Alex's personal story is a lot like my own. At 21-22 years old I was a bay leader at Johnson's tire service in Anchorage Alaska where I still live and I would work 12-16 hour long shifts at the peak of tire change over and get off and go drink and only sleep an hour or two then back to busting out tires. I also tried to quit drinking because it started getting me in major trouble with the law and sentenced to over 5 years in prison throughout my twenties and early thirties for DWI/Assault charges. Thank GOD I now have over 12 years sober or I definitely wouldn't be typing right now. Good Job quitting Alex and I hope you knock Adesanya out cold...AGAIN !!

This is not easy-- but, I cannot accept defeat via alcohol. This has inspired me to try harder than I ever had. I will be champion. One cannot go through immense suffering without triumph.. This is why Islam is a beautiful religion with a very healthy lifestyle such as no alcohol, gambling, sexualizing women, being promiscuous, any type of addiction which harms you. Nope he returned to his ancestral ways. He said it himself it was his awaking to his true identify and indigenous ways that reconnected to him. It was when he was lost and trying to find himself that he converted to Islam. He manifested the strength of his ancestors when he started to honor his being and remember who he was. He found his true potential
