Ducky and HyperX Made A BABY...Gaming Keyboard!
The HyperX + Ducky One 2 Mini is a 60% keyboard with a twist. It takes the classic Ducky One 2 Mini design and adds HyperX Red linear switches along with replacement keycaps to create something that's pretty cool. This might be the best 60% keyboard collaboration yet!

The Hyperduck! Slaying noobs to saving the world one quack at a time.
Irfan Comot 🐥
Veri fani ahaha
Realised there are 3700 keyboards of these 😭
*looks at wallet* Me: The time has come, execute order go broke. Wallet: It will be done my lord.
lol
Ethan Smith 😂😂
Amen
Same buts I look at cash app lol
Lol deserves more attention
Now all that's left is to own an actual pc....
@Oliver.T Because they're interesting?
@Oliver.T why watch anything?
Jordan Rage why would pc peripherals be interesting if you don’t own a pc?
Maybe he's planning on buying one!
If only they weren't so expensive amirite?
This is for hardcore gamers that never die and don't need F9 to quick load.
fn + 9
its even easier to fn+9 than f9, as fn+9 is closer
I love the magic FN on tabulator on Anne Pro 2. When you customize the secondary layout it's neat.
I see my Ducky x HyperX fanfiction got stolen...
My Razer X Ducky too
Oh 🤦♂️
@@XiGlove Eww...
@@XiGlove no
OwO XiGlove Razer be INSANELY overpriced for what u get
Wow! I'm really impressed with the stabilizers on this keyboard.
Eber could you make a review of your varmilo? It seems like it's a great keyboard and i've heard that they also factory mod them which i'm very curious about! Pls consider doing so!
Klean Seconded. It seems like a great keynoted, but I'd rather watch them review it first
Very nice review. 👍 You should add it to your "Gaming Keyboards Reviews 2020"-Playlist
is just me or dose anyone else would like it to be always available
You're not alone dude, I wish hyper x released SFF keyboards and TKLs more often (and get them on mass production so Argentina gets a proper taste of compact keyboards)
I forgot to mention that the only compact keyboards we get (massively and for cheap) are from Redragon, RoyalKludge and some other random Chinese brands... I dream of the day that Ducky, Leopold, Anne, Qisan and other *reputable* brands manage to get official vendors over here
I would love for it to be always available cuz im gonna try and get it but who knows if itll be sold out hella quick
I'm CDT anyone know where i would get it? Would i buy it off Hyperx's where the release date is or is there a better site please let me know it'd be greatly appreciated.
Thx for the review. May I ask:which mic did you used for this video?
Funny, there was boss music when the video started for me
Same I got an ad.
0:00 That intro music sounds familiar, I think it was from their G Pro keyboard review.
Even babies cost more than I’ll ever be able to afford
Where can you find the Rune keycaps from the Varmilo? Thanks!
Dope review of the keyboard bro!
2:51 how did you get that lighting please respond I like those kind
where can I get the keycaps shown @ 2:27? I like those blue ones.
Is the white balance in the video a bit off? The "glossy red" looked extremely orange in several shots. Not a big deal, just found it curious. I have a tenkeyless as my primary keyboard right now, but have never tried a 60%. I even miss my numpad every now and then, but I think the thing that would really bug me is the lack of directional arrows for rapidly cycling through text when typing. If I make a typo I will really frequently ctrl+left arrow or ctrl+shift+arrows to move to text and highlight text for rapid editing. It's muscle memory, I do it a lot. It looks like the arrow keys are mapped to this keyboard on JIKL, presumably as a function key alternate. I guess you could use your pinky to hold down the function key and still keep the rest of your fingers on the home keys. That's not terrible, though it would take a lot of getting used to. I enjoy having freed up some desk space with the switch down a tenkeyless, but the space saved getting to 60% just doesn't seem worth it to me.
After all these review of small form keyboard I would love to get one. But whats the best recommendation for one that is the quietest mechanical ducky? Or do I really need to further customise it to be more acceptably silent to type during midnight?
Can you review the new HyperX Cloud Flight S headset please? It looks like it's improved a few of the issues from the original Cloud Flights but some reviews have said they've had problems with the sound stage so it'd be great to hear what you guys think!
