Different foods have different effects on your hormone production, exercise has effects on your hormone production, even just not nutting naturally boosts your testosterone levels. Our bodies are mad complicated little machines, and there’s countless ways things can effect it. The weirdness isn’t him boosting his testosterone naturally, it’s that he, a professional fighter, would be expected to be doing all he can to manage his hormones and get the most out of them from day dot in the UFC. If he wasn’t, that’d be weird, and if he was, then how did he boost his testosterone again higher still? That’s the thing 🤷🏼‍♂️
