    • @@durveshgaming7284yes most importantly for a male. I must say my totally lacking complaint self and fully accepting body working brain /🧠 mind does 100 pushups every day? No I don't but I think doing 25 pushups every hour or your day almost anywhere including at work and in the 10 feet bathroom 🪥😁 would be a pretty good 😊 idea and action to take upon physically reality so go ahead and do it Indian friend! Also avoid anything soy. My own breast looking a+ cup chest 🧰 won't go away completely committing myself to 100 push ups every day. You must avoid everything as a male to consume testosterone. You'll lose hair if you probably obtain 1,000 millimeters of testosterone in your body or more but I thinks it's better than having breasts on a male body so God for it. Too! Avoid soy, soy beans, soy sauce which all Asian countries use as a stereotype that I have lol. As also avoid onions 🧅 🤣 and garlic 🧄 I forgot but I think there's estrogen in there. If you don't write a physical list of what foods you shouldn't eat you'll forget so write WORDS DOWN ON PHYSICAL PAPER 📜🗞️ NNOW! With your free will of course obviously I won't force you. But I'd do what I just listed here if you want those man breasts gone. and all over too much uncomfortable fat in the male body that kills us males. And I'd say run fast out in nature safely. Or run fast in human gym controlled air conditioner environment. Both are good. Nature is partly hell and partly heaven on earth. So choose your options. But there's no -OPTIONS- To not do neither of them. You must choose one for your healthy change of life choices! Well being betterment. Go ahead man take that leap it all starts with literally small and big actions in big and small actions and thoughts all at the same time. Keep it simple and easy. Hard and complex. They all come eventually you gotta become ready. You definitely have time to train you privileged bastard!

  • Rings are the ultimate adherence tool! The sheer variety of movement options and progressions will keep you busy for a lifetime. The freedom of movement allows your body to choose the most efficient movement path. And the number of places you can use them on top of that is just icing on the cake!

  • I think if your body has to rely on stability and coordination you will actually build muscle less effectively. From a pure hypertrophy perspective it is better to use machines. Of course rings are good for functionality as well and will get the job done to some degree, but if the only thing you want is to build muscle as efficiently as possible use machines where stability isn't a limiting factor.

  • How do you suggest using rings if you live in an apartment and can’t hang them overhead? Thats been my limiting factor in getting rings. I have a TRX that I can anchor to the door but it doesn’t let me do horizontal pushups only things at an angle/incline/inverted

    @liftacar@liftacarАй бұрын
  • I would add that rings are also way more technique intensive. The negative site, if your strength is to low for perfect form with rings(let's say dips) and you do them with a bad form you can get injuries that stay. Like my ducked up rip cage

  • I disagree on the point of rings being good for bodybuilding, as you claim "the muscles have to work harder". That is for applying a hypertrophic stimulus atleast incorrect. Because your body is more focused on stabilizing your body and protecting it from getting into uncomfortable positions, the central nervous system will limit the amount of motor units that get recruited. If you recruit less motor units, you produce less force, thus activate and stimulate LESS muscle fibers. I think rings are a great choice for pulling movements, especially because of variation, but for pushing movements you have such high amounts of stability demands, that you cannot apply a fully potent muscle building stimulus. It's still a stimulus, but not as great as especially the intro of this short suggests (atleast for pushing movements!). You can do the same pushing movements on the floor or better on an elevated surface (like parallettes) to 1. get a full stretch and 2. perform the same movement much safer while being able to push MUCH harder! I'm interested to read your thoughts on this comment. I hope I have communicated my critique constructively to you.

    @caoimhin657@caoimhin657Ай бұрын
    • I think you have solid points. He should have said rings are better for overall strength because they require many small groups of muscle to stabilize

      @casota272@casota272Ай бұрын
    • @@casota272I'd go even further and say that rings are only great if you actually want to become strong in instable positions, which may be more translatable and thus functional for every day life. Because stable positions like the bench press will also always be superior in training the maximal pushing force a body can exert. To add, you don't really activate any further "small groups of muscles", because there are actually really none of that sort. You activate the same ones like in any other pushing exercise, but how many motor units you can recruit for maximal force production is the key here. And the added instability just results in overall less muscle fibers contracting at once.
