Nomad is the name of several fictional characters appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The Nomad name and costume were created by writer Steve Englehart and artist Sal Buscema as an alternate identity for the original Captain America, Steve Rogers, in Captain America #180 (December 1974). The identity was revived by writer J. M. DeMatteis for a minor character named Edward Ferbel in Captain America #261-263 (September - November 1981). The same writer later gave the title to its best known claimant Jack Monroe in Captain America #282 (June 1983). Other claimants of the code name are Rikki Barnes and Steve Rogers's adopted son Ian Rogers. he original Nomad is an alternate identity that Steve Rogers adopts after he abandons the Captain America costume and title.
In Captain America #180 (December 1974) Rogers becomes disillusioned with the United States government, when he discovers that a high ranking government official (heavily hinted to be the then President of the United States Richard Nixon) is the leader of the terrorist organization known as the Secret Empire. Rogers then decides to abandon his Captain America identity, feeling that he cannot continue to serve America after this latest discovery has shattered his faith in the nation's status. However, a confrontation with Hawkeye (disguised as the Golden Archer) forces Rogers to realize that he cannot abandon a life of heroism, and he subsequently takes on the name "Nomad" (as it means "man without a country") adopting a new dark blue and yellow uniform with no patriotic markings on it at all.

The only ones I see doing well is Venom, Watchman, Justice League, Captain America, Superman, Spider-Man, Berserker, League of Extraordinary Gentlemen , Span, Constantine, X men, Armor wars, Spider-Man 4, Bloodshot, Shadow Man, and Harbinger. The ones I predict to be the best 3 are. Shadow Man, Venom and Spider-Man 4; and the runner up is; Armor Wars.

@@robcouncil1592 im no expert but i dont think that would be ideal considering his age. Remember when jean claude van dam came back in expendables and did his famous doing a split in the air kick? It wasnt quite as high as his kick from bloodsport and kickboxer, in fact it was embarassingly low. Now i love wesley thats why i dont want him to be blade anymore, he was a badass blade and i dont want that memory of him ruined. Passing down the torch would be acceptable but enough fighting from the old timer. Just stick to tax evation lol

Super excited for Deadpool and Captain America. I’m also particularly excited to see what James Gunn does with DC. He did a fantastic job with all of the Guardians of the Galaxy films so I’m hoping he can make DC catch up with Marvel to make so great films

Buckey would have been an interesting choice to be the new Captain America. His history with Steve and the need to drop the Winter Soldier name....a man of time like Steve. The Falcon is a very well-established character with a rich history; sometimes I feel the choice was a woke choice to make up for Bradly (the tragic Black Capt America). I would love to see something about him; the history of Mr. Bradly would be awesome. I hope we see a multiverse where Bucky Barnes is Capt America and Bradly is a version of Nomad .

James Gunn is trying to give us actual 💩. James Gunn has no idea what ppl want and no idea what he's doing with DC. I thought Superman Legacy was about IDK, Superman, but there are 8 additional heroes in it. That's not all. Why are their 5 villains? So, this Superman Legagcy is not really going to be about Superman. I agree with @BadJimmiZ. Some of these movies show you talked about aren't even well-known (no not known to some at all.) As much as I like Anthony Mackie (who's character is one of the Captain Americas in the comics), I would rather have them follow the source material because Steve Rodgers is still Captain America. The Anthony Mackie "Captian America" film has already done poorly in test screening because ppl want to see Evans return or maybe Sebastián Stan (he also had a stint as Captain America in the comics.) They can reshoot all they want to try and please the audience but unless the leading man is Chris evans again, no one is really going to care. Ppl are tired of superhero movies (not because they don't like the heroes) it's because a majority of them from both Marvel and DC have sucked lately & ppl don't want anymore bad hero movies

From what I understand this steamed from The Witcher TV Series in an interview Henry admitted to be a Major Gamer. James wanted to stray away from source material of the Witcher and Henry being as intelligent as he is Refused to go against source material. 3rd Season change the Director of Witcher but James Gunn Convinced the idiots over the series to replace Henry with Chris Himseorths Brother. They are pulling a Passions which was a supernatural soap that bunkered after switching iconic actors lost its magic. Anyways then James Gunn kept going to take him out of Superman convincing them to not us henry as Superman again the ones supporting James Gunn in these decisions our Idiots if you ask me 😂