If they made it with the acqua tactile switches i would actually be interested. The linear ones seems like one more lineal switch, but the acqua seems interesting comparing to other clicky switches
Anyone else remember the same awesome intro song from the Logitech G Pro review
It's honestly worth it to bite the bullet and learn how to use a second layer for those arrows, delete, insert, etc. keys. I've found a productivity increase because I don't have to move my right hand to hit those keys anymore and using a TKL or anything bigger is more of a hassle now.
I have two Ducky One 2 SF keyboards with Cherry Brown switches. I use one with my work PC and one for my home PC. I think they are the best keyboards I've ever used, in both feel and sound.
love the shade thrown at them for the non braided cable. those stupid rubber ones get caught so easily and the braided ones last so much longer
Been using a Ducky Shine II (DK9008S) with MX Reds for almost a decade. Ducky keyboards are next-level quality!
Idk if I should get this or the hyperx alloy origins core
It would be super cool if you made a video about some group buys and what to look for to get started with custom keyboards, like the CU 80 that just happened
Even though this is a collab between hyperx and ducky, ducky can still use Razer synapse 3 for software support. Its not the best since you cant do color layers but it nice to have the keyboard integrated with games such as Apex, Overwatch, etc.
If they make a one 2 mini with steel series and use the switches from the apex tok and allow you to change the switches makes the best keyboard you can get right now
Agreed, I'd love to see a hot swappable Ducky one day
I LOVE DUCKY PARTNERING WITH OTHER MANUFACTURERS! THE DUCKY MIYA PRO IS SO AWESOME! I LOVE THIS BRAND THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR INTRODUCING ME TO DUCKY! I may have gotten a little over-excited... But yeah, ducky is super cool...
They really need to start including sane programmability on these 60% boards. Like, most manufacturers miss the point of a small keyboard - that you get the keys closer to your fingers. Instead they just take them away from you. No delete? I hold Space and tap Backspace. Arrowkeys? Space + I, J, K and L. Etc. Significantly improves my workflow. Only times I miss dedicated keys is when I'm like laid back and watching a movie and have to press like Right once per hour.
those extra 2 led's on the space bar atleast makes me hopeful for the later releases of Ducky
I’m still waiting for the Anne Pro 2 Corsair Edition
I had a 2014 Razer blackwidow 2014 till a week ago. But then a got a TKL keyboard and I love it.
What do people do with the space they save from not having arrow keys on the keyboard?
How can i found that entrance music anybody know ?
What other compact like keyboards is there like this? Recommendations? New to the keyboard scene
This is a pretty underwhelming limited edition, to me at least
Yeah, but it isn't overpriced
They're all the same, these 60% things.
Takeaway from this video: The Varmilo va87m is one *solid* sounding board.
Varilo's are sexy in general
I know. I found one of their full size keyboards online and now I'm thinking about buying that lol
I got one of the panda edition with blue switches and they sounds like heaven
I'm CDT anyone know where i would get it? Would i buy it off Hyperx's where the release date is or is there a better site please let me know it'd be greatly appreciated.
Nicely Color coordinating your Your clothes with the Keyboard! :D
For me personally it’s hard to live without function keys for gaming lol
Jarred Lima yup you’re right lol that sure is personal
@@aaronnn5384 yes
been trying for last hour and ebay scalpers already have them listed.
Does anyone know how to get this in kuwait I NEED ITTTT
2020 it's weeeeeeeeeeird
That Terracotta Red colour shirt is just gorgeous!!!
I love my ducky keyboard. I just wish they had software to go with it rather than the button combos you have to use to make macros or change the LEDs etc.
I like the collab, but i wanted to see the 60% skeleton from hyperx like the alloy origins
Thank you very much, you are really help me, we are waiting for your next video, keep healthy and keep uploading
This reminds me of when Ford and GM put their differences aside and developed the 10 speed automatic transmission the first automatic that is faster than a manual 6 speed in a quarter mile.
I already have a Ducky x HyperX keyboard, One 2 Mini with HyperX Pudding Keycaps
I was just on their site about an hour ago and just saw it and here is the review
The SF is the perfect keyboard if we are talking about compact size. The arrow keys and the extra other keys made it a lot better than 60%. which also does not add much to the size compare to TKL.
