Two you're focusing on the emotions and memories you had with your wife - this isn't good for you as you've already expressed how badly this situation has impacted you. Three - Learn to detach and walk the fuck away from her. She's gone, don't be chasing after a dead leaf that's already decayed into the soil. Fourth - re evaluation of yourself and how to manage your emotions better will certainly help with managing how you are now, healing will come in time, it won't be easy, it will hurt (especially if you continue to give her power over you which you seem to do)

I never style my hair because I don’t like the feeling of stuff in it. I wash my hair every day because I don’teven want it greasy. But I do feel like I’m missing out because all my friends style their hair.
Washing everyday is very bad for your hair. You can better wash 3 times a week and buy a good wax or gel with natural ingredients. And a good shampoo with natural ingredients
Mate. Change your hairstyle. I am 38 years old. Recently I decided to do something out of my control zone. I have a subtle balding (TBF it's very small). It is visible with short hair. I changed that by longer hairstyle. The looks from women I get now are completely different. Not to mention that I do look 10-13 years younger ( a few women from my office said that to me).
