3M should sponsor a video where the whole thing is just making Linus read the entirety of the Command Strip instruction leaflet
I'd contribute to that
Even if it's just a quick short circuit or YT, I'd love to watch this lmfao
Maybe if they spoke positively about it, they would. But they roast the product which would make it u likely they’d sponsor it.
Sounds more like a Short Circuit. Maybe if they make a proprietary wall mount for a computer or something.
Haha 11:57 that's not my hair extensions... its MAH BEARD!
E&K X LTT collab when? I wanna see an all resin PC setup
I thought it was super funny how Linus just had no clue 😂
Love your channel! I've been binge watching your videos for the past two weeks. The poor resin banana...
Love the leg table 😂
that is amazing
the koss slander is reprehensible
ltt is clueless at audio
Exactly they must be shamed for this
KSC-75 are by far one of my favourites. Damn, after doing a kramer mod, they sound like gold, easily beating few times more expensive headphones.
totally agreed.
I came to the comments to hopefully find a man just like you, I cannot believe not even one of them knew the ksc75 which they called “dollar store headphones” lol
05:24 Linus may laugh at those earphones, but those are Koss KSC75, one of even audiophiles' secret loves. Those, and the related KPH30i give you A LOT of sound quality for very cheap, even though they look like you peeled them straight from an 80s knock-off walkman. Plus, if I am correct, right next to them is a Fiio BTR5, a bluetooth-/USB DAC-headphone amp combo unit - allowing you to take any wired headphones on the go. Incidentally, I rock the exact same audio setup -- I just switch around which headphones I use every day, but the BTR5 is a constant companion. It even drives my 300 ohm Sennheiser headphones flawlessly, but I am loathe to take the large ones out on the road.
I have a sort of adjacent setup - Koss Porta Pro instead of KSC75 & Shanling UP4 instead of Fiio BTR5 and for the price it's amazing I do have some planars that I prefer the sound of but always end up back with Koss due to the light weight.. only headphones I've ever had that sound good and don't give me a headache after a while
Also one of Crinacle's top recommendations if all you want is to pick out footstep audio in FPS games.
Those where awesome! I had them twice, mostly the cable broke soon or later.
Glad someone said it!! 😌
12:41 guys, you missed the monitor mounted to an arm that still has its monitor stand installed.. 😂
Thank you for bringing that to our attention, that is amazing.
omg hahaahha
ahahah yes thats amazing
lmao, that's hilarious, I'm so glad I read that. Thanks!
I saw that, came here to roast Linus for missing that...
The headphones at 5:15 are actually the Koss KSC75, which is super well regarded as an entry-level audiophile headphone recommendation. Don't let the appearance fool you!
I recognized those! Nice stuff.
Imagine my surprise of them roasting those while I watch the video listening on the same headphones. I've been super happy with the sound quality of these. Found them thanks to Crinacle's tier list.
the right channel breaks after 3 months tho, but omg do they sound good.
after i heard them mention headphone. scrolling through comment is my first thought and i was right.
They actually sound like junk though. Its just that it looks like it'd sound even worse, so you get pleasantly surprised in a way.
23:43 I immediately lost it when I saw the pc-98 running Mystic Square, I've wanted one of those for so long
5:26 That's not a weak headphone, neither is a dollar store headphone. That's Koss KSC75, one of the most cherished on-ear clip headphones ever among the audiophile community and certainty sounds better than any of your apple headphones.
Ok but I do dig the creativeness of a computer in a microwave. I guess it's a micro-computer.
Haven't seen that terminology in a while!. It actually IS about the size of a micro-computer.
Or muter for short hehehe
Micro-ATX
I lost it when I saw his username, which can be translated to "Lucas, the wacky dude with a microwave PC", meaning it's his brand and he's been doing it for a while lmao.
With a micro-processor
Plouffe's comments are genuinely nice. He knows folks are doing what they can. Good on him.
Ikr? I thought linus comment on the guy with the taped armrest was a bit disrespectful. Probably not from the wealthiest family so i totally respect that setup

Evan and Katelyn are awesome. So cool to see that they submitted their desk for this!
Agree. Love watching their content
I just started watching them like 3 days ago so it was cool to see them here!
5:16 Those are actually great headphones! The Koss KSC75 are excellent sounding despite their build quality. Highly recommended by Crinacle.
Yeah they should make a video on them ,then they will know how good they are.
And he has some kind of a mobile AMP/DAC near them so my man knows his audio gear
Exactly! Audiophile forums have been raving about those for years, and they're easily modable too.
100%. A short circuit video about KSC75s, PortaPros and KPH30i's would be great. "Sounds great, and cheap, but looks awful".
