What i like the most about these two players is that both of them are tremendous gentlemen. They focus on playing tennis, enjoy playing and make the public to enjoy an outstanding match. Congratulations for these gentlemen.
What did you mean when you wrote, 'make the public to enjoy"?
@@tonymiller6847he means they are entertaining to watch….
Agree, the genuine and gentlemanly embrace at the end of matches is something I watch and appreciate almost as much as the game itself when it is there!
You can't tell or guess what that means??@@tonymiller6847
💯 @juangarzon1247 It's great to watch tennis not being interrupted by arguments with the officials, slamming rackets off the ground and yelling at the audience.
My favorite part was them both giving each other „that was so cool“ smiles after that crazy net point.

That was my third favorite part.
Alcaraz played good, but I hate his F... clenched fist on every winning point.

I am Italian, but when I see Sinner vs Alcaraz whoever wins I am happy. It's just a celberation of Tennis. I hope Carlos will keep the momentum and avoid injurees for the next big tournaments, he is such a good player and deserves another slam final soon.
Same here from the Spanish side
Being spanish as well, I've the same feeling here ! As a Carlitos fan, I'm happy for both of them when they play against each other !! 🇪🇸🇮🇹🇪🇸🇮🇹🇪🇸🇮🇹

The most incredible thing is after the epic match, Alcaraz was asking if Sinner's wrist was okay and he never celebrated when he broke serve on that point where Sinner landed on his wrist/elbow. Amazing sportsmanship in the heat of battle above all else.
The quality of ballstriking from both of them is absolutely on a whole new level. Makes me sweat profusely just by watching😂😂😂. Congratulations Carlos...Well played Jannik.

Indeed, delightfull to see their reaction. What a match, what a players my God!
I remember a similar point from one of those beastly Master's Nalbandian-Federer games, 2007 was it? When Nalbandian beat the big 3 two times in a row that year.
I loved how they showed them interacting before the match. Just a couple of kids doing what they love, enjoying every moment, and the tennis world is just along for the ride watching greatness unfold in front of their eyes. ❤
Unfortunately it wasn't like this for Roger-Novak or Rafa-Novak after the match as these two were doing. Different personalities I guess
With these two lads, tennis world can be proud to say "WE HAVE A NEW GENERATION". Congratulations to both
Add Daniil Medvedev 2 d list & we've d next gen 🎾 Big 3.
Sim, mas não há comparação com os antigos três grandes, mas vamos lá, nenhum deles venceria o djoko em seu auge, e nem sabemos qual é o auge do djoko, porque até hoje ele não para de ganhar torneios e vencê-los aos 36 anos
We need their rivalry on the grand slams and then we can say we have a new generation. We need crazy 4-5 set matches like Novak, Rafa and Federer had provided.
@@erickantonio7326 é... Vamos ver oque essa galera vai entregar ainda. São muito novos. Tem muito chão para ficarem ainda melhores ❤

Lights-out tennis by Alcaraz. He broke his 2-match losing streak against Sinner, preserved his spot as number 2 and reached his 6th Masters 1000 title match.
@@bryanmartin5901 Alcaraz won that point and got tempo from break. Sinner dove for that unrealistic ball
Not really. If you saw the match, the injury happened already when Carlos was already on a winning streak. Sinner played lights out in the first set and Carlos played relatively clueless. Then Sinner cooled down in the second and Alcaraz stepped up his game and broke Sinner, foremost mentally. Then, in the third, Sinner was at first clueless, then the injury or whatever it is happened, and he could not indeed keep up either physically nor mentally. Don't discount Medvedev just yet, we know he's capable of beating Alcaraz, Sinner and even Djokovic on hard courts
@@sneezeeyHe will have this revenge this time against Alcaraz. Today's match between Sinner and Alcaraz was actually pretty lopsided but one-sided. It was a bad match from Sinner so i don't think Alcaraz is playing that great too. Was it? Who won the tournament then?
The paul medvedev match was insane also, the level in this semis was crazy.

