Hello everyone! It's come to my attention that the modpack is crashing or having trouble for some people. This is an error on my part, as the video was created far before I uploaded the modpack on CurseForge, because of this, some of the mods became outdated because of updates and caused incompatibilities. I've posted the updated pack on CurseForge now. Make sure to be on Forge version 40.2.17, and I would highly recommend adding Optifine (Forge doesn't allow the upload of Optifine in modpacks). Awesome I love your mod packs but I think that if you wish to get some of the features of Optifine(fps and shaders) for forge you can use oculus and rubidium which (in my opinion is better) and there plenty of zoom mods that can do what Optifine did

Amazing as always! But tbh, I think there is something small missing. Dynamic sounds, ambience and dynamic lights. Maybe a few more bosses too. Otherwise, it's perfect.
what other bosses? i would like to look into it.
Mowzie's Mobs and Ice and Fire would be really good additions for more bosses, but this modpack looks amazing, great work once again!

Often times people overfill videos with edits making them unpleasant to watch, instead you manage to put in quality edits in a way that is not "heavy" making your videos very interesting and enjoyable to watch. Keep up like this!

one of the best vids i've seen from a smaller channel in so long. Storytelling 8/10, editing 11/10 (love the talking avatar with the vid in the background, very creative) and content 9/10 with only missing parts being sounds and more variety for armors. This was amazing. keep going and reach for the stars!

this is one of the most unique, even custom, lets say, video editing and narrating i've seen in a while, cheers bro this is good af, will be installing the modpack rn and get into it xD

mod request: -cyclopstek (adds a well animated cyclops boss to the game) -bosses of mass destruction (adds 4 bosses each in the overworld, underground, nether, and end) -dungeon crawl (brings in randomely generated difficult dungeons to the overworld) -wesley's roguelike dungeons (gives you dungeons that can only be summoned (also have a dungeon dimension to go into)) -toad terror (adds a toad like boss that only spawns in the swamps) -castle dungeons (brings in dungeons that looks like a castle) -brutal bosses (gives vanilla mobs miniboss like traits that spawns in structures (you can make your own bosses with this mod)) -twilight forest (adds a new dimension with boss fights that have custom mechanics) -blue skies (adds 2 dimensions/everbright and everdawn)
I think the reason he didn't add these is because they aren't updated enough for his modpack. i.e. you can't run them on the same version as his modpack.

For me there is only 1 thing missing and that is a levelling system. All the best RPGs I've played have always had some form of levelling system for growth and this just doesn't have it with the mods you've showcased. However this has inspired me to create my own modpack using the same premise but with a few small additions here and there for a better overall experience
absolutely love playing with epic fight, it works great with shoulder surfing but not so good with better third person when it comes to dodging, you will find yourself dodging in the wrong direction very oftenly
The camera and the hud makes it so nostalgic for some reason. It gives me mixed vibes from Dragon Dogma as well as many other older games.

This is an insane modpack! I am most definitely playing it! For a more RPG sense, I recommend any mods that adds baubles so it gives it more of that progression sense. I also recommend Epic Knights: Shields, Armor and Weapons so it can give more of that medieval style.

you probably couldve added something like relics, maybe even lycanites or irons spells, it also wouldve been nice to see a skill tree of some sort because i know theres that one mod that works with apotheosis for it, but other then that you picked out similar mods then what i would normally use when making a rpg pack :))