I recognised those too. I've got some porta pro's myself. mmcx modded them after my dog pulled the wire out.
12:34 it feels illegal that they didn't roast this guy for having the base on the monitor while also having it vesa mounted.
Such a miss on their part! I saw it and was holding my breath for the comment that never arrived
Not gonna lie, I would definitely eo that with my monitor if I knew others would see it just to pass them off.
Do all monitor bases come off? I know there's screens with no vesa mounts at all, but are there ones with fixed stands/feet?
@@sporemaster97I've never seen a monitor that ships with the stand fully assembled, it would make the packaging much bulkier. I have experienced monitors where the stand wouldn't come off again!
Look closer, it's not vesa mounted
Hey that's my setup at 7:48! Thanks for featuring it! That thing they thought was a fidget spinner was actually a CPU delidding jig. I'm a little surprised James didnt recognize me from the PC troubleshooting event from LTX. We were on stage together! All good though. Fun video!
Is that one of those Rockit 88 ones? I remember using a similar one a few years ago. Delided 4 or 5 CPUs in that year and so far they're still alive.
So glad you got featured. I've always been jealous of how clean your setup is, especially with all the extra stuff you have added to make your content. Keep it up bud!

At 18:59 "Microwave PC" has 33.6 on the display and at 19:18 it has 40.9 so I think the display is reading in case ambient air, CPU, or GPU temps... or the display is just worn out. Edit: It's also running Apex Legends in the new photo and windows update appears to be the only thing running in the old version of the photo so, probably some sorta temperature readout.
that is correct (i'm the microwave pc guy), and also the 30sec button powers on the PC
@@LcavalcanteR Love it!

What's funny about Evan and Katelyn, is that the first desk was designed so their laptops/computers and all their cable junk and mess, were on the underside of the desk.
Also, how did Linus and Plouffe not understand that this is a two-person desk? It seemed pressure obvious by the fact that everything was duplicated and the name was literally two people.
@@haphazard1342 Cause that's way too small a space for two people to huddle around lol. There is no way you are reaching your full productivity potential like that
@@dhkatz_they do all their creating together, stream together. Clearly they make it work.
Okay for real I like this format a LOT better than the purely roast style videos. Seeing the glowups of different setups is way more wholesome and entertaining imo
It's funny to see Evan and Katelyn 11:40 especially when they streamed from the small setup. Great channel.
Time for a short circuit on koss headphones. KSC75's are surprisingly good, as are portapro's and KPH30i's. Dude got unfairly roasted for having Koss headphones.
tbh that's on Koss for making their stuff look like it was bought from a bargain bin 20 years ago
@@neruwu they dont redesign their old products for no reason to keep the price down. If it aint broke dont fix it. The new KPH40 look a lot more modern.
5:29 these headphones are actually amazing
I mean I know theyre great for $20, but no sub bass is no sub bass, the DAC isnt gonna change that. for the price of that DAC they couldve got some nice IEMs and had sub bass in their life again.
@@thomasnuggets9719That's more a restriction on the form factor and less on the specific model -- any open-ear or on-ear headphone will suffer in the sub bass range, you'd need closed-backs with proper isolation for that.
5:16 Don't sleep on the Koss KSC75's. Those are some of the best low-budget audiophile-aproved headphones you can buy.
I like these types of videos - not very often, but often enough that you remember the last time they did one. Always enjoyable to see other people’s setups with a bit of light roasting from the hosts.
@5:11 Laugh it up but that’s the venerable KSC-75, they’re classics at this point. Also that was a pretty decent FiiO BTR3K next to it
yea thats what confused the hell out of me, $100 DAC and $20 headphones, I know the KSCs are sneaky good for $20 but theres definitely better options for the price of that DAC. And they said no studio monitors but its a double setup, the studio monitors are on the other side pointed in the other direction. How did their studio monitor partner not tell them to get some decent IEMs first? this one broke my brain a little bit.
Yes, the DAC struck me as somewhat pointless unless you really like those cans and you get the DAC for cheap (can sometimes find refurb for $40-50) at which point it can drive those Kosses harder than a regular phone amp can if you’re out and about. Which is absolutely bad for your ears lol, don’t do this
And oh yeah, it looks like they have an entire separate setup behind the desk that wasn’t pictured, I guess for critical listening or recording or something?
@@thomasnuggets9719 Ca vouch, the Fiio runs 20$ Koss as well as 500$ Sennheiser very admirably. I tend to mix up my headphones, and the Koss are in my rotation.
