Drago, he left off Lannister in his final list, the faceless man, serio , the guy that actually beat eddard stark, and the blackfish (from the books anyway), I feel like many were left off here, and im not too sure some of those that made the list actually deserved it, even if they did mostly live, oh and the old leader of the kings guard, at least in his hayday

Some great fight scenes in here ! But one of my favorite fight scenes of the series was when Barristan Selmy rescued Grey Worm from the attack by the Sons of Harpy. Not on the list since he died, but just saying it’s one of my favorite scenes, regardless.
I agree. I refer to that scene as Barristan Selmy's last stand. Whoever choreographed that fight knew what they were doing. It's a textbook display of how to take on multiple attackers. He uses the walls masterfully. A good death.

7. To Clarify, Brienne beat the hound because he was weakened from an gnarly infection (in the book). When she beat Jaime he was weak from a year of captivity and malnutrition. Still impressive.
I would bet money Jaime with 2 hands would have beaten Drogo. Brianne shouldnt be on this list replace her with Robert Baratheon
Brienne says in the book that if Jamie was healthy and unchained that she didn't think anyone in the seven kingdoms could beat him. Jamie says in the books that the hound is a better fighter than his brother, that he's almost as big but faster and smarter. The mountain is big, strong, and brutal, not necessarily a great fighter.

If we're on about still alive by end of the show (not the books), then its bron by miles. A toss up between tormant & snow for 2nd, then Brienne, imo. A lot of comments on about Arthur dayne, drogo etc, the title of the vid clearly says "STILL ALIVE" !!!!! Dont agree with your list at all, sorry, but its a good vid, well edited, you've got some iconic moments in there. Hound vs Brienne is the best scrap in the whole show imo.

Remember Ramsay even says hes heard Jon Snow may be the greatest swordsmen alive. He learns from every battle and opponent. Just because showrunners had lazy plot writing he definitely deserves it. He literally is the prince that was promised
Not sure how I feel about this, think Grey Worm and Jon Snow were too high, I would like to think, those that got cut are or are not worthy of being at the top. I think in a battle or a one on one is much different, I think Bron did well in all battles, one on one and in battles. Still a good list. I don’t think Grey Worm could have killed the Hound or Jaime for that matter.
The list is the 7 of the best that's left alive. Maybe Grey Worm wouldn't have been able to beat either of those two but he was alive at the end and that's all that matters because the list points that out.

the whole unsullied are very underwhelming. Their story makes them out to be these unkillable soldiers but all you ever see is them getting killed.
Greyworm was a machine. A badass who had probably been in more battles than most others.
Yeah. He's one of the best soldiers for sure, since he can fight as a unit with his brothers, and is a good commander, but as an individual warrior, he's kinda just a competent individual, nothing *particularly* special
I think Brienne is debatably the best duelist in Westeros.She has proven herself against several of the best fighters and arguably more than any other individual.

You missed the point Arya figured out who that she was and took what she had learned for all her teachers in that moment and that was more than the waif could deal with water dance plus assassin training plus the git from the hound the waif only expected what she had had shown Arya. And yes the TV show was not good at showing the why of that fights result
Sandor clegane. Killed the zombie mountain. No one else could have killed him. Only because he was ready to die for it. Came back from near death to do it. The greatest fighter of them all. Might have got beaten by a woman but came back to carry on his mission.

Originally, I wouldn't have put Arya on this list, but the way she carved up the undead at Winterfell alone, would've put her on this list.

Bronn of the blackwater was like the first special ops soldier. His only objective was to neutralize the enemy. Through wit or brute force. Susually a combination of both at the right time. That's why it is taught to fight with one's head and not their emotions.

Jon in the books (and for me the only real Jon) it's 15ys old...basicaly a kid...but it's still a good swordsman. And I'm prety shure that he can become more skiled in time.
Bronn is by far the best because he just fights for fun. The biggest wallet gets the best/smartest fighter in all the lands
People think Jon Snow is average because thats what he is in the books and early show. By shows end hes become a legend who has consistently improved and has more "feats" than anyone
Nope. Ser Bronn is hands down GOT's ultimate fighter. End of. I would put Ser Jorah close behind him alongside prime Jaime Lannister, in terms of specifically technical swordsmanship. The two might even be technically better at the craft of wielding a blade, but they lack all-round fighting skills combined with mastery of the sword in Bronn's signature style. My opinion is based mostly on study of swordplay, and partially on bias stemming from each man's abilities in such.

I'm not convinced Jon was that good. He got bested by Wights and had to be saved by Benjen Stark, he merely held his own in the Battle of the Bastards and got bested by Karl Tanner. I'd say Grey Worm or Daario are the best ones left on this list.

The best fighter in got was the red viper. He only lost because he wanted the mountian to confess. Even the writer said the red viper was the most lethal person in got other than jaqen h'ghar. Yes jaqen was an assassin, he was trained in all form of combat. But this list is completely wrong. The greatest fighters still alive would be 1. Jon snow, 2. Daario Naharis because he is undefeated, 3. Arya Stark, 4. Ser Bronn of the blackwater, 5. Ser Brienne of tarth, 6. Tormund Giantsbane, 7. Grey worm. Grey worm comes in last because he only ever fought with a spear and a dagger. He never fought hand to hand. And when he was put to the test, he damn near died and was in the bed for god knows how long.
You rate the red viper number 1 but didn't he also use just a spear? Same as grey worm. Brienne beat many warriors who lived or died in GOT. Arya beat her. I would rate her number 1.
@@FloydThePink yes your right, but that is in the show. The books however paint a very different story. The red viper was an expert in all weapons. Plus in the show he is still number one. Because of his technique, his acrobatics, etc, etc. He only lost to the mountain because he took his eyes off of him and looked at his wife. If he hadn't been so he'll bent on getting him to confess, he would've beat the mountain with ease. Arya was a great fighter yes. But Jon show was the best swordsman in the entire show. But not the best hand to hand. My list still stands correct. And like I said in my comment, even the writer said the red viper was the best. Again, your only looking at the show and not the books.

@@FloydThePink Arya did not beat her, Brienne had opportunities to kill her had it been a real fight, that wouldn't be the case the other way around.
Hoped Prince Oberyn was on this list…he beat the mountain but made 1 stupid mistake at the end& should have finished the job before getting all emotional. His death was also horrific & sad because he was fighting for his sister. He just moved more beautifully whilst fighting, others made it look so clunky. That’s why I also like Arya, looks light on her feet unlike hound or Brienne; just too big and lumbering in their movements. Don’t get me wrong, I like Brienne too but found her, hound, mountain fighting style not great to watch because their size just overwhelms the opponent
