If there is accident by the road the first person to be questioned is driver , just same as country if leadership is poor it's just because of President Chakwera

There is no poor leadership here in Malawi, but before 2020 we had!
But what if the roads that are present are the ones contributing to that accident? He is not the first president remember, so should we really blame the driver even though the car is not in a good condition nor the road? The driver was given the car that was not in a good condition at first, so I don't think it is necessary to point the driver that he is the one that caused the accident, just unfair to say that
