Flagrant is a comedy show that delivers unfiltered, unapologetic, and unruly hot takes directly to your dome piece. In an era dictated by political correctness, hosts Andrew Schulz and Akaash Singh, along with AlexxMedia and Mark Gagnon, could care less about sensitivities. If it’s funny and flagrant it flies. If you are sensitive this podcast is not for you. But if you miss the days of comedians actually being funny instead of preaching to a choir then welcome to The Flagrancy.

I love how normally all the guys are shouting back-and-forth an interrupting the guess, but when Joey is there everyone is sitting quietly, listening to Uncle Joey tell a story.
Because its easy to picture Joey yelling "STFU! WHAT'S SO FUNNY!?"
They knew not to do the typical Flagrant gimmicks with Joey, he would've walked off. Akaash and Mark were hilariously well-behaved
i actually hate that
@@fives. Well said.
Its like brothers and cousins are in a living room hearing one of their uncles share stories and life lessons.
December 9 1983 isnt too far off from December 25 1984 when you realize that was over 42 years ago. Thats a darn good memory coming from an ex cocaine addict who's been thru as much as Joey has, but of course, the nerds will never fail to pounce on you because you were a little bit off on something.
Ya I agree, I was impressed he was as close as he was
Stop it 😂
He might still be right. All the cinemas don't premiere at the same time.
@@Raumance idk what you smoking but no way they delayed by a year
@@wavycollectiveplenty of movies have been premiered a year later in a different location bro it happens all the time especially movies that premier over seas first
bro I give it to him on the date thing. None of us do coke for 30 years and get that close to a date on anything.
Same exact thing I'm saying/thinking, but you know how these needs are! You're off even a little bit on anything and they're quick to jump on you and shit on you. A lot of these guys have boring lives and can't believe it when people who have had awesome & wild lives tell their stories.
I'll never forget the night that I went to the theater to watch Scarface back in December of 1983. I went with my homie Aaron Davis from High School, who was on leave from the Army to spend time with his family. I'm originally a Brooklynite from the mean streets of Flatbush, Brooklyn during the 1970s that Diaz is talking about and I can also remember the madness. However, I was living in the San Fernando Valley in Los Angeles at the time. Scarface fuckin' blew my mind at the time! It was the ultimate gangster film during that period. Al Pacino's swagger was off the charts! It captured the violence of that era in the biggest way. I knew that there was something special about this film. When I walked out of the theater, I told Aaron: "That movie was a dream come true." I still stand behind that comment forty years later. As a Brooklynite from the 1970s when the Mafia was ruling much of the city and clipping guys in broad daylight like back in the wild west, I should know!
Man sometimes I wish I lived my 20s in the 70s & 80s. Society was just better or more my type back then 😂 2020s are boring
@ninenine2438 Very true my brutha! Men were men, and boys were boys back in the 70s through the 1980s. American Street culture had so much more style and flavor! The authenticity was much more organic and uncensored. Back in the 1970s, if you had a problem with another kid, you would just box and the winner would get the proper respect! If you lost, you would still be respected if you put up a good fight. That was excepted as being manly!
They arrested a Dutch drug lord in Dubai two years ago. The dude is a Moroccan who grew up in the Netherlands. He inherited a hasj smuggling line from a family member and then turned that into a billion dollar cocaine network. He ordered the killing of two dozen people in the Netherland, including a respected lawyer and a famous crime reporter, paranoid from excessive use of his own product. Anyway, one of the interesting facts about this guy was that he was a fanatically obsessed with Scarface. Having grown up in the Netherlands myself, Scarface was a gigantic cultural icon throughout the 80s and 00s.
He didn’t use it himself
What's the guy's name? And I grew up in Amsterdam by the way until the age of 12 in the 90's and I dont really remember Scarface being a cultural icon.
@@Kingwithoutathrone Ridhouan Taghi
All the immigrant drug dealers in europe are scarface fanatics 😂
I have followed Taghi's news for over 3 years and never have I ever heared about him using his own product. Why would you even lie about this? For 64 likes on your comment?
So it was released December 9th, in time for Christmas. Not even summer. Joey is the type of guy you gotta take a pinch of salt with it all. What is he trying to tell you. Read between the lines. He's basically saying people were there around Christmas watching a horrific violent movie. Hilarious image to imagine. He got the date wrong. Yeah, who cares. Outing him to seem funny is dumb. You're arguing with Joey about a specific date in 1984. You weren't even born. Chill. Just listen to uncle Joey. Y'all didn't grow up with Hispanic uncles and friends of the family. They talk like him all the time. I'm so used to it. Colombia has Joeys in every corner 😂🤣
he is a liar. look how he is exposed by redbar just look it up. joey diaz is a idiot who make up stories.
