Bmx National 2022 at Birmingham Bmx Club!
Our home track hosted the last national of the year! Amazing weather ☀️ & night racing due to the gate breaking on Saturday. Saturday was a very long but great day it was lovely to race under the lights & I think most agree it should happen more often! Dad was looking great all day and unfortunately took a big crash in the 19-29 A final whilst battling upfront.
A visit to the medic on Sunday morning to get cleaned up from the night, Dad was in agony when the medics used their spiky brush to clean out his arm 🤕🤣 big thanks to the two ladies who sorted him out🥰 He managed to solider through and race on the Sunday again getting the hole shot in the final but left the door open a few little moves round the track he managed to secure a podium spot with a 3rd place!🥉
