bit distant.
Same
@@MrJettri99my guy. People are allowed to have different opinions from you. Quite shocking I know.
Aw man I miss the accents :'( I understand it frees up time for you to make more quality videos though! It's just strange to see Simone speaking whose voice we know and then a totally different voice overdubbed.
1000% agree
no its much better with the narrator because i had to slow down the video to fully understand what he was saying
that's just you, i think most people could understand him just fine lol@@psy-lion
Note: Soon after independence, the nation was engulfed in a civil war between various factions, which were typically distinguished from one another by clan affiliations.More than 500,000 people fled the region during this time due to persecution, deteriorating poverty, and better economic opportunities in the West or other former Soviet states.
Independence for CIS countries was independence from the Russian leadership BECAUSE OF China's Rise. Independence meant "wait and see whether China will actually accept you (because if they DON'T WANT YOU, you're all getting bombed in a future war)". Independence has NOTHING to do with America. America just tries to steal attention and has a weird and old relationship with northern india
why didn't you mention that they killed thousands of Russians there, it was pure genocide
I (and I think many others mayhaps) prefer the original style of you speaking English. It would be nice to see it return, unless having someone else dub over saves a lot of time. Though it is quite strange seeing someone who's voice I know out of sync with a new voice dubbing over. It feels like I'm a little kid again without cable watching my countries free TV channel that would play English movies at night with 1 guy doing all the dubbing for each character XD
You managed to make an unsolicited video about Tajikistan highly entertaining! And educational. 👏🏻👍🏻😄
Interesting, well narrated and presented, everything you could want. Keep up the great work 👏
He has extremely tense relationships with other CA leaders. Especially KG as he had several armed skirmishes already. There were occasional fist fights over the water since the collapse of the SU, but last years guns, mortars and artillery were put to use. He used to have a particularly nasty beef with Uzbekistan's Islam Karimov for some reason.
He used to think they were ganging up on him because they are all turkic and Tajikistan is not. It kinda became self fulfilling prophecy later :)
@@LalaLa-ze7kvtajiks have more Persian influence than Turkic influence?
@@richarddavis8863 of course. It is literally iranic speaking country. Only one in Central Asia. Thus kinda isolated one
Hey, the Italian accent was so much more authentic. Love the videos but don’t lose being yourself, man. It had way more character. Love from 🇮🇳
Bro, you confused the rivers, that w was the otherway around😂😂😂 But thank you for your interest and attention about Tajikistan 🇹🇯

Nice work. Very informatively and humorously done. Thanks.👍😊
I’ve been curious to learn more about this region, thank you!
Love the content as always, but if I had difficulty understanding you (which I do not, your English is excellent) I would engage subtitles.
Dubbing is inferior to outrageous accents. The charm is gone.
What is the creators native tongue? I had assumed he was a UK citizen

14:07 That's not a Bollywood movie. Bollywood is the Hindi language cinema based in Mumbai. That clip is from the movie 'I'. It is a Tamil language movie from the southern state of India called Tamil Nadu and is based in Chennai fka Madras. There are multiple languages in India and most of them have a movie industry of their own
Indian movie = Bollywood.
@@hltco920 and every american movie is hollywood?
@@mlg_dog420 yeah
@@mlg_dog420 In the US, that's how Americans call any movie with a big budget or major studio. Even though places like Atlanta on the other side of our country are huge contributors to our movie industry and have been for years. We still call the movie industry Hollywood for short. When we think of Indian cinema, we default to using "Bollywood" in a similar way. It's not necessarily accurate, but isn't intended to be disrespectful.
To be fair, Hollywood is just English, but Bollywood, Tollywood, Kollywood, etc. are all different languages in India. Therefore, they cover different cultural and linguistic topics than the homogeneity found in Hollywood.
I appreciated the accents of you both (not sure what the non-Simone's name is), but I guess I understand the purpose of having a native English speaker.
Thank you for the video, was interesting
With all due respect. I respect the work and the research done. Being from Tajikistan, I can confirm some information is outdated or completely wrong. I'd love to discuss this issue and give proof with examples for my claims. Much of the information said is pure nonsense to be exact. I checked the sources from where much of the information was taken and many of them are not very trustworthy i'll be glad to find out why you and your team came to such conclusions. I would love for the team to contact me for valid information on this topic.
Yeah , at least someone sane here. I was just listening and getting confused what type of nonsense he was telling here. By hearing all the history from all neighbouring countries with Uzbekistan it looks like it shouldn't have been even existed maybe except Turkmenistan. If you hear to Tajiks they will say that Samarkand and Bukhara should be part of Tajikistan. If you listen to Kazakh they will say that all Tashkent and Navoi region should be part of Kazakhstan. It is just funny how this is funny and nonsense. But it's alright if by this they can high up their ego , we do not care. Anyway nothing will change and no one is able from this countries to change it.
Your English was fine, the dubbing is offputting imo
Thank you my brother. Please make video for crimes of Rakhmon President. That's why over the world must to know, he doesn't do anything for his poor peoples. DICTATOR XXI CENTURY. THANK YOU FOR YOUR COOPERATION
Dumbocracy is literally a flaw in logic called the bandwagon fallacy.
Yes please, make a video about Kyrgyzstan
And how they invaded Tajikistan
@@Packrat_Offical yep. They were invading it backwards for some reason... Deep into the Kyrgyzstans territories 🤣
Great video
Awesome video and can't wait for the next one. Even better with The Offspring as the outro music.
As a first time viewer, the content was brilliant. But the awesome presentation could only be better by your natural voice. Thank you for countless hours of effort ! But be you! You are the presenter.
turkiC origin. not turkiSH. TurkiSH refers to the language of Turkey. TurkiC is the language family of which turkiSH is only one member!
Finally a video I can share with my anglophone friends. Always a great job. Many thanks and keep it up on this channel too.
See "The British Empire Was NOT The Biggest!" Over 12 videos. Fools count deserts but not oceans.
Very interesting bro!
Excellent work.
Look very realistic and in-store.Thank you very much
I haven't watched any more of the video yet, but you're getting a sub just for the word "protagonistan".
Subscribed thanks
Great video man 😂 funny but educating
Fresh impression and I'm disappointed to know the dubbing is a deliberate choice because this tickles my itch for Central Asian content and the video is quite informative.
Very interesting!
Aw damn I the Italian accent was actually quite nice and refreshing
As far as dubbing goes, this is actually one of the better ones (compared to other creators). Sure I miss the original voice, but I think the videos done in Italian had a lot of humour and the voice over managed to preserve the humorous tone well. The videos in English are still informative and retained some of the humor, but this is top notch
Welcome back to English Nova Lectio! Ps: but who's transleter? That's not Simone
He's Morgan, and he's from Florence too! Huge difference is that he's native English
@@novalectiointernational No Yankee definitely not English. We have RP as a standard.
It's so much better with your italian accent. So much BETTER. The narator did a good job but you are much better :)
Your English is great dude I don’t think it’s necessary! Also fyi I believe there are AI tools to assist with lip syncing these days, could be worth looking into
First in-depth anything I’ve ever seen on Tajikistan. The Central Asian republics are somewhat of a mystery to many Americans. They’re just glossed over. But when you have neighbors like China, Afghanistan, and Russia it’s easy to see why. The only stans really ever in the US media are Pakistan and Afghanistan.
I'm living in China, Chinese also don't know and understand these -stan countries, nearly zero knowledge and news, even the Xinjiang locals which is very near from them, they are heavily controlled by Russia. It seems that they are want to bulid an railway to China, Russia has been refusing to approve it for decades, and after Russo Ukrainian War, Russia agrees under the backgrounds of west sanction
@@frankfleming1103I don't where are you comming from pretty much every Chinese I've met know about Pakistan and somewhat about Afghanistan

