the razer deathadder v2 pro is nowhere near as bad as i thought lmao, the refresh actually changed a lot of things, however the clicks are still dismally atrocious to put it lightly.
if u wanna cop the dav2 pro: amzn.to/3lu7bQf (amazon aff link)
didnt talk ab battery/charging bc theres no point, battery is incredible and it uses micro usb. if u have the dock just use that

@@boardzy i actually do have the chad 20cm by 11cm hands
@@AllAboutEverything-ge4phi dont. been growing with deathadder since 2014 and still use it nothing really happened
Using a DA v2 right now :D I prefer the viper and model O wireless but the 2 DPI switches make thinks a lot easier on top for DS3 (1 DPI cycle switch/1 profile switch). The scroll wheel on the viper8k (just picked up) is FAR tighter than on the DA or any other mouse i've used, but much quieter. The DA scroll wheel is loud.
When I used to own my original deathadder I liked the fit but I do have long fingers. Thank you for you detailed explanation
i really enjoy the clicks, i like the muted dull tonality and for me, theyre perfect
5 ads in one video, love to see it in a Boardzy video. But I'm happy af because tomorrow im gonna get my artisan zero, only bought it because Boardzy recommended it. Can't wait for my life to get better by it
LMFAO are u on mobile? You'll love the pad fr
I've been using the Deathadder Elite for years, then the scroll wheel went out, instantly bought a Deathadder V2 wired. Didn't even consider getting a different style mouse. However the Viper Mini looks kinda cool & is cheap, but I've already owned this for more than a month so I'm certainly not going to just buy a second mouse to sit around for 5 years.
I have seen reviews and videos where the side rubber grips wear off within a year. Is it true ? I am thinking of this mouse for games like Warzone and Battlefield as it has good tracking speed and I like the bump in the back. Will you recommend this ?
How are the clicks compared to the regular v2? Or the viper wireless? Ive got the regular v2 and want wireless the thing keeping me from getting this one is the clicks - i just love the light clicks on the regular V2 and dont know if they have changed them on this model - thanks! This is the only mouse i play really good with, ive got 13,5 cm wide hands
Cry
lets goo, u deserve more subs. also nice krunker scope lol
6:40 how long did you continue to spin the mouse after you cut?
LMAO a few more times
did you have to buy the charging dock separately? Unlike the viper ultimate?
Boardzy always on the grind 💯
🙏🙏🙏
Yo boardzy, should I get the g203 or the viper mini?
hellohello thanks for the review and i would like to ask u smth regarding this mouse. how is the scroll wheel? i mean is it stiff like in razer viper series or is it light and smooth to rotate? thanks in advance
I have large hands and require the palm grip. Any other grip is uncomfortable to me. I'm still rocking my Deathadder 2013. I did have to fix the scroll wheel and side grips sliding off. Other than that it's the most comfortable mouse for my hand size and use case.
boarzy, I love my deathadder beacuse I do in fact have massive chad hands, I really want to get the xm1r do you think I can comfortably hold it when the shape is good for fingertip and claw when I use a fingertip/palm grip
I'd like to see a comparison vid between all the ergo mice comparable to the deathadder. Thinking of going back to an ergo mouse myself (on GPW rn and i'm beginning to despise it) and debating between a 703 or a Deathadder V2 Pro
Switched from the g pro to the deathadder v2 and honestly I can’t go back to the GPW, deathadder fits my hand like a glove
i dont even palm grip but i can't get used to this ambi mice meta. my ring finger hates it
@@cristianhernandez4920same just bought a v2 pro a few days ago for 68$ on sale on Amazon and I don’t know why I never went ergo, this mouse fits like a glove
Which razer model has the AA battery operated ? Thanks for the video
Been waiting on this😈

Hey boardzy, Thanks for recommending the artisan hien. got a xl soft fx hien for my first mouspad upgrade and its worth every penny
have you tried the m1k with a slow pad like a gsr? Or only faster pads like artisan?
