Lightwhip Tutorial: Isolation Basics

In this tutorial video we go over isolation basics. We first go over basic isolations in the horizontal and vertical plane and go over the easiest way to learn how to isolate with your whip. Then we go over body isolations, which can be done around various parts of the body, the limit is your imagination! In order to maintain a clean isolation, try to keep the whip as straight as possible as it goes around your body, I struggled to show this within the video since the whip was sticking to my body as it was very hot but this small trick will make your isolations look smooth and clean! Be sure to stay tuned and comment, like, subscribe if you enjoyed the video as this helps to support my channel!
Please leave me your feedback and let me know what you would like to see more of in this series, as well as if you found this video helpful as I read all the comments! Happy whipping guys! :)

  • Just from your tutorial, I got the hang of it and did it to some music and once I really got a handle of the basics, I added some other moves and they looked amazing!! Thank you so much!!

  • What do you use for the silk sleeve, also where do you get it and how do you put it on your whip?

    • So I bought it from Pixel Faery, you can find her on Instagram! (: Once you get it, all you have to do is unscrew the base of the handle and slide the fiber head attachment through the hole at the bottom of the sleeve. It is super simple once you have it in your hands and can see it (:

  • This might not be super related to ISO’s but it reminded me of a rope dart elbow shot- is that adaptable?

    • So I am not too experienced with rope dart itself, but almost all rope dart moves are adaptable with the whip! :)
