    • @@nickolausmatzinger3972 Sorry if I'm wrong in words cause English wasn't my first language, just correct me and I'll appreciate. First of all, I'm fully respect for your culture and food. My words doesn't mean to 'labelling' pastry came from Korea. I mean pastry in korean style, it's actually I would to say. From this video I amaze their works and results of their pastries has well identified from Korea in style appearance, which is sweet flavoured for dessert. Quite different with the original version from European, savory flavour for the best main carbs on the plates along with protein. And even some sweet pastry can be perfect for afternoon's tea. So, that's I shared my opinion.

  • Interesting that all the baking sheets and pans are black in colour. Must get better browning than that which can be achieved with aluminum pans or sheet pans. Interesting.

    • Probably the scraps from rolling and cutting. It's makes for less waste and also a better flavor, like letting bread dough rise overnight.