I wanted bluetooth but also needed low latency and my brother (enjoyer of the speakers on the other side) told me to get something that supported aptx low latency and it works pretty well. @@bilditup1
3:54 Hi, it's me. The old room was 2x2,5m, old one person bedroom with very cheap desk, and it's just a vinyl cover on the wall that look like tiling. My first was inside a plastic pink tub with a big hole cut out on one side for a desk fan that was attached to blow air in. It also had door mesh to keep dust out. And honestly this keep my computer cooler and cleaner then my modern setup.
@@illpunchyouintheface9094 I believe it. As flammable as mine was, the temperatures were amazing. But I had chosen low wattage parts on purpose... the only exhaust was the power supply!
@@peartreez Before I added the desk fan to the tub. I used one of those shower vent fans things that sits in the ceiling. Turns out they are not meant to be used for long periods of time because its motor burnt and some of it melted on to the button of the tub, and at that time I was using foam to block all the holes.
I didn't expect much from this video, but it was actually very entertaining
I kind of just love home decor/DIY before and afters lol
5:14 those are the Koss KSC75s, by far the best bang for buck budget audio device of any kind out there. And you may look ridiculous in them but they are also the most comfortable at any price.
5:15 those are actually really good quality audio earphones they are the Koss KSC75. Only downside is the weak cable
Every time i see the intro I get so excided! Especially on a new vid! love your content, keep if up! You have always brought a smile to my face when I felt down. (sorry for the English, it's not my first languge)
as an evan & katelyn watcher, it's so fun to see them actually submitting for this! for some context, the before and after are at different houses and they built the desk themselves with ikea butcherblock and resin (it's actually one of their first videos i saw) :)
5:25 those headphones are actually very popular in the audiophile world. under 20 bucks but are very accurate with a great frequency response. i prefer the ksc35's or 40s over those ksc75's because they have more bass but the 75's have clearer mids and highs

5:16 Do not diss those Koss KSC75 headphones without trying them. They are actually one of the best sounding behind the ear wear headphones behind the late Sony MDR-G45s. You claim you want labs to test a wide range of products? Test those, because even Etika, may his soul live immortal among the stars playing SmashBros, rocked the Bad Boys!
10:49 installing your monitor somewhere completely disconnected from your desk is actually quite a decent idea, since the absolute majority of commercial desks will shake significantly from your mouse movement and body contact. I fixed this by mounting my monitor to a concrete wall via an arm, but only because my home didn't have window ledges like that, the setup looks very cool!
Hey LTT crew, I got an upcoming build planned with external radiator setup, and I was thinking of using quick disconnect for the pc-rad connection. Since you have a extensive portfolio of watercooling videos, could you do a comparison on different quick disconnects on market? I found nobody else has done one. Could include flow rates, spillage, air introduced to system when connected as there are many different types and iterations of QDC's.
Sooo nice to have the intro back on this one. I was missing it.
The first big anime wall setup at 3:09 went from good to worse, because it went from anime in general to Genshin. Also it's really fun to date the general age of that photo, since there's like Re:zero (2016), LLENN from SAO:AGGO (2017), Zombieland Saga (2018), Kobayashi's maid dragon (2017), Blend S (2017), and so on.
tbf, there's also some Arknights at the top left with SkAlter. That aside, I hope the physical media collection grew to just require a different area, cause having that much physical manga looks aesthetically pleasing.
I prefer the before 😬
i noticed that Ai poster 👀
Honestly my favorite ones were the ones where the setups reflected the owners at the time and you could see how both the setups and they aged and matured with time. And the one where it went from one setup to two, showing the life that the two people have built together, it’s honestly kinda sweet.
I love these types of videos. I'm always interested to see the creativity of people's setups.
Would love to see you and a sponsor do something like a mix between this and extreme tech upgrade, like the MSI Amazing Glow Ups where people send you pics and specs of parts of their tech setup (pc, consoles, what ever tech related thing they think would work), they give you either a goal or what they do or their even their contact info so that you could discuss with them, and you send them stuff and send someone over to set it up or something like that. Like a pimp my ride but for tech stuff and less extravagant? (or not, you know, what ever sells xD)
5:15 heyyyyyy don't you EVER disrespect the Koss KSC75s. They're the best headphones. Literally, you could buy one, drop it in the river, not even care much, get new ones without breaking the bank, and have GREAT audio.
right hand start is actually the best. i will not tolerate the slander. its actually out of the way when it auto hides and its easy to get when u want it.
I think the reason that the person at 21:45 has 2 gpu's is that they needed more outputs for all their monitors. There are cables out of both! A gpu doesn't normally support more than 5 monitors at once and this man has 7
