You are one of my favorite YT content creators. Your explanation of practice, strategy and technique, as well as just the simple narrative, of your work have proven highly valuable and edifying to this sedentary, desk-bound professional. ALSO...I have fallen asleep on the couch - numerous times - listening to your wonderful chainsaw buzzing away from one video to the next. Please don't silence it.
I agree! Don't include the background music. We're here for you and the saw!
The saw sounds better then the music, you get to hear now hard the saw is working
Because he switched off the microphone, there was no audio, not even the saw. That's why I added the music and nature sounds, so you still have the experience that the audio is there. I've already learned that all of you prefer the saw, so I don't add music anymore, only if there's no audio at all, like in this case.😉
The saw definitely sounds better than the music. Also looks like they had to bring you in to do the stuff the other guys couldn’t handle well done 👍.
An ever changing office view. Doesn't get any better than that.
I enjoy the sound of the saw. Very nostaljic.
the mic was perfect , love the saw sounds awesome
Bjarne first class ride in helicopter 🚁 this morning. Beautiful scenery buddy . 😊
What he said
Beautiful work day.
The sound of a chainsaw always brings excitement to viewers
Please leave the mic on. Sounds awesome. Thanks
Bjarne sound is clear, hear 👂 you like 👍 wood 🪵 tick under the bark buddy . 😊
I bet there's some nice steelhead and salmon down in that river below . :)
Thanks for sharing.
The saw sounds good miked up
Spectacular view
Now am addicted to your video
Sama , indah tempatnya, pengambilan gambar ny pas
Extreme buckin
The one that made me the maddest was cutting a road right of way with a barb wire fence right down the middle of it, all 5’ stumps and I will be dammed if I didn’t break the biggest tree over top of one of those stumps. Still bothers me 20 years later.
Ya I still remember so epic failures myself. Smashing huge trees on a stump or ridge
Shite happens yeah, I actually don't mind the sound of the chainsaw coming through your mike. Cheers for the reel Bjarne, what a view man...
Don't worry about the mic. It sounds fine and isn't overpowering.
I cut in the lower 48 and say oh well! from time to time wonder if I qualify as a heli logger? 😜😂
@BjarneButler It's all good just giving you a hard time about the music......LOL. Love your videos, keep up the great work!
Man, I'd be scared that the pilot dropped me off forever.
It’s only a couple hours hike to the nearest logging road. Unless you’re staying on a remote float camp. Then you’d have to hike all the way down to the ocean then get picked up by boat or hike the coast to the camp
@@BjarneButler My hat's off to you!
Please let the Huski sound . Sound of reality. Thanks
206's hurt my back after a couple hours in them. The 500 is a lot better. Odd number of rotor wings makes a big difference at the end of a long day.I lost one that was going this route and just as it was heading it off the stump the wind popped up and cedar toothpicks were/was the result.
I prefer the mic is left on.
I like to hear what the saw is doing, "bumper" music not so much :)
enjoy your channel \
Bjarne fun the company not putting straps around them high grade cedar for falling buddy . 😊
loved the music 😉 nice job on that bass guitar Bjarne 🍺😉
Wow
Would’ve broke more than likely falling across that swale onto that ridge even if you missed the stump.
Tell us more about what size saw your using , bar length , chain , round filed , square files ,, stuff like that ...muffler mods ... ported not ported
would rather hear the saw
So a steeper face cut and a tall “2 inches” open hinge wood face?
These must be expensive logs, helicopters, base camp, and getting them down the river. Alot of overhead aye.
Close, Jack, RI, USA
Whiskey 🥃 in the jar 🫙, went timber hit the ground, hey 👋 watch your stumps buddy . 😊
Grow up little boy and stop promoting addictive dangerous mind-altering substances that have injured and killed millions.
Even with the bad break what would be the value of that tree, against should it have not broke?
I think high grade cedar is about $400m/2. Cedar is about 1650lb? per m/2. A max weigh is 8-10k/lb depending on the chopper used. So one max weight could be about $16,500. So if you could get 4 max logs off one large tree that’s $66,000 for one tree. Of course that’s ,top of my head math, of info that may be incorrect
You and the saw
Bjarne it looks like you might be near the narrows
Hey Bud. Please leave the Mic on!!!!
I would much rather hear the saw than the music.
First tree of the day is sponsored by...............lol......
The only reason I say that is cause I was watching timber titans the ground looks familiar
We’re both on the Canadian west coast that’s about it. That show was filmed a year ago too. I’ve talked to a few guys that were on that show, it’s interesting hearing how it was filmed
@BjarneButler ok brother hope all is well
Much rather hear the saw...
Anh cưa cây rất to .Gỗ cây này tốt không anh 👍
Yes 👍
I like the sound of the saw best from where the camera is sitting. It’s way too overpowering on mic that’s on your person. But I would always prefer the sound of the saw over music for these videos. Looks like I’m maybe in the minority on this one tho
👋🏻
Hi Eddy 👋
Could play Celtic Thunder for music 🎶 for us Irish ☘️ watcher on U tube Lennie O’Ryan lol😊
I'd rather hear the saw.
Get rid of that music. I am here for the sweet sounds of your saw !
I didn’t know the mic stopped working on the camera when I turned off the wireless mic. So instead of the mic on the camera recording, there wasn’t any sound. So that’s why there a music 🤷♂️
@@BjarneButler It's all good just giving you a hard time......LOL. Love your videos, keep up the great work!
The audio of your saw from your cell phone sounds better. The signal seems to be clipped, otherwise known as distorted from that external microphone. Regardless, I like the audio from your cell phone better throughout all of your videos.
You dont really need a camera man you need a sound engineer to flip mics on and off.🤪👍
Saw sound is good, don't turn off mic👍
Damn I don't know how you stand that boring plain office 😂 take care.
No need for profanity son. Grow up!
Leave the mic on, don't need the music
Bjarne see the grizzly bear 🐻 den below your cedar timber. 😊 beautiful log 🪵 to drop in the morning cover your days pay 💰 for sure buddy . 😊
Don't see/hear a problem with the mic on......????
Why are you videos getting so short and you not really cutting very many trees
Depends on what I’m cutting. Right now I’m currently cutting small high elevation old growth cedar/hemlock/balsam so there not a lot of interesting things to film. I try to include other stuff besides just falling. Like wildlife, waterfalls, falling strategies in relation to the block, camp stuff. Even weather day activities like gold panning adventures.
@@BjarneButler I understand that don’t worry about the sound of your chainsaw because when you watch someone doing what you’re doing that’s expected
I'd rather hear the saw than that crappy music. :)
Grow up son and stop posting immature disgusting filth!
F logging f people who cut down the future
Logging made the future possible
So you wipe with leaves, live in a grizzly cave, sleep, eat, drink, crave hugging trees ? Loggers know all about your f bombs.
Are you looking to cut them down in the future?
@@HubertofLiege why would I want to cut them down at all? Leave them for the future generations. Cutting down trees that are older than the USA is all about egos. Like killing the biggest bear or catching the biggest fish.
