    • I make sausage with all my waterfowl I harvest at the end of the year. I will be making a video of how I prepare all my waterfowl in a couple weeks. I will try your recipe also this year, glad you enjoyed your speckle belly.

  • Seems like your shotguns are reaching very far. Are you using larger pallet shots? In Europe they call it pallet gage 0, 1, or 2. Size 12 is fine pallets used for quails.

    • The camera is a GoPro and it makes all objects seam further away. We are using BB shot it’s just bigger than 0 shot.

    • Duck, I typically grind all my goose meat with pork and make sausage with them. That is how I prepared these birds.

    • Classic hunting shotguns do the job great as is. These weapons you mention are just overkill and their ability to use large capacity magazines is wasted as states limit the amount of rounds you can load at a time.
