I have the same mouse and I love it to death, it’s a perfect balance for me right now and I’ve had no problems 👍👍
Same. Its controversial for clicks. Shit youtuber.
does the 2022 Ghost have the upgraded build quality as well or was that exclusive for the black and white variant?
What other mouse in this price u recommend
One of my top four mains. (XM1R, S1C, this-ghost shell, and Burst Pro). Diff strokes for diff grip styles (as you said). Thanks for the content!
God this wake up time on mine is so frustrating. Did anyone figure out a solution to the long wake up delay?
So how long should I charge this mouse when it dies
The mouse is very good. Low buttons (to the table), lightweight, cordless. The buttons are not as crisp as the optical ones, but that comes in the wash.
The highlight of this mouse in my opinion is the shape for fingertip and clawgrip users....
the marketing is shady, but the mouse isn't that bad, and even quite good on a discount. I've had it for 3 months now. Battery is alright if you ditch the heavy RGB, but they shouldn't market it as 200h... The grip pain i entirely subjective, i find it fairly confortable tu use. The software is meh but more than enouth, and i don't get that scroollwheel being stuck thing. I recommend it for 60$. I wouldn't for 100. Edit : also, wake up time is almost instant on mine. Coud be a firmware update. And i don't understand why you would complain about the ip54 rating, it's really nice to include it on a open pcb mouse.
The holes bother me the rival 3 feels a lot more comfortable since it has a solid shell. I hope they remake this mouse in 2023 with a solid shell.
Got it for about 70 Euros. Coming from Viper Mini, it's an alright mouse, the shape is nothing to complain about and i honestly do like that the clicks are not as prone to missclicks as it was on my Viper Mini and overall performs good. The one thing that did, however, disappoint me was the battery life - with RGB on half brightness and 1000 Hz polling rate, it gets to 2-3 days of semi-active usage before the battery runs out, without RGB the battery becomes much more efficient - about a week or so. The build quality is... passable, nothing that blows my mind, but for a honey comb mouse it's fine. Overall, i am satisfied with it, but i do agree with the misleading marketing that they pulled off regards to the battery, this can fool a lot of people.
Is it good when you flick?
Ayyy less go my man hit 1.04k
Thanks for the review. Sad that I already bought it after seeing this. The mouse itself is really good, but not for the price it cost. I was duped hard on the battery life. Had I known it was for BT, I would have gotten another, way less expensive, mouse.
My love and HATE my ghost edition....the battery is just crap and the wake up time on mine is broken....as I have to physically press a button to wake it up! RGB is pretty but useless and the grip for me, is excellent! Remember the Kinzu? Give me a 2022 version of the Kinzu Steelseries! Great review!
Everyone remembers the kinzu apart from steelseries :(
What model is your spiderweb deskmat? So cool!
It's from a company called hystar
@@DiamondLobbyReviews sold out - so bummed. You know you’re at the finishing stage of a build when you’re obsessing over mouse pad color / performance. Love the content and appreciate the response.
The fact the Pulsefire Haste wireless and the Aerox 3 are $100 for a 3335 sensor (in todays market) is just a joke of a product at best. Also nice Bioshock tat 👌
The rgb lights on mine will turn off the second i start moving but turn back on when i start to move it. Anyone else have the same issue?
It’s not an issue it’s an feature in almost all rgb wireless mouse to saves battery life.
Weird, my Aerox 9 wake up in less than a second and the wheel works and feel great. But the software, what a mess. When i buy my Rival 500, maybe 6 years ago, the software was only for configuration. Nice review though
ty for the review. sadly this marketing bs, software bloat, and expense given the sub par materials/components is in every steel series product these days.
I liken the mouse so far. got it for 60.
For 60€ is good why pay to double the price fod g pro superilight yes if you competive player but for me who just play for fun want a light mouse with RGB 60 €is super cheap
its in half the price in steelseries page right now
My hands are small, it’s a perfect mouse for me
I got it for 60 dollars because it was on sale at 60%
Except for the poor marketing regarding battery life, i cant agree with any of the negative points in this video. Mouse feels great in the hand, wake up time is instant and software, while being a little cluttered, is still easy to use and gets the job done. Idk what kind of Aerox 3 you have, cause mine is great
This is honestly a horrible review. You sound extremely biased and have a lot of anchoring bias coming into the review. Lots of the negative stuff you say is subjective and only applies to you. "mouse hurts my hand!!1". Well it doesn't hurt mine or many other people's hands. I agree it may not be worth full price at 100$+ but I never think any mice is worth that much and never buy at full price anyway. This mice is pretty solid with its good safe shape, good feet, full USB-C instead of micro-usb or USB3 adaptations are all boons.
Perfect mouse for me. I wish I never bought the viper ultimate.. can't even get 30$ on marketplace for it.. I use a rival 3 wireless more than anything I have medium to large hands I'm most accurate with it but can't play for hours!! With it lol I main this and the kone pro after trying a mortgages worth a diff mice ...
How big is your hand?(length and height)
Good review shame the mouse is men. I don't really get your need for s sensor ring tho. They are only really useful in the absolute most extreme cases, which isn't really the case for most people.
Helps with consistent tracking on softer mousepads for everyone who doesn’t use fingertip grip
I'm a heavy handed user so having a sensor ring just helps make sure there's nothing scraping on the pad.
Why do i Hear all negative about this video
buying steelseries product is like buying apple products. you pay more for less features. i remember my steelseries arctis 7 hoooly those headset sound so bad!! took me a while to find the right mix so it does not sound like a tin can with string attached to it. i hated it so much
That's not true, you get some great features on Apple stuff. Sent from my iPhone.
Typical Steelseries. I avoid them these days.