Amazing talent and sportsmanship between these two. What I like about Alcaraz is he is not a basic baseliner. He is a master at changing style, pace, strategy, net play and the drop shot. A complete player. The kind Federer wants more of in the sport.

Will they reach 24 GS?? We shall see!!!
When they smiled at each other after that amazing sequence of drop shots, that's what it's all about. Class act, the two of them.
Alcaraz did same in wimbledon final when he realized flat hitting isnt working. Extended rallies with heavy topspin and used his all court game to create final shot
Yes! He constructs points like some of the past greats - and he has perhaps the best touch today - reminiscent of Federer.
That only works in very slow surfaces like IW, it wouldn't work on normal HCs and he was getting destroyed in baseline exchanges although Sinner wasn't playing close to his level. Either way Alcaraz needs more variety and net game.
@@Blue-ik8ij - Exactly it's so frustrating to watch the courts being slowed down so much ... shots Sinner hit (@0:51) would have been winners but the slow court kept Alcaraz in the point.. No value for playing attacking Tennis!!..

as great as Rafa Federer

@@AJ-iu6nw It is much less boring than Rafa Federer which much more variety
@@huzcer 1) Most of their battles early on were on clay, where Nadal was simply unbeatable. 2) You know, bad matchups do exist! And Federer's bh was a terrible matchup for the lefty topspin FH of Rafa. Took a lot of time for Roger to figure it out. And why should he change sth earlier(like his racket)? I mean he was only losing to Rafa and dominating everyone else. 3) Is Tsitsipas better than Zverev? Look at their h2h. Was Thiem better than Roger(even a 35+ version of him)? Or Davydenko better than Rafa? So many more examples. The Sinner vs Carlos rivalry is still very young. We'll see how it goes. This match was bizarre! I think Sinner has the edge overall. 1st set went exactly as i thought and then for some weird reason, the Italian dropped his level dramatically. Ofc Carlos raised his level too, but should Sinner keep up his level, it wouldn't be a problem. Jannik self-destructed.
Not yet, but...@@AJ-iu6nw

tennis really is in good hands with these guys, feels like they're just gonna push out the supposed next gen guys like tsitsipas medvedev and zverev now and just dominate for the next decade, maybe rune/shelton will join them
Certainly wouldn’t put Rune up there with these two. What has he achieved thus far?
Nah Medvedev & Djokovic more likely gonna be the one pushing the new gen like Alcaraz, Sinner, Rune for next 2-3 years
@@David_james77 Rune has the potential and the skill by far the most skilled player in the 20-30 yr range besides these two guys here. Rune just can't control his emotions/execute the right tactics during a match. Mark my words he will be a slam winner in the next two years provided he gets the right guidance. Alcaraz tactical masterclass from hard flat hitting to topspin heavy shots. Sinner Excel at fast hitting but struggled with looping forehand with topspin.
Bc of cramping. Started mid way throughout second game

Yes, what he said ☝🏼🧏🏼♂️
@@diodoruscronusWhat the hell are you saying, if Sinner has run after saying that he feels cramps all over the court, if in fact Sinner has won his matches easily and has no physical burden, perhaps it is more cramps due to mental pressure. It was a tactical class from Alcaraz, keep despising him because that will make him improve more and more.
@@AdyHh-up9ezExactly. He started mixing it up and bombarding Jannik’s forehand with different looks, particularly those looping, top spin heavy forehands as you pointed out. Then, if he didn’t bring out an error from Jannik on that wing he would go big to the backhand side for the winner or close the point out at the net. Starting to see signs of Alcaraz’s game maturing in the strategy and shot selection departments. Better tactical adjustments on the fly too.

Great tactical match from Alcaraz. He tried in the first set to play against Sinner pewer to power and he got destroyed 6-1. Then he clicked and Carlos started playing with a lot of spin in the ball (like Nadal) which caused a lot of unforced errors from Sinner.
