Saved a beeeeeee that was on the sidewalk. It had lost a leg maybe and maybe a wing? Got a little flower for it, and it immediately started eating (or drinking) the nectar (or food). Usually, I focus on mammals, but this bee was just walking so slowly, hopeless. It was not there the next norining. Hopefully, it's safe, and it might be, considering there is a bee that will follow me wherever I go around my house.

bees swarm when something spooks them out of their original hive. it could be due to smoke or flooding or many other factors; bees are pretty sensitive. the swarm flies from place to place looking for somewhere to build their new hive, and during the process, may roost in clumps like this almost anywhere they feel safe. They need to rest a while to continue their search. we'll probably never know why they chose the chair instead of part of the house, or a tree, but they probably liked that it would keep them shaded, and something about the area had them feeling it would be safe.

I developed a bit of a fear since my hair products ATTRACT bees 😭. I tolerate them enough but every summer my fear is awakened from its wintery slumber. Oh and it also attracts wasps! The good news is there are some scents in it that repel bugs but I think lavender makes wasps aggressive or something because when I replaced the lavender oil with Jamaican black castor oil with lavender in it, they started doing that scary rapid flying towards me and I just went inside and watched it repeatedly hit the glass for a few seconds before flying off...

You definitely have the best bee videos and are far more knowledgeable than any other beekeeper out there. Saw you on Joe Rogan and was very impressed. Some beekeepers pretend to save bees and say they never kill them, but they do. Saw it happen after filming a bee removal for one. Was shocked to see them spray the remaining bees, especially since they say “there’s no need to ever kill bees” constantly on their KZhead channel! Such hypocrisy! I was devastated to see the remaining bees get murdered. That person proved to be a very bad person later with very questionable morals.

How do you have the courage to literally pick HANDFULS of BEES!?!?
Bees are actually really docile most people never get stung in there entire life most the time it’s wasps yellow jackets or hornets that people confuse for bees
she most likely got stung either way but she was sorta prepared but was still getting stung a ton probably.
I have a huge fear of bees, wasps, hornets
@@DracozNest nah bees don't sting unless absolutely necessary and once they don't see you as a threat they chill and do whatever

Bit of a stretch but sure
Honeybees rarely sting people. Most colonies that are wild will not attack unless you disturb an already existing hive. Honeybees have virtually none of the excessively aggressive and territorial nature of wasps.

how does a whole family of bees get attracted to a chair
bees swarm when something spooks them out of their original hive. it could be due to smoke or flooding or many other factors; bees are pretty sensitive. the swarm flies from place to place looking for somewhere to build their new hive, and during the process, may roost in clumps like this almost anywhere they feel safe. They need to rest a while to continue their search. we'll probably never know why they chose the chair instead of part of the house, or a tree, but they probably liked that it would keep them shaded, and something about the area had them feeling it would be safe.

@@RichieREALROBLOX_123 bees sting in protection of their hive, usually, and these bees didn't have a hive. they were also probably exhausted from swarming (flying for miles and miles as a group looking for a home) so, as long as she was gentle with them, they were unlikely to sting her. she's a professional and knows when a hive is likely to be aggressive or not. and stings probably don't bother her much, honestly

How do you know she's not one of those ?