Love to our Tajik eastern Persian brothers from Iran!
I had a much more flattering perception of Tajikistan, damn. I still want to go there. I was hoping there was somewhere in the 'Persosphere' that was free... maybe compared to the other two countries, yes, but not really.
这里的居民非常的友好,但是这里的政府人员很不友好,特别是交通警察和海关,他们会污蔑你并向你要钱,很让人苦恼。
Can't seem to find your Uzbekistan video
Tajik people are very friendly and kind
The dublation is horrible, id rather hear you in your original voice with subtitles! Cheers
I was really focused on how your voice slightly doesn't align when you're speaking
The audio is off with the video.
Tajiks are the direct descendants of the ancient Sogdians and the last Iranian state in Central Asia(Ancient central Asia used to be nearly completely Iranian speakers) Though most speak a Persian dialect today they used to speak a Eastern iranic language akin to ancient Avestan and Scythian and it's sub-languages.
They were also Buddhists before the conquest of Islam. The Chechens were the last collective in the Stans to remain Buddhist before they too were islamified and put on the wahhabi steroid

We are humble Uzbeks, Kazakhs, Tajiks and Kyrgyzs.

i thought Turkmenistan is the only central asian country that has a weird dictator 😅
Wish I could read all the Italian text in the video 😩

In order to guard against China, Russia has stationed a large number of troops in Tajikistan. The Tajik government has purged a large number of pro-Iranian figures, limiting Iran's expansion in Central Asia. Since 1990, the Chinese government has been trying to expel Russian forces from Central Asia by various means. Central Asia is a region where Russia and China compete. The relationship between Russia and China is not as good as reported by Western media.
True
Yes, but still much better than US, Europe and Eastern Countries!! Much better..!! Nobody trust West anymore..
Yes, I'm Chinese, I can buy Europe, USA, Japan, Korea products in supermarket, not to mention nearly 100% of tropical fruits comes from Southeast Asia. But I can't found any Russia products, including food, drinks, snacks. Probably because Tsarist Russia and Soviet Union caused too much harm to China, Merchants are unwilling to purchase Russian products.

Hey Dude, when I clicked on this video to watch, I thought this might’ve been an older video of yours thinking: ‘Oh, this was probably from back when he thought his English wasn’t good enough yet, and finally found the confidence to use his own voice’. Then I see it’s from a week ago as I wrote this. Bro, unless you got some legit reason why you can’t use your own voice, we encourage you to consider going back. Forget any haters. We understand that English isn’t your 1st language but you speak it very well, great even. Confidence, diction, all top notch, considering. Your voice was even relaxing to hear, so chalk one up for the added benefit of ASMR if you want! Wishing you the best from down in Austin, Texas.
Whyy does this video has only 2k views ????
Hi informative. But that is not a Bollywood movie. It's a tollywood (tamil movie).
Your voice tracking's way off, dude.

Don't like the dubbing. Could you release the original version please?
@17:17 , Italy??? I think you got that wrong.
Agreed. Looks like Lukashenko of Belarus. Also see 10:22. Same thing
I myself have spoken to a citizen to Dushanbe themselves here on this as to how good their “president” is, and yes he is truly a good man! 😇
It’s not serious when a documentary doesn’t check how to pronounce “Transoxiana”, or that Rahmon in Rahmon Nabiev is the first name, and in Emumali Rahmon it’s the last name
❤
Really not enjoying the voice dub :(
I’ve been to Tajikistan
Just a small note: Lenin did not appoint Stalin as the new Soviet leader. In fact, Lenin wrote in his will that he did NOT want Stalin to take over, as he deemed Stalin dangerous. Stalin ignored his will and grabbed power anyways
