I am Canadian. I had to look up Parksville as I have never heard of it until this video. It is on the east coast of Vancouver Island in the province of British Columbia.

When a tornado is over water it is a water spout. when it hits land it is a tornado. Over water it is sucking up water, fish, whatever and then sometimes drops all the fish on land.
At 24:28 you say the waves crashing on shore are at a town in BC Canada but I believe it is more likely a seaside village in England or on the European shore.

Those aren't tornadoes bud.... they are called waterspouts which come in 2 types.... Fairweather or Tornadic waterspouts and I think both were fairweather waterspouts....

I’m not from the never been there, but I watch a lot of the show Bondi beach Falls lifeguard service there so I know enough there’s no bond I Pinterest see it in another video in the rock formation known that locally as flat rock, somebody should send this video in to their channel.
