@2:44 when I saw the original post of this video about the welder talking to there was no mention about the glowing spot you see on the video. That's because the spot on the video is a reflection of light in the room that the monitor that's being recorded is in. The actual story behind that video is that that welder spoke with his co-worker for a few minutes and then his boss called him to watch the video after which point he let him know that his coworker had passed away that night earlier on. The guy on the video swears he was speaking to him even though you can clearly see no one was there
Whenever someone says "you can clearly see..." on a paranormal video, you can't.

I worked for the MBTA in Boston and walking the train yard at night was at best nerve wracking. Some workers wouldn't do it alone. One time I found a dead body in the yard.

there is more to the story of the welder guy.. if i remember correctly his co worker had retired. and a couple days later he passed away but his this guy did not know about this.. he heard his mate yell his name and he went over to talk to him. and his mate wanted to say goodbye properly.. the glow is the light on the phone that recorded it of the monitor.. the security guy called him up to the office to see who he was talking to thinking there was someone out of the view of the cam.. but the guy working there swears he was talking to his mate..
That would've been the largest owl ever! Probably break lights of a car on the other side of the small forest.

On a different note, when I was a kid, I considered "mooning" to be a great sport. It was fun and quite hilarious, and no one got hurt. Besides, the fatter you are, the more you can show the world. Come in Mother Hen." I the driver is Mother Hen" "This is Mother Hen. Come in Bomber 1" Bomber 1: "Request to fire on a '81 Ford Pinto." Mother Hen: "Request granted. Lowering the left bomb hatch now. (lowering the window) Bomber 1: "Direct Hit! Direct Hit! Granny's in the ditch." Mother Hen: "Mission Accomplished! Let's return to home base." Nowadays, mooning is a felony. Some people are so uptight that you can shove a piece of coal up their a$$, twist it, and pull out a diamond.

So my suggestion for the guy who had the video for the eyes in the woods. I would buy the worlds brightest, flashlight if it happens again, use the world to brightest flashlight, and you’ll be able to see what the hell that was problem solved.

Sorry, I gave up on this one a few minutes in. When you use a potato instead of a camera the image artifacts can be anything you want them to be.
Most of these are ultra low quality video, very slow framerate recording in low light at night, and a clever use of fishing gut. Also some very clever editing and selecting filming. Absolutely no paranormal happenings at all. No such thing as god, souls or ghosts so the normal explanations are the only ones.
