First brit to compete in the UFC and first person to beat Frank Mir is a hell of a resume, a real pioneer
Dude was fighting 5-7 times a year when he started out. Pretty incredible.
This is an extraordinary man Ian is. It's awesome what he has done and continues to do. Great that the UFC recognized him with this show.
It is crazy that he learned how to fight in 2 years from age 18-20. His first fight at 31.
I remember first seeing him on cage rage commentating and presenting also a sky one show as a presenter in britains hardest and thinking he's a wannabe hard man. Oh how wrong was i when i learned more about him and seen his ufc fights 😬 truly a machine if he started younger he'd have been a champ 💯
Legend
Mans a pioneer!
This is a complete man someone you would be proud your children looked up to. A real warrior and very good man 👏
What a BEAST this dude was. And an incredible human. Him speaking about his father there getting cancer before the fight had me in the feels there for a min😮. Doin that to young Frank Mir👍🏻
Ian Freeman from this night could beat Fedor Emelianenko
@@marcinluberadzki6422nobody beats prime fedor
Respect 🤝 for this warrior !
Kinell I remember watching the Brawl From the Albert Hall on Bravo I used to love the UFC back then. It's over saturated now, more of a sports league with too many athletes, not enough real fighters I still watch it, but the magic has gone
I was in bloody tears. Good man Ian.
Absolute LEGEND! What a bloke
Warrior 👊🏻👊🏻👊🏻
Great Britain! Gets me emotional ❤
I remember watching this fight, didn't know the story behind it though. Brought a tear to my eye.

Never forget the fight against Mir. That was awesome. Ian seems like a super nice guy.
Total respect to this man! Last of the genuine old school men around, before we identified as fkn cats or women!!
He always clapped for his opponents in the ring. True Gentleman. Ian presented the TV show: 'Britain's Hardest' and Mark Weir was a contestant on the show.
