    • @@letslearn-vg6pl I have been bodybuilding before Phil Heath. I don’t disrespect them at all on a personal level. It is true that they are very hard working and it is extremely difficult to get to that level. But the standard they have created had taken bodybuilding away from its definition, bodybuilding is both an art and sport. These new bodybuilders can’t even pose! They have simply no concept of it. They have no shape, no proportion, no symmetry, no flow, nothing matches nothing! look at Arnold, The clean outline of the physique. There is simply no comparison. This all started with Dorian Yates and kept getting worse and worse. Thanks for your comment Cheers

Our traditional methods include - 100% Natural Food - 0% supplements - No gym as fresh air helps cells grow. - Practically 0% synthetic food or packaged food - 100 % home-cooked meal - More focus on Cardio and organ health - to extend exercise from the concept of mere flexing muscles to rather Strength, Endurance, Agility, etc. - No pre-workout to mess up with heart rate. Rather the biological clock assists Adrenaline. - I CAN GO ON.
