I tried doing the 30s on, only managed 2 reps. After 2nd rep, my legs hurt so much. I'am going to try the clusters method next time, hopefully will allow me to get more reps

Whats better if in 30 sec on watt bike i get only 88% hr max but with heavybag punch out i get 92% hr max
dont comapre hr compare the effort and what your body feels after the 30 sec work compare from scale 1 to 10 if you did watt bike 88 gr but you feel 9 out of 10 then did another workout day on hevybag 92 hr buy you feel 7 out of 10 hten you should do watt bike
@@bigjesto777 both efforts felt comparable but on bag i felt burn more in shoulders on bike i felt it only in legs, on bike i had some stats but bag is more sport specyfic
