Hello, I enjoy your meditations! You have a calming voice and provide great guidance. I do have one request / suggestion: to slow down a bit, give pause after each step of the meditation. For me, it really would have made all the difference in the world. For example, when you give directions, like “imagine you’re in a forest” - if you paused for a few moments to give me time to create that reality in my mind, envision the type of trees, the sky, smelled the forest smells… etc without your voice interrupting that process - this would really allow me to fully give myself to the experience instead of trying to listen and act on further directions you’re giving. That’s all, but I still appreciate you and the time you dedicate to helping others!
One of the best meditations……is the body calming and relaxing, when you shed tears throughout the meditation…..wish there was a bell to remind me to listen to this meditation every morning…thank you, thank you….❤️❤️❤️
