Soviet heavy tanks are ubiquitous in War Thunder, which is funny to think about considering that very few were actually successful. The T-10M was the final attempt at making one work, and in WT it is similarly obsolete. The APHE is funny though.

  • Now that the T-10M is out of the way, you should try the T-10A! Unlike it's higher BR cousin, it sits at a much more comfortable 7.7 range while retaining similar protection plus having a vertical stabilizer. It also reloads 1 second faster than the IS-6!

  • The main best thing about this vehicle is the sheer amount of 14.5mm MGs it gets, similar to the IS-4, but it has a stabilizer on the main gun. This allows you to duke it out with several light vehicles like bulldogs even without a barrel

  • The FV4202 is a pseudo chieftain prototype turret with the mantel-less design. So looking at it from the turret front it's pretty easy to get them confused.

  • 0:58 if you arent sure if your APHE will fuze on enemy tank, aim for hard spots, like the internatl part of the breech, the breech will 100% of the time fuze the round so you dont need to worry about not having your shells fuzed. this way you can reduce amount of non-fuzed shots by 100%.

  • Day 62 You should play a tank with hydropneumatic suspension (recommend the MBT-70) But the catch is you have to drop the suspension as low as it can go for the whole match.

  • Ahh, the sticky coaster; a damned plague if ever I saw one. The best thing to do in that case is try to tilt the cup slightly to the side and press down so that you force the coaster to separate from the cup before you lift it, so that it plops down immediately where it *should stay if it knows what's good for it* and not fall on your keyboard, etc. Also I wouldn't mind seeing you bring more fighters for CAS-hunting. So long as Gaijin refuses to have a tank-only game mode, you might as well be a sneaky lil' sky goblin.

  • If there's one WWII Japanese light tank I wish was in the game, it's the Type 4 Ke-Nu. It's a Ha-Go chassis with the turret and 75mm gun from the Chi-Ha.

  • Day 1 - video idea, play vehicles like they're intended. the category I want are scout vehicles, you can ONLY scout, however, you may use your main gun for self defense and 50 cal against incoming CAS as, once again, self defense. These 'scout vehicles' include the Sd.Kfz. 234 Puma, M8 Greyhound, the EBR, Sd.Kfz. 222, the Staghound armored car, and the Fox. You may use one of the scout vehicles listed.

  • High hardened rolled armor is basically just surface hardened steel which is great but can sometimes delaminate with impacts thats why when you see a cheap surface hardened anvil there will be obvious chunks smashed off the corners where it has delaminated. I'd imagine it's the same when it's on tanks too

  • The Vidar has so much armor all around, for a SPG. You can't strafe it with 20mm cannons like most other vehicles of its kind. But I guess it's nice that APHE always fuzes on it.
