    • @flash802 I think the point is that both of them went fully at it toe to toe where as some other bigger fights have been less entertaining, but it's all subjective, I guess. It depends on what you like. Some like seeing technical boxing, some like seeing a good tear up, and others like a bit of both. Given that it could end anytime with one punch these two definitely went in. You have to hand it to Fabio though, some of those insane right hands from Frazer were bombs and he took them.

The knockdown made it a draw but I think Clarke has better chance of progressing to a higher level as his skill set is clearly better. I think the rematch is needed asap and I think Clarke will be better prepared. Howard Foster is a great ref but his scoring as an official is questionable. • I'd say that this was the best heavyweight domestic fight since Whyte v Chisora. I had it 114-113 in favour of Fabio Wardley by the end. Had Frazer Clarke kept his punches above the belt line, I would have had it 114 even. And I do think that Clarke was smothering his work out of sheer exhaustion. He'd land a two punch combination and then clinch out of fatigue. If he improved his conditioning and shifted maybe half a stone (at 19 st, he could stand to lose it), he would have won. Cleaner and sharper punches from Clarke (unbelievably sharp jab). But better volume and combinations from Wardley.

  • This fills me with a bit of confidence for Heavyweight boxing going forward into the next era.Hopefully we'll get fighters willing to fight each other as opposed to running away from fights in future. This had everything you'd want and expect from a heavyweight clash.Lets hope the momentum continues. 👊

  • My verdicts! The next high level rated after Anthony Joshua and Dillian Whyte. Frazer is a bit dirty. Threw several low blows. Most Frazer moments were interrupted. Frazer was aided by bell after knock down. Wardley controlled the ring. Wardley moments weren't interrupted much. Wardley put Frazer on back foot mostly. Wardley won. But if judges give contrary outcome, so far he didn't lose, I'm cool with it.

  • From the moment Big Fraze and Fabio did their respective Ring Walks and the crowd lit up... Looking how determined they both appeared, you could sense it was going to be special... Boy did it (the scrap) return in entertainment value to the masses... Both Fighters left it all in the Ring and a Draw ensured that the fight finished with both combatants as Winners... We need to see it again... Hopefully later this Summer, say August/September time, when both have had time to heal... Respect to both Fabio Wardley and Frazer Clarke who both proved to be tremendous British Heavyweight Warriors ⚔️💯👌🏻🥊🥊👊🏻🇬🇧🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

    • @@kennywilkinson913 they could by all means both take their shots at stepping up and meet again in the future, equally an immediate rematch, both could make sense

    • @smokeyonfire535 You can't move up to world level when you have gone life and death at British level. One isn't a 10 fight novice and the other is learning on the job, a rematch is the only fight that makes sense for both

  • Fabio wardly win that I don't know what that 15/12 to Frazier no way. He had a point deducted and got knocked down and was hurt the most from the exchanges. His legs went about 4 times in the fight. Wardly was still standing while Frazier the pedigree Olympion was falling all over the floor. And struggling to get up after that twelve round. The heart in wardly is massive still on his feet at the end. Wicked fight either way I would defo watch again. 🎉 great fight🎉.

  • Not sure what fight some of you were watching saying it was a clear Clarke win? Not sure Clarke did enough, with 2 points off, to win? It’s about effective punches landed, not who looks the better boxer. If it was, it was Clarke 120-108, but effective, landed punches and Wadley always seemed to land back when Clarke had a good spell. Very close fight.

  • I think a lot of people who weren't on the Wardley train got on it with this fight. I'm the other way, Frazer Clarke really impressed me in this fight, he's got more than I thought he had. Neither of them is world class at this point, but both are really interesting additions to the mix.

  • Clarke was technically superior throughout, out landing Wardley overall & across most rounds. Wardley had the power, heart & bad intentions. Thought Clarke won without the point deduction, which perhaps was a bit harsh. Though, great fight from both men - love to see it again!
