Are there some special rules in place that prohibit the use of square and round towers with mangonels and ballistas???(for example I'm pretty sure a row of 10 towers with mangonels would rape the catapults/shields/horse archers ) Or is it that the players think its not worth it for some reason??
It would not rape the catapults at all because the catapults are so overpowered in this game, most players build nothing but catapults.. with enough catapults you can easily take down all of the towers within seconds. Your towers will be gone and so will your archers that you had on top of them. Catapults can easily take out the other troops.. the only thing that destroys catapults is just more catapults. It's not worth bothering with towers, just a simple wall and moat behind it to stop assassins.
@@beardsntools That is why you pre-fire those mangonels. So they out range them by a lot, no group of units makes a chance against a bunch of mangonels neither catapults nor shields. Ofcourse it is hard to balance the amount of towers needed with limited resources. It's not like playing against the AI where you have to take 1 unguarded tower down with 10 catapults. Just stand a few archers/ assassins/ catapult in front of your tower, you cant run into catapult fire with your own catapult just to hit the tower behind them. Furthermore I don't know on which platform these "experts" , but of the ~500 multiplayer games I played I think I lost 1 and all the better players didnt want to play with mangonels.
@@jemoedermeteensnor88 Mangonels barely do any damage. To a noob it feels lke they do alot, but they don't and they wont do anything against 100s of catapults lmao, it doesn't matter how you fire them. It looks like you never played an online game against someone who knows what he is doing recently.
@@beardsntools Probably kill around 5-10 before they fire their first shot and that's when you are afk. Imagine defending the tower with your own catapults. That doesnt seem like a lot but if you dont use an alternated version of the game with hot keys that is a huge loss in time. And you might have never seen it but mass mangonel pre-fire prevents people from attacking because their loss will always be bigger which results in really lame and camping only games. Yeah never seen good people more like people on this level. I mean it's almost annoying to see someone go for a military approach early on and than not taking advantage of it. In the first 5 min you already know who would win.
@@jemoedermeteensnor88 Yes exactly you could kill like 10 catapults before all your towers are deleted .. because as soon as catapults fire their shots, all of your towers are gone. it doesn't matter if you afk or not either mangonels are super inaccurate and each hit they only take 1/4 of life from catapult So defend towers with your own catapults? Here's the question for you: why even have towers? Why waste money and time on towers when you can just make more catapults that will be much more efficient? It looks like you were only playing against noobs, because towers are worthless against anyone who knows what they are doing.. you won't be camping for long. As I said the only thing that takes out catapults, is just more catapults.

Why is the screen black for a little moment sometimes? Anyway the thing I like so much about bread eco's is that it doesn't matters that the opponent got a bigger amount of gold. With a bread eco you get his amount every time you sell the whole granary full with bread. Your pronouncing of flour and wheat is pretty funny. :D

You really have to get more in touch with the real outside world, and hear other people speaking English. Get familiar with foreign accents, accept other cultures and learn about other countries. He's from Romania and his accent is more than fine, much better than the majority of people who learned to speak English as a 2nd language. I can understand him everything perfectly. Hahah, i know what you feel man. Sometimes the pro scenes of RTS looks like they have a very ugly town. But maybe it is for the better efficiency. Check out another pro scenes of real time strategies of another game. You might as well see that they play quite different than how you usually play,. I hate that at the first sight, but when I try that way myself it tends to be the better way, or should I say more efficient. But I might be wrong tho, as I only play RTS like AOE2 and Stronghold Crusaders

well i gues you dont know the game at all. the game is just not balanced and there is just 1 strat to play on the highest competetive level. you could use everything in the game and build cool looking castles and use ladders and spearman but then you will just lose. so in order to not make every game the same you have to make some rules to change it a up a bit. a battle between wolf and saladin would maybe look cooler but they suck ass. they dont play against eachother to entertain you but to win against the other one.

well, if its the final .... idk what to say,,, i been playing from years , and the first thing i do is to built tons of lumber jacks . then full every fucking available resource ,,,,,, and tons of water pots to make quick army ... this gameplay isent match for me
