  • I went from Teary to anger for Terry and his family. He had 2 years severence and within 3 months of his layoff, the company went bankrupt - and he lost his severance. Don't tell me the company didn't know they would go bankrupt. So wrong! Terry and his wife are lovely, caring, GIVING and practical people. Paying it forward for that mom and son was sweet! I wish Terry & Shanon love and happiness forever! ❤❤

  • It's funny to see that the government/state takes so much in taxes from these people and yet they still have to do the work by helping the community, something that the government should do by default using the money they took from it. Shame

    • So true! Like the guy that bought new fire trucks, ambulances and police cars. Just goes to show that the money really does not go to the "State" it goes to the tip of the pyramid of evil doers.

    • As a Canadian 🇨🇦 I think that is a real robbery some winners loosing more than half their jackpot to taxes and I’ve even seen some have to pay more after filing personal income taxes at the end of the fiscal year. Our lottos in Canada are all tax free . Lotto is not an earned income it’s windfall. We do not get anonymous options though.

    • My friend had it done 3 months ago in England. A full set of new screw-in teeth cost her £30,000. I'm surprised it only cost $45,000 in America even all those years ago (which is just under £36,000 at today's conversion rate). She had to wait 6 weeks for her gums to heal before the new teeth could be screwed in. For them to do it all in just 7 hours makes me think they may have a different way of doing things in America. I'm so happy for this man - it will certainly change his life. I know this treatment is available in the poorer countries across Europe, so it will definitely be cheaper there than going private in the U.K.

I say it “IS “ one of the very few things you can take with you when you go. Your money stays behind but your teeth go when you go. Lol

  • This was back when people could actually win the lottery before they added a gazillion numbers to it, making it virtually impossible to win. When the lottery first started, someone would win every few weeks to a couple of months now it takes six months to a year and you never see multiple winners anymore on the same draw it’s always a single winner but that’s what happens when the lottery commission gets greedy.

    @thejourneymen7722@thejourneymen7722Ай бұрын
    • That's why charity lotteries are way better, some of the tickets are guaranteed winners and if you buy two tickets you double the odds. Any lottery without a winner is a fraud