Speaking of RPG I recommend adding stats systems like the one from rl craft since, when you think of RPG you think of stats. I also recommend adding mods regarding dimensions like the twilight forest so that even though there is a final boss, there won't be a single path to take on which final bosses you defeat, kinda like giving the world a season 2 or something. I also recommend adding Stamina system where you could sprint, climb blocks, roll and etc. and I noticed there is no mapping mod, I recommend either the Atlas mod or a Mini map Mod. And for the mood of the game I recommend adding Ambient Sounds and Better Skies, a good rpg always has that euphoric feeling everytime you ride your horse while staring on that red sunset. Mounts and pets are another thing that makes RPGs more fun so I recommend having mods related to then like that dragon mod (dude imagine going over the skies at night with your dragon) or the enhanced dogs mods or something like those. I also recommend adding Loot bags because it is also one of the staple mods when it comes to rpg, it just makes things more rpg. to add to the fun I recommend adding sone Kind of Race mod, this mod would make the mod more fun when it terms to multiplayer and gameplay. and last but not the least is a Class system where you can chose your job where it gives you buffs depending on what job you have like the one from Origins mod. Edit: Also add Dynamic Lighting just for convenience and realism Edit: In RPGs you don't only equip armor like helmet, chestplate, leggings, and boots you also equip rings, necklaces, or inother words baubles. So to Sum it up these are my recommendations - Stats System - Dimensions - Stamina System - Mapping System - Ambient Sound - Better Skies - Mounts/Pets Mod - Loot Bags - Race System - Class System - Dynamic Lighting(additional) - Baubles(additional) edit: Honourable mention, please check out Dawn Craft for reference if you do your modpack will be perfect without flaw. Will officially become the GOAT of RPG modpacks

An amazing video! To enhance the pack further the following mods could also be downloaded, although i havent tested compatabilities just yet. -Apotheosis A huge mod that overhauls item enchantments and provides them with randomly generated prefixes, rarities and item effects when found as loot. Also adds randomly spawning boss mobs across the world with varying rarities and insane difficulties. -Ice and Fire Adds huge dragons and monsters to fight and tame, creating for a difficult experience. -Better End Overhauls the end islands to be incredibly beautiful and fun to explore, with a whole host of new mobs. -Alex's mobs Adds 70+ neutral, hostile and passive mobs for an explorative feel for the game. Each provides a unique experience. -Sodium An optifine alternative that can drastically improve performance.

I think the issue would be that it (probably) wouldn't work with the combat reworking mods, although I'm sure there's a way to get it to work it might be too time consuming.

hey, i see you don't really have any optimization mods in your pack which is really sad and may make many interested players not able to play your pack, here's what i recommend that works well with the pack as of version 2.0 : Starlight, Rubidium, TexTure's Rubidium Options, Lazy DataFixerUpper(LazyDFU), FerriteCore, Chunky, Server Performance - Smooth Chunk Save and Fastload i'd also be adding Cull Less Leaves if this was on fabric i'll also recommend Mouse Tweaks, fix GPU memory leak, and AI Improvements, there are other optimization mods that I haven't listed but i don't think that they're really essential to your pack Pretty cool "minimalistic" pack nonetheless, keep up the good work !

tbh this seems like if you have an rpg game and you remove everything that makes an rpg an rpg and you are left with an open world and combat systems. dont get me wrong i really think that this modpack seems fun and great made, but it would be wrong to call it an rpg since there is no "role play" aspect in this "Rouls Play Game ( RPG)", it 'just' being a survivor who explores the a mysterius and dangerous world is a great adventure and action modpack. this mod is definetly better than the best rpg modpack out there, but this isnt rpg. but still, great work and i hope it gets viral

Some time ago i started this new minecraft server with my friends using epic fight and weapons of miracles, and we were looking exactly for an RPG experience. The more we played the more we added some mods that were actually included in your video, but you completed what we cannot. You were able to make all theese mod synergize together SO WELL. I'm actually so grateful for what you've done, i can't wait to try this modpack. Also i would like to ask you and everyone here how would they see Eternal Tales mod in this modpack, do you think it would fit?

Insane!! Another mod I'd recommend is YDM's weapon master. The mod shows your weapons (in ur hotbar) on your character in 3rd person, similar to toolbelts but muchh more customizable edit: i got another suggestion, souls like armors. it adds many new 3D medieval/ornamental style armor sets that are not that hard to get. "epic knights" is nice too. Epic fight - Infernal gainer is made by the creator of weapons of miracles, and it adds 1 new weapon and guard skill. Instead of mahou tsukai, u can try another magic mod, like iron's spells and spellbooks or ars noveau.