I've tried it on the esports tiger neon and gamesense radar, liking it the most on the artisan zero tho
I've always thought about how beneficial learning to play or "getting good" with various types of grips, pads, mouse shapes could be to obtain a more unique prospective on how well you actually preform to figure what benefits your playstyle the most, that's really what it all boil down to, finding what's best for the way you play/want to play.
does the gear create the gamer or does the gamer create the gear
hey boardzy what's your cm/360
Could you recommend it for medium to small hands? I don’t want to get that crappy deathadder v2 mini btw
No there's legit countless mice better for your hand size, look into the viper mini
Hand sizes doesn’t matter
I kinda like the deathadder shape but I’ve realized it’s just too big for my hands.
What game you playin I’ve seen it before I’ve played it but I forgot the name
I freakin’ love this mouse over the superlight surprisingly. Size matters.
i main the wired da v2 it fits my 17x9 hand perfectly with palm, my hands are barely in the medium size spectrum, i can agree the clicks are mediocre, my thumb is always right between both the side buttons
@boardzy What is the best mouse for 100 €?
What keyboard do you rock?
Bro what mouse do you think is the best love the vid
I have the first deathadder from 2018, and its still going; for me its a nice looking mouse and comfortable.
just upgraded from the deathadder from 2018 to this pro v2
I had a model d and then I get a viper ultimate and I prefer the vipers clicks over the model d, the model d has one of the worst clicks over ever felt in a mouse
I bought it, is better than g203 in accurancy but I feel the click cheaper than 203, idk if the basilisk v2 fix that.
hi boardman how far are you from ur monitor? Do you think distance matters for you?
come to america
Are you sure you received V2 Switches? My copy has V2 and they are perfect, same for the RVU. PM2048 both copies
They only come with v2 switches, says it on the box
Is it better than the g pro superlight
Yo fam what game u playing in background looks dope ngl
Is it tube of lube over there in blue bottle?
so i got the mouse before this video and actually got i tafter the bad review which was stupid of me but i absolutely love this mouse. one thing i do want to say is this mouse on modern warfare 2019 is ACTUALLY a beast. loaded in to my first game of the month and got accused of walling and soft aim. i claw grip high sense so its kind of nutty
You play claw so it makes sense why people would accuse you of that lol.
@@Cosmicmorales and it was shipment. Jump pre aim corners + claw high sens is a recipe for accusations
I have a deskpad and I always stick them in the washing machine when they get dirty. I've done that countless times. i wonder how it would feel compared to a brand new one though, I only buy mousepads once every leap year
What were they thinking with those clicks? They really do suck like you say. Viper clicks are fine so it's not like they can't do it.
i cant palm the deathadder. it's too short. I can palm an EC1 tho.
Been using ec2 for a week. Ergo goated
would you recommend this mouse or the g703? and why is 2 dpi good?
You can quickly shift up and down. For example if you need to do a flick you can go up, do your thing and go down without needing to cycle through all the dpi settings
Boardzy editing now? Let's gooo
What's your verdict on the G Pro Superlight after some use. I am hearing some QC complaints. Your videos rock!!
Used mine as my main since early December, really nothing to note so far. Button feel/quality hasn't deteriorated and the build feels as solid as day 1
@@boardzy Thanks for that. I just picked one up and build quality seems good. The weight is nice and light. The feet seem ok. Did you swap them out with corepads?
What is that game called the blocky one?
i thinking about buying the v2, is it worth it? help me someone please (i have 20x10cm hands and im a claw palm user)
I have 20x11 cm hands and I used palm grip!! Should I buy it or not??
definitely, here's why. Deathadder V2 is light for such and it's often on sale for about 50-60$ aswell. The mouse shape is extremely comfortable and will suit pretty much any type of game. I've tried the deathadder essential, which is a very old version, but it still held up for 5 years so the Deathadder design is very durable
@@ya7ioo does the deathadder v2 claw-able?i have 20cm x 10cm
@@baihaqi6536 Definitely claw-able, I have it in my hand right here and I can claw grip it comfortably, though I still prefer a palm grip on the deathadder v2. Remember the mouse was designed mainly for palm grip, not claw, so you might wanna look at other gaming mice. It's also a little heavier than other claw grip mice.
@@baihaqi6536 I have a DA Essential that has the same size dimensions as the V2. It is claw-able and I'm a palm-claw user, tho it took me a day to adjust bcause of its shape, I've used a cheap egg-shaped mouse. The DA shape is perfectly comfortable for me :))). 18.7cm x 9cm, btw
@@joshuadelsaraza4782 I have 18.5cm x 9cm hand size, what mouse would you recommend
Should I buy a charging dock with this?