Naw that shit was funny lol it was Joey that was so adamant about It lol
Its hard to imagine someone watching a horror around chirstmas ? Are you for fuking real. Trying going to Australia for Xmas it will blow your mind what there traditions are like.
Man Joey needs to do a sitdown with Michael franzese
🎉🎉🎉
Michael talks out his arse he was bottom of the food chain and knew nothing. Thats why he's still breathing for been a grass.
@@vaulthunter6961 and this is coming from a random named vaulthunter69.
I’m almost sure Joey ain’t never gonna sit down with a monster
Profound irony: the only real point of moral compass of Scarface was Tony refusing to assassinate the U.N. diplomat (and his child) via car-bombing, and that happened *in New York.*
Joey is such a story teller. Amazing and unique person What a blessing for us listening
As they say, "Never let truth get in the way of a good story." 😆
Being an year off on a date that happened 43 years ago isn't exactly being untruthful. It's pretty impressive, I couldn't tell you what movies came out last year, let alone a decade ago.
@@cerberus3426 exactly
Perry you're just a geek. Sit down sonny
@alta8029 As all good storytellers are inclined to do. A story by itself may be good to recount, but a little bit extra that doesn't change too much can make it all the better.
Crazy; how a movie can influence a whole generation!
Wolf Of Wall Street definitely gave us Sam Bankman-Fried and Elizabeth Holmes....
Hell yeah. New York in the 80s....savage times.
Andrew needs a new barber
My man looking like lesbian hitler.
He looks fine, plus who's looking. You? C'mon.
Barber should be slapped for that fade!! 😂😂😂
@@okendo011 he got the forest gump fade
The cut is nice af wym
I can listen to this guy for 17 hours
Flagrant isn't what I'd hoped it would become. I think it's obvious why Flagrant 2 exists. But even just Schultz would've worked. But sometimes they gotta bring their friends in on it even if they aren't as funny. I guess he felt he needed someone to bounce off of. But his pandemic Instagram videos were hilarious. I miss those.
February 1st was in 84. He was 16 days off. And he was on cocaine. Lol 😂
That’s what I was thinking uncle Joey knows what he’s talking about
al pacino is the goat
I heard that denzel washington could be playing a dominican Scarface that takes place in new York i would love to see this and what he can do with the role
Scarface came out in December 9th 1983. The movie also got moved to L.A cause Pacino and the crew were getting legit death threats from the real drug gangsters cause they thought the movie was bringing too much heat on their turf back in 82` when it was getting made. Back then Griselda Blanco ran Miami.
Cubans 🇨🇺 in Miami and Florida thought it made them look bad so they didn't allow the movie to get shot in Miami thats why they shot it in LA
My friend who I can't say who he is said in a nice Italian accent " when we were robbing left and right they balanced the budget ...now they told us we can't steal left and right and they can't balance the budget"
Andrew’s man “The Connect” watched scarface too many times 😂😂😂
Who else paused it to look it up to come back to them showing it lol
Damn I didn’t realize Scarface was released in December. Haha a Christmas movie
That's dope, uncle joey on flagrant
Haha joeys like “nahnah I’ve never done anything crazy like that”! ya sounds like it haha
Andrew with the Beavis & Butthead haircut bro... lol
At that time in Mexico was when the guys from the Netflix show Narcos were in their prime.
Idc what google says, if joey says scarface came out on christmas, scarface came out on christmas.
Benny blanco from the Bronx Carlitos way
Yeah fat Tony was a beast. Him and Chin ran that shit during the 80’s.
Where can i sse the full video??
Joey quotes the best Month of one of the best years in movie history. "2010" Dec6/1984. Starman Dec13/1984. Dune Dec14/1984. The Flamingo Kid Dec21/1984. And who can forget Breakin'2 electric Boogaloo
With Joey details don't matter. Enjoy the story
Schultz got half way through his fade and remembered he had an episode to film and ran out the barbershop.
bro knew tony salerno lol i think its the same guy from the irishman with frank sheeran
Uncle Joey have the best stories.. I've listened to all his wild stories on The Joe Rogan podcast
That side kick has got to go!
SCHULTZ THAT MUSTACHE IS INSANE
I always Knew he dake confidently said these dates dorever
Nobody says ‘fuck’ or ‘fucking’ as cool as Joey (maybe Tony Montana is the exception) 😎
Me an my bros use to be like "CHE CHE........GET THE YAYOO!"
He was only a year off, mfs memory is fucking amazing.
The confidence was convincing.🤣
Joey Diaz is the drunk uncle who will BS about anything and everything. That’s why we all love him but you have to take everything he says with a grain of salt.
Joey Diaz strangely looks like Anthony Bourdain
Hes right. 75 to 85 NYC was fast and loose. Un fuckin real. The night life.