Do you know if this comes in TKL/80% :O
I peep that Limited Melody box
I'm CDT anyone know where i would get it? Would i buy it off Hyperx's where the release date is or is there a better site please let me know it'd be greatly appreciated.
damnnn he got so skinny, havent watched a vid here in like a year
Damnnn same, guess it was a good thumbnail
He's been jogging
Which is a good thing, being fat is trash.
@@Takkion it's not trash, it's unhealthy
@@GDHoliran TBH it's both (well it feels trash)
I'm quite frustrated that the market continues to work on the smaller form factor keyboards but ignores the low profile market. I would love to have something I can take around with me in a laptop bag with a small footprint, and while the 60% and TKL keyboards fit half of that goal, its just not all of it. And definitely more than one of the low profile keyboards out there feature some form of shoddy bluetooth, which makes things way worse and more frustrating. I guess I'm just hoping CoolerMaster eventually fixes their SK series of keyboards and releases their new, fixed series they showed of at CES(?) a long time ago...
Can someone explain switches to me? Like I know what they are but how much of a difference do different switches make? And what are the best switches for gaming and why? My board has Cherry reds and I’ve never tried any others before. Curious what I should get in my next board
60% keyboards ❤️
4:10: arrives My Ears: "Oh fuck yeah"
Is there a tkl version for it?
Does anyone know if ducky keyboards are hot swappable?
SERIOUSLY?!?!!! Right after I bought the Ducky Mecha Mini :')
would like to hear your opinion on the new bose 700 headset...i'm looking for a new headset that is wired..no buying another 500 dollar batterie for when they die..4 or 500 range for headset would be ideal...I don't like mics on headsets, but I guess bose 700 is amazing with the hidden mic..?! so it would be appreciated , and like the way you review things , Hardware Canucks, linus ain't to bad lol
Liked and subscribed only because of that fire typing test. That's how it should be done.
3:26 woaahhh
"Its gonna be sold out right when this video goes live" Hyperx site: "Release date May 12th 5pm PST"

I'm hoping more gaming peripheral maker makes more of these small 60% 68% keyboards, also with low profile switches and caps.
2:10 dang that keyboard back surface raytracing...oh, wait
i literally just bought a miya pro and this comes out
limited edition me : *it appears that I am currently broke*
is the a tkl version?
Is there a model in the tactile aqua switches?
c0v3r11 no it only comes with hyperx red switches
are the key switches hot swap able
How much will this cost cause I’m gonna buy it tmr May 12th @5pm est
Can someone explain to me as to why he prefers non-braided cables?
Same. I wanna know. I prefer braided ones as they a little bit more durable lol
@Ramses 7 I see. Thanks for the clarification. Was a bit confused when I heard that haha
In which countries is it going to be sold? I'm from (Argentina) I know that it is sold today but I don't know if it will come out in my country?
Forget the keyboard where can i get the year of the rat spacebar?
Ducky: provides custom space bar cap with unique drawing Kingston: provides lower quality keycap
where do i buy one from? (Australian) release date 12 may
ss frank pc case gear but its sold out :( i want one!!
Me : thats awsome! Pocket: thats a ducky
They should make a Hyperx X Ducky one 2 SF
wish it was the SF version. I dunno, I prefer the one's with arrow keys instead of pushing the FN button everytime
What is the song name and artist of the intro music? Loving it!
i just lubed my corsair k70 rapitfire and im hooked now, i just gotta grease my stabilizers now and itll sound really nice
Get a syringe for the stabs. Makes it real easy to apply

Guys what's the track at the beginning of the video? Would love it if you guys could include track names in the video info. :)
I agree, that's just "One Too Many"... 😎👍
is it better than the ducky mecha? cause I don't know which one to get
my ducky 1 2 mini has a problem with double key presses... any ideas?
4:10 for sound test Thank me later

Is that a MARKUS office chair from IKEA? If yes, how comfortable is it longterm? I'm thinking about buying this or the JÄRVFJÄLLET
I love 80% keyboard too
I like where this is going.
Is this wireless compatable??
This, or a kb with gateron opticals and lubed stabs