You are funny. I want to try a different mouse but each time I try I just want to KMS. Idk why but this mouse just works for me. So glad they made it lighter. Can’t wait for mine to come in the mail
brooo can u try the redragon storm elite m988?
It's weird cause I don't feel I have very big hands, but I can't 100% palm grip on deathadder v2 , cause my hand is a bit larger, lately I been trying kind of relax claw grip , and turns my aim responsiveness and precise level to another level , I'm waiting for a wireless mouse that fit claw grip , optical switches and no side buttons..
I would appreciate if someone could help: I've been playing with wired v2 on 1.8 sensitivity in game, switched to v2 pro wireless and now 1.8 is faster on this mouse and when i try and adjust the sens to 1.75 and so on, it just isn't the same. any advice on how and why is it not the same and if it was the weight being heavier on the wireless v2, then 1.8 should have been slower not faster.
r/razer
Your DPI setting is maybe diffrent, if you can find out what was the DPI setting you used on your previous mouse, 800, 1000, 1600 or whatever, and than just set the same number on your new mouse, in software or with those buttons it has for DPI.
Every mice are fuking different u smart
I have the best boardzy impression
I have 2013 deathadder do you think how much difference will it be to buying this one?
i love the click feel of the v2 optics
Weaky fingers
are the clicks that mushy compared to ec2-b?
Yes.
Can you do a review of the delux m700?
i have had the razer deathadder v2 wired. the cable broke after 1 year and 1 month of use. horrible cable. before that one i had the deathadder chroma. no problems with the cable what so ever. i developed double click over time after 5 till 6 years of use. so i had to switch. now i am using the deathadder V2 pro. i can honestly say its way better. it plays way better in overwatch (main FPS game i play). easy to do flick shots easy to get kills. its a good mouse so far. just got it today
yo after 2 years are you still using deathadder V2 pro? if yes do you reccomed buying now at 80$ ?
@@samuwiki i still use it yes and it still works like it was new no problems with it. But to be honest if you can afford the V3 just buy that one. its a little lighter and got a better sensor. But overal yes i am still happy with it. i do have problems with the charging port though. but its Micro USB thast the problem. the V3 got USB-C. anyway for 80 dollars its a good deal i would say.
okay but what if you de solder the switches and re solder some good ones in
it uses optical switches so its functionally a hot swap system with other opticals, no desoldering. Regardless of the switches, the click feel will be terrible due to how Razer designed the buttons
for the 4th time, why would you palm grip when you can just grip your palm?
I am still stumped by this question
5:58 what kind of glitch is that?
Solid amount of gameplay clips and solid review!
Appreciate it 🙏
I'm curious to know what's your opinion on the Mamba wireless. They kind of look similar.
Can you do a review of the logitech g703
Maybe
death has better click latency
we need you to review the xenics titan gx air wireless the clone of the pwnage symm wireless, but way better!
0:45 what game is this?
Why not just using the Superlight with palm? i think the super light is ez to palm... and im not sure if the shape of the deathadder is worth taking the weight and the mushy clickz :o
The superlight is too small, my hands are 11cm wide lol I need gigantic mice to palm
@@boardzy ye true ive tested it, my hand is 10,5 and after a good while my hand startet to cramp actually... atm i claw/palm the mm720... i like the width pretty much. but guess a Deathadder is still more corfortable. thing with the mm720 is it feels sooo accurate and cotrollable cause of low weight and good possibity to build some tension... dont feel it like that on the deathadder :)
i see that boardzy love his water
Dude swears like he's on old KZhead and I fuckin love it
But it is good or bad?