Nobody got bullied when you watched Bruce Lee lol hahaha 😂😂😂😂😂
80s 90s new york was different I can tell you that much
But he's "right" though he was off by a year but if the movie came out December 9th people, it would have been running on Christmas , and depending on the theatre , it might have "come out" "premiered" or had a special showing on Xmas
Props to those who actually watched it on the big screen on the Christmas eve.
It opened the same day as Sudden Impact.
Prop it up 😂😂
Tk Kirkland and Joey have crazy stories😭💀
Andrew should do this solo, and get rid of everyone else in there, Akash included.
The white dude looks laid back plays into the guests character. The other 2 are just extra burden. Akash is just playing detective everywhere. And the black dude doesn't really contribute to anything
@@mmamultiverse75 Especially Akash but yeah I agree 100%
andrew goes to barber and be like " lemme get a fade without a fade"
Dec 9th 83 he’s just one year off also during Xmas
Lmao! Joey was close but missed the coke.
Surprised no one cast Joey Diaz as a mob boss in some movie. He has that flare. And he even looks Italian.
Buddha Bonpensiero does not agree.
He was in Spider-Man 2 tho
He did play Big Pussys dad in The Many Saints of Newark.
I feel like that was/is the purpose of media, TV shows, movies, and music. It's called regularly scheduled programming for a reason
NYC HAS 8 MILLION PEOPLE LIKE JOEY IS GOING TO RUN INTO THE TOP GANGSTER'S
Some learned this fact from flagrant clips some learned this from paid n full😂💯
I love Joey Diaz 😂😂😂😂
Scarface came out in 1983, on December 9th and it's a testament to the cattle nature of New Yorkers that they'll dispute that they are cattle despite things like the topic of this clip. A movie by a tropical hippie.
not only in the 80s.
Joey already told the Whitney story on his pod a few yrs back and that other person in the limo with her was Ricky Martin
Maybe his theater didnt show it till xmas
Yes they were very big, they ran not just the city but everything else all the heavy hitters gangsters the five families came out of Brooklyn.
the guns were in the car never carried. never had to use them. i was partying not moving weight
Akash is now like a bird You barely notice him
Might’ve came out in his area then too so could be right
Joey's got that good tan
Let's face it folks, the 80's fuckin' rocked. Top to bottom. The 90's were the worst decade ever. Having been old enough to have grown up in the 80's and wise enough to know that compared to the previous decade the 90's absolutely sucked ass, once again the 80's rocked 🤟
Is that why yall have his eyes 😂
Do they even release movies on Xmas day? 😂😂
That’s my uncle
This is true..... Everybody turned into some drug dealer gangsta
Joey Diaz > oxygen
It literally was a masterpiece, I can understand why it influenced 😂
TREMENDOUS
Like Paid in Full talked about how the movie changed the game
Ohh how I wanted to be tony as a kid
How's that going?
battery park giant lines, all the alcohol, all nite long. garbage guy would come out so we would move on. i would drive in Thursday after noon party till sunday go to Harlem get a bag of coke 4 maybe 8 oz head home triple my money in 2 or 3 days. drive back to the city. that was77 till 82. then i got 39 months in Pa western prison in Pittsburgh. those were good times my friend
NYC was a nightmare in the 80s. Rampant crime, rat infestation, AIDS epidemic, crack epidemic, horrible infrastructure. Oh yeah, and the weather sucked. Sounds like a great time dude.
They play movies for weeks at time…
I see joey diaz and i click
All 80s drug dealers quote scarfsce as the movie that inspired them.
Most dealers in general get influenced by some form of media along with their environment to become who they r
Andrew needs to fire his barber, dont @ me.
u gotta remember hes been on finesteride for like 20 years, he naturally bald but stoppin it so his corners and hairquality overall gon be lower and look weirder.
We just gona ignore his gorilla friends in Newark 😂
Scarface made everyone who watched that movie a coke head back then that’s why
A certified criminal is Andrews barber
Old people crack me up they stories be half right cause it was 30 years ago
Andrew's going to turn around after like a year and be like yo that year on the podcast where I had my hair that mustache i was wildin
True Joey, this podcast is lost. Looking for NBC, CBS, Etc.
He was only a year and 16 days off….That’s like 10 minutes for a guy who’s always coked up
Even 2002 nyc was fire !!!! Can’t tell stories here but omg…safe but FUN. Now it’s all dangerous and boring
Sons of anercy made evrig one bikers over hir 😂
Joey lies so much that he believes his own lies
This guy makes us a lot of stories. I Believe Fidel more than this guy
what the hell is going on andrew. you have too much money to look like your vacuuming up luigis mansion. what is that haircut?!
also dont even get me started on michael bolton over there on the otherside
