What tool do I need to remove the nails in the speaker they are like tiny squares on min
I wish you had tried to explain or show what you are pressing on to release the clips from the window. I am having trouble getting those out of the hole and up.
Agreed, a better pic of the clips would have been helpful. They are plastic tabs that you can either push against with a flat head screwdriver or pull the entire clip back from the back of the clip. Hope that helps.

difficult to video the clips as they are inside the door. You should be able to figure that part out. Remember, you're not a real surgeon till you kill your first patient.
