  • I tried doing the 30s on, only managed 2 reps. After 2nd rep, my legs hurt so much. I'am going to try the clusters method next time, hopefully will allow me to get more reps

  • Whats better if in 30 sec on watt bike i get only 88% hr max but with heavybag punch out i get 92% hr max

    • dont comapre hr compare the effort and what your body feels after the 30 sec work compare from scale 1 to 10 if you did watt bike 88 gr but you feel 9 out of 10 then did another workout day on hevybag 92 hr buy you feel 7 out of 10 hten you should do watt bike

    • @@bigjesto777 both efforts felt comparable but on bag i felt burn more in shoulders on bike i felt it only in legs, on bike i had some stats but bag is more sport specyfic
