After fostering multiple sick kitties (including TNR community cats), and sick kittens over the last year, I m taking a break. I don't know what causes more stress...getting them healthy and keeping them healthy, or saying goodbye once you've seen them through and then off they go to their new family. Very rewarding, but it does take a piece of your soul.
It rly does. This year has been so hard bc most of my neonate fosters have been rly sick. I lost one who seemed to be perfectly healthy this summer and it broke me. (Rest in peace baby Draven)
You deserve a break when you need one. Your work is so appreciated but your health has to come first.

Proud of you! All of us here are, and the kittens themselves were blessed to find someone so young and so kind & brave. Even if you never found another kitten in need, thats 5 whole lives that are full of love and happiness when they would be lives of fear and misery, or no lives at all. Out of curiosity, do you name them? I know people usually give foster kittens simple interim names until they can be adopted and named properly by their new human, but studies show that using more silly and memorable names helps them get adopted. Personally i keep a list of potential names on my phone, but im a bit embarrassed about sharing the list >///< because i included names for grumpy ferals too, such as surlybutt, clogbong, florglebark, and stickybeak.

I'm watching this on the terrible day when I had to put down my beautiful house panther after a week of vet care to try to save him. Antifreeze poisoning is the most horrible thing to do to a cat. These little vocal nuggets made this day of mourning a little bit better. Thank you Kitten Lady. All the best to you.
So very sorry for your loss, and from something so preventable. Horrible if it was intentional. I'll bet you gave him/her a great life, though.
What a terrible loss - I’m so sorry. It’s good to get some time away from grieving; I’m glad you’re taking care of yourself. Don’t let anyone bully you into thinking your grief isn’t real and serious and that you don’t need time to recover from the blow, but hold in mind that you will heal. Sending love 💔❤️🩹❤️

All my female cats ran over to the PC when they heard the kittens. One began to chirp-call to the kittens and seemed disappointed that they aren't in the flat.

"Kittens can have cooties." As someone who volunteered at an animal refuge and once saw an entire room cordoned off because the kittens had diarrhea and other bacteria, this is a mood. I'm glad these little ones seem healthy!
Babies are so delicate and unpredictable. They can look perfectly healthy one minute and then have issues the next. I really respect anyone who looks after the littlest of littles.
I just want to say your videos helped greatly when a feral mother left her kitten in my shed and did not return. I found your videos and did what you said. He steadily grew and just turned 10 weeks old. I named him Velkrow (like velcro) because he always sticks to me. Thank for all your information. It was a life saver!

I think Mona Lisa Vito fits her perfectly. Vinny is small like Joe Pesci, good choice. Grits & Suds are super cute names. Chou Chou’s new hair cut looks awesome and Cocoa is looking more energetic. Beautiful new Family! ❤ 😊
Thanks to you I was able to foster two adorable kittens. I got them at 3 weeks old. They are almost 9 weeks old now. They don't weigh enough to be spayed yet...so I still have them. Thanks again for your videos!

Three months or older and over two pounds. I know shelters and rescues spay and neuter at two months to get them adopted out fast bu its too young. Their babies.

My poodle is such a good momma; even baby kitties are a concern for her. She does the cute head tilt looking for them. She is getting more used to weird noises coming from my phone though.
You should see her when we watch LA Guinea pig rescue! Lol
I've been talking to my two about having a new friend sometime soonish and when my Colby heard these I swear his face said "no, no bitty babies!". He already has one super-vocal younger brother. Of course, he doesn't realize the new friend will be doggy-shaped.

Thank you for this video. I just found an approximately 1 month old kitten a few days ago. She was dirty, flea ridden , and smelled pretty bad. After a bath, some food, and formula . She is settling in nicely. She definately has her own personality and lets me know her likes and dislikes.

Sass reminds me of my kitty Abby. She's 12 now and her feisty nature never stopped. I hope Sass and her siblings get their forever homes soon!

I came to this video solely to learn the kittens' names/sexes and I am extremely delighted to know that they were named after My Cousin Vinny! My family quotes that movie constantly, it truly is a cinematic masterpiece.

Yesterday we picked up our FIRST foster kittens! I am so excited and scared. My husband and I have been binging re-watching your videos.

OK 😍. When I retire, I plan to foster. Right now, I can't because my cat isn't keen on other cats, and work would get in the way. But my husband made the mistake of saying he doesn't want any more pets, so I can't get another cat... cute that he thinks he can tell me what to do. One would think that after 33 years he would know better .😅 so I told him I planned to foster and he was like, OK! (He loves animals, I give him one set of kittens before we have one.)😊
So darn cute and I love them at this age when they start waving their arms. Thanks for what you do for these kittens. I know I say it a lot, but it really is the truth upon how I feel with watching you foster these babies to have better lives.
I fostered a bonded pair! Their mom who was a stray feral, gave them to me. Then i gave them to my friend