As someone who owns a viper ult and wired deathadder v2 been looking at either the gpw or something else
I use a Razer Mamba Elite on my gaming PC I've been very happy with it, one of my fav mice yet for comfort. I've been humoring a better mouse for my laptop. I don't game that much on it. But I do a little bit & I've just been using a Microsoft Bluetooth mouse that isn't great for gaming. (To small for my hand, and I'm not use to 4500 dpi settings) I want a mouse that supports Bluetooth because my laptop only has 2 USB ports (Plus a USB C port) That way If I need both of my ports I don't gotta sacrifice one to the dongle. I'm basically debating between the more expensive Razer Deathadder V2 Pro or the cheaper Razer Basilisk X HyperSpeed. Being the only two I know with Bluetooth features. I kinda wish I could find a store with display models to just touch each mouse... But I feel the Deathadder V2 Pro is more like my Mamba Elite... But... there not alike. Just the Basilisk is just so much more different... lol I palm grip my mouse... So based on what your saying I'd likely at least be fine with the Deathadder V2. (not to say the Basilisk would be bad, idk lol) Also I'll likely always see it as a smile now. lol
Same problem as the Viper Ultimate, micro usb instead of usb c, mushy clicks just makes the mouse worse in general, one of the reasons I cannot use the Superlight as a main.
Mushy clicks? hell naw. Sticking with my g502 hero.
why does ur palm grip look very similar to ur original grip in previous videos 🤔🤔🤔
Because I dont aggressive ftip large mice so the difference between a relaxed ftip and palm is pretty small
What mouse should I order bro you review way too many. I have huge hands and a hybrid palm grip. I'm used to the shape of my g600 but I need a good optical sensor cuz this laser sensor isn't cutting it for valorant.
I was thinking cooler master mm720 cuz of the ring finger rest. But I want wireless. Are the reddragon mouse shit?
I'm still using deathadder essentially to this day, the mouse is immortal, looking to switch but i'm scared to buy a smaller mouse because i got so used to the deathadder while also switching to white peripherals so the new deathadders are out of question lmao. Thinking of getting the viper but it's too damn expensive...
Which ver are you using ?
What game is this?
@boardzy There is one main mistake when someone trying to get to palmgrip, and thats the placing your palm on mouse first, you need to do opposite, first place your fingers at end of buttons, than place your wrist on mousepad and start pulling your wrist to your fingers to the moment you dont feel your palm touching mousepad and its stable on mouse, from now on all you have to do is to pull your finger to click.
I liked DA elite a lot more than the v2. Honestly wish v2 was just a weight-reduced elite.
Deathadder hyperspeed x is pretty good
I have Deathadder V2 and i also hate its palm grip and not so comfortable size form year's. But it's Buttons are really fast and durable.
This death adder wired (not the pro) is my first and only mouse I’ve used for about 2 years now. For my hands it’s great
How are the side rubber grips ? Have they worn out ?
@@riichobamin7612 I'm using the deathadder essential for like 4 years already and the mouse is as good as new lol, this thing is immortal!
@@SaintPuppetS alright. Thanks man !
Wat game is that
My hand is 21cm large and 11width, palm grip, this mouse is good? Actually i used g403, is really umconfortable for my hand :(
No, its too small for you.
I bought the V2 Pro today and it's very interesting because, my copy is perfect (build quality) but my old regular v2 is literally shit (creaks everywhere... and this on 3 units)
how do you get ur scope like that
Coomer.
boardzy has some sweaty hands
what’s ur main mouse boardzy
g pro x
I dont know how you hit your sniper shots in krunker with that scope
Yo Boardzy, it’s the Valorant guy!! Which FPS is tour favorite? Krunker or something else? Also, I noticed that with cherry MX red switches, I can time out bhops in titanfall, are the krunker timings tighter or what because you daid that you use super low actuation to help time things
Said* f in chat
Krunker is prob my favorite, been playing a bit of fortnite as well. And yeah the krunker bhopping gets a lot harder to control with heavy switches once you hit 200+ speed in my experience
this or MOW?
What sens do u use in roblox?
I played really low sens on bb, on krunker I use 800dpi .4
next video: i lied... again this can go on forever
The DA was a normal size mouse when it came out and pple played a lot of FPS games with it. I have both the DAv2 and a bunch of smaller mice. The weight of DA2 makes it feel a lot smaller then it actually is and for general ie non esports i acutely like it a lot. The clicks sound a bit hollow in my view but thats partially due to weight reducion and internal acoustic eg the old g402 clicks sound light years ahead of DA2. Yet when pulled apart the switches sound similar..
I mean everyone liked the deathadder because of those clicks because it was great for MC so for me its awesome.
His Krunker sniper scope is the ultimate Coomer scope
You guys don't understand the benefits of having more testosterone while aiming...
Sheeesh krunker
