  • your videos are such a treat :) Waiting for the streacom FF1, but I'll watch your videos just for the chill vibes, interesting take on the hardware, great editing/audio. Thanks for your work, hopefully your channel grows a lot, you're one of the very few voices re:ITX and SFF in general, and probably the one I trust the most on youtube.

  • I still like my OG meshlicious v1 more. Takes up less space in its vertical footprint.

  • I did recently get one and i can confirm it's a few millimeters off from perfectly fitting the d12l, which does absolutely bother me when they advertise it with this specific cooler on their site. It's fine otherwise, though there could have been a few more improvements with better design here and there, mostly in terms of customisation. Like you can do the inverted layout, but you can't move the position of the front usb ports (for instance having the ports at the bottom on an inverted build), the case frame has all the holes for it, you can rotate the front panel, but the psu mounting bracket gets in the way.

    • There must be some sort of build qc inconsistencies, I've been using the d12L in mine since the release of the case with a perfect fitment, I can actually push the mesh side in a bit before it touches the edge of the heat pipes. This is also not the first time I've read about this fitment issue before so it boggles me.

    • @@hlsby what motherboard did you use? I know some of those are taller than usual, i used the same msi board as in the video, so maybe it might have something to do with that too

  • Great review, very helpful! Thx for the size comparison b-rolls. The size comparison on the first deepcool ch160 video was somehow better though. Not just the sandwich comparison was great but also the fact that it was a static shot. You nailed that one first try basically... The vertical movement of the comparisons with the nr200 & m1 evo in this video were too close to get a good understanding of how much smaller the meshroom D is. I hope this feedback helps.

  • Agreed on the clips. Its the same on the Meshroom S and they do pop out on occasion while taking off/putting on the side panels. They knew it was an issue because they included spares in the box. Also good pointing out the lack of a bottom panel, that is bizarre. Haven't seen anyone else mention that.

  • I have this case inverted with a peerless assassin 120 mini but a 140mm exhaust in the front and a 140mm on the side as exhaust also

  • I just got my Meshroon D and I'm seriously considering making the left side my new top. I'm using a top-down cooler and if I make the left side the top I can put two exhaust fans up there. The one thing I will say is that it doesn't have great airflow. It takes some work to get the air flowing just right and probably more fans than most people would consider necessary

  • best way to air cool this case is to invert it and put 2 artic p14 max in the front and side as exhaust. Run a pearless assain 120 mini or ss 135 with a p12 max fan swap intaking air from the rear of the case. My cpu does not hit 70 c while gaming (7700x) with awsome gpu temps.

  • you can install 120 mm slim fan on top using the front fan bracket. it's info from ssupd manual really wanna to see test in this case with top exhaust fan and supporting 135 mm air cooler like id cooling se 207 xt slim or thermalright ss 135

  • Hi! Maybe you could try builiding the BeamCase SW some time. I just saw it over on Reddit and it's a really cool concept with quite alot of potential for even cooler machines, and more.

  • The case feet are definitely too small. I've seen some 3D printing files for larger feet which should help to get the case off the surface enough to provide ample airflow.

  • i absolutely dislike the placement of the power cord plug otherwise a solid mesh case. the expansion part should be included, imo.

  • It sucks that SFF is no longer viable for high-end hardware. The GPUs are just too big for these small cases if you don't want to modify them. I remember being excited to see any small chassis before I built my recent PC, but what can you do. The case is still interesting though.

    @tripdeezy@tripdeezy11 күн бұрын
    • Not true...just add the extension bracket to install just about any GPU. Plus, that extension bracket gives you a power button on the front and more room for the GPU to draw air from on the bottom,
