In this tutorial video, I go over the basics of lightwhipping. We first go over whip maintenance and proper attire, then we get into the universal moves of lightwhipping: body tracing and body lacing. Together, we go through different examples of body tracing and lacing, then I also leave you guys with a mini combo move. This is the start of my lightwhip tutorial series, so be sure to stay tuned and comment, like, subscribe if you enjoyed the video!

    @hollwoods@hollwoods3 жыл бұрын
    • So it is absolutely normal for fibers to break over time, especially if you are starting to be more rough with it and are fiber wielding. I usually buy new fiber heads every 3-6 months. I would recommend just getting a new fiber head unless you want to have two whips! :)

      @Flowmi@Flowmi3 жыл бұрын

    @Marita768@Marita7683 жыл бұрын
    • Definitely do not glue it back! The fibers are supposed to spin, that gives it mobility which is required for many tricks. If it is a new whip I would contact the seller about it as they should have a warranty for you. :)

    @lynn-yq4rp@lynn-yq4rp3 жыл бұрын
    • That depends on how often you use it, typically I lubricate mine every 3-5 uses. If you use it every day for over an hour each session, then I would lubricate it daily. Once you notice it starts to stick and the fibers bunch up or get tangled, it is time to lubricate!

    @hollwoods@hollwoods3 жыл бұрын
    • Yes absolutely! So in my most recent lightwhip tuts I have been using my glofx whip and I love it! I also have a 10% discount code if you use 'Flowmi' :) If you are not interested in the glofx one, then Fiberflies is the next best option!

  • How you lubricated it? 😂 just add some lubricant whit hands... sorry but I just buy my first whip😅

    @ik9551@ik95515 ай бұрын
    • No need to apologize! Yes so the best way is to put some on the fibers at the base of the whip and use a cloth to work it all the way through (so basically go from base to end of fibers)

    • Hi love, so what I recommend you do is slow the video down to the slowest speed and follow along that way! :) Unfortunately I cannot do anything about wanting a closer view but I would suggest using a computer and following along that way :) Let me know if there is anything else I can help with! Goodluck!

    • you definitely don't have to do anything, these are merely suggestions to make flowing easier! Personally I bring a whole second outfit to cover up so I can give bomb lightshows. When people give shows and their whip is sticking to them, it shows, but if you are just wanting to have fun and not give a full on performance you dont need to cover up! :)
