I have this mouse and I´m super satisfaced and the quality it´s so good. For shooters, royales, rpg´s, and more works so well. Obviously there are a lot of models that could be better but I´m glad withs this Razer product.

This mouse is just amazing. I have it, despite it being $60 (depending on store and region) I have it for a month and it is just awesome. Of course I don't use the 16K DPI XD. But it's comfy , smooth press, good grip, colorful neon rainbow colors and cool scroll bar grip. The quality is good too. I had an old Gigabyte m6980X gaming mouse before, it was OK but this is really good. Highly recommend it. (My first Razor product after steel series and corsair that I own.)

So how has this mouse been for those who bought it? I currently have the mamba tournament edition and i've had it for 2 years but there is a Dpi problem where sometimes it will skyrocket for a few seconds and slow movements will spin my screen a million times for a split second, hopefully this one doesnt have that issue

*YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND THE 16,000 DPI* The reason this is special is because it's a TRUE 16,000 on an OPTICAL SENSOR. DPI is a representation of built in mouse speed without acceleration. Typically speed cannot be a representation of accuracy. This is because you're not making the sensor take pictures faster when you increase DPI. Instead DPI simply says X distance on the mouse means "extra" X distance on screen. However in this situation it literally is a representation of accuracy. If it's a "true" DPI rather than a "multiplied to reach" DPI, while also on an optical sensor... Suddenly we're talking about accuracy in a way no other mouse company has. The simple fact of having an optical sensor capable of 16,000DPI that is true and not multiplied... Means even on low DPI, it's going to be much more accurate than any other mouse. Increasing DPI will not make this mouse more accurate. However the simple fact it's capable of 16,000 true DPI means it must be of an accuracy standard... It must be of X accuracy to even be capable of a TRUE16,000dpi on an optical.

LeiJet that issue can actually be quite easily fixed by cleaning a plate inside of the mouse that gets clicked when you press the button. Had that problem myself, not anymore. :)

Guys, the point isn't that it has 16,000 dpi. They simply raise the dpi cap to the most their sensor can handle while still being mostly accurate. A higher dpi limit means the sensor is just very capable, you don't necessarily have to use it. It actually increases accuracy some for lower dpis as well.

People these days, can you both have a civilised conversation? Or is that to much to ask for because it is the "internet". Also, the switches razer used for this model are produced by omron, so I don't personally see an issue with the main button themselves and who knows, the micro switch may actually be better than the ones currently on the market.

zowie over razer after two deathadders broke withing 1 year. the first one the mousewheel broke and the second one started doubleclicking randomly (cleaning didnt fixed it and the hardware inside was shaking with the mouse movement). the shape is great the best one i had but the quality of the mouse is garbage.

So far the sensor seems to be their own or something. The switches are excluisve Omron razer switches and the build quality it's about the same i think. I just hope that this new switch don't have that same double click problem that every other razer mice have.
I've had my deathadder over a year and still no double clicking so idk what that's about. Anyway, the sensor is probably an upgraded or modified 3360, like the old deathadder used a modified 3988 (3989)

It's literally just a chroma with a new sensor and a DPI button behind the wheel. Even the Mechanical Switches are probably similar to or the same as the Chroma. 10K DPI is far more than enough for me with my chroma so I'm not really hyped about this mouse at all. #therazerhasdulled

Synawke I don't need 16K sensor. Nobody needs a 16K sensor. The only truly reasonable selling points are the new button and the supposed 99.4% accuracy, which are both negligible. Most professional gamers play at low settings such as 1600, 1200, 1000, 800, and even 400 DPI. The majority of casual gamers don't play with much more, if they use more than 1600, than 2400-3200, if they have a mouse that even goes that high. Razer is marketing this product using invalid selling points to make themselves look good. They have a 16K dpi sensor, but who's going to use 16K dpi? I'd rather have them lower it from the Chroma's 10K, and focus on getting accuracy results of even higher than 99.4% accuracy over trying to hit two birds with one stone. Whenyou hit two birds with one stone, the first bird is gonna take momentum out of the stone, so the second bird isn't hit as hard. In this case, Bird 1 is DPI, and Bird 2 is accuracy. Good luck spinning like a madman when you get your DA Elite. I'm sure you'll eventually aim at something when you figure out how little you need to move the mouse.
i play a lot of CSGO. i would reccomend you do a little bit more research into mouse sensors before you rant about them. the 99.4 selling point isnt really anything meaningful in games, 450ips is good an all but doesnt matter because nothing over 300 is really helpful or used, and the upgraded sensor isnt it being 16k dpi. that doesnt matter. people are getting pissy about the 16k. thats not what makes a sensor better it doesnt matter if it has 16k or 1600.
