Engine strut braces are put where engines are. Cayman has a rear mounted engine if I’m not wrong so I guess that’s why braces are at the back. 😀

I wish that the Pfister Growler had a louder engine sound and a livery that resembles Baron’s livery from Need For Speed Most Wanted 2005. But other than that, I’m glad that we finally got a Porsche Cayman in this game after almost 8 years later. Brilliant customization as usual, Digital Car Addict, keep it up!

For people who don’t want the hassle of customizing the stock wheels black, they are exactly similar to the “ice storm” wheels in the track wheels class. The ice storm rims even look slightly better and more wide.

For those who want the closest-looking wheels to the 718 cayman GT4 wheels set. I personally went with the “super gee” under the “high end” category. I have all of the wheels unlocked but they just didn’t look right to me. You could go with a black or cooper finish for that authentic look 👌

god I love the way it seems to drive; it’s perfect. I’m so glad it’s rear wheel drive, fast and has a loose rear end, makes it way more fun and dynamic to drive. It’s basically the modern updated version if the original Comet which I also found fun to drive. This car has a personality and looks incredible. I just wish it sounded better…

Rear strut bases are reasonably common. The same principle of joining the tops of the struts to reduce flex in the chassis/suspension applies. However, most road cars have a boot and a boot lining making a rear strut brace more difficult to install and potentially quite inconvenient. I figure Rockstar is just taking the opportunity of the mid-engine to do something a little different.

There's another trick to having the stock wheels in black using story mode that works for other cars as well. In a public session, buy custom wheels and paint them black. Then select the stock wheels. Exit to story mode, load back into online and the stock wheels should be black

I noticed the headlights on the rx-7 have the same rear light tint as well. What's is also pretty cool - if anyone doesn't know yet- is that as you tint your windows, it tints your rear lights. I didn't check the front lights when I did it, but it might do it on that, too.

Every car can have a strut brace in the front and rear in real life. It's not a "Porsche thing" it's a "race car thing". Yes they help with performance if done right. Most Time Attack monsters have both at the front and back. Nothing weird about having one at the back, especially when you barely see them anyway.

Hello. To fix ifruit app, drive 10 older cars before this update. Also be sure to not use any car with new rims added in these update and do it for all your characters, if you have more than one.

Tip for the ifruit: if it keeps crashing when you try launch ls customs, go into gtao, and drive 9 older cars. I have a garage of mostly release day cars and i just drive in and out and change outfit to force a save. Then the 10th car i take the car i wanna mod. Very weird, but some newer cars just break the app

The reason why the ifruit app is glitched for alot of people is because of the new wheels. The app doesn't recognize the new wheels so it just freaks out. To get around this, drive out and in 10 personal vehicles that don't have the new wheels (including street wheels)

There's another trick to having the stock wheels in black using story mode that works for other cars as well. In a public session, buy custom wheels and paint them black. Then select the stock wheels. Exit to story mode, load back into online and the stock wheels should be black

I love this car. Mine's sort of got a police car chic to it, blacked out with the light bar in it. Only porche in the game I actually like, and it's a pretty good driver.

It drives like a slower pariah (when the pariahs at high speeds) or a komoda. Snappy but very very fun to drive, on smoother tracks the things a beaut

The handling's probably pretty realistic, because the engine being at the back probably makes it back heavy, especially with that long bonnet/hood.

I noticed the headlights on the rx-7 have the same rear light tint as well. What's is also pretty cool - if anyone doesn't know yet- is that as you tint your windows, it tints your rear lights. I didn't check the front lights when I did it, but it might do it on that, too.

Every car can have a strut brace in the front and rear in real life. It's not a "Porsche thing" it's a "race car thing". Yes they help with performance if done right. Most Time Attack monsters have both at the front and back. Nothing weird about having one at the back, especially when you barely see them anyway.

Track cars use strut braces in both front and back. Not very common but very helpful on track.

Hello. To fix ifruit app, drive 10 older cars before this update. Also be sure to not use any car with new rims added in these update and do it for all your characters, if you have more than one.
Im suprised u didnt use the Concave Mercie's they are pretty close to the 718 gt4 wheels actually.. And the new Track wheels the Super Luxe are kinda close also...great build as always 👌🤘👌

Tip for the ifruit: if it keeps crashing when you try launch ls customs, go into gtao, and drive 9 older cars. I have a garage of mostly release day cars and i just drive in and out and change outfit to force a save. Then the 10th car i take the car i wanna mod. Very weird, but some newer cars just break the app

I honestly would like to see another video on the Voodoo Custom, I believe that was the start of the car customisation series, and I personally really like that car, so I would like to see it redone 6 years later.
The engine in Porsche vehicles is behind you. The front trunk is for storage actually. That’s why strut brace goes in the back boss
in the real 718 its in the front, only the 911/918 models got it in the back

The reason why the ifruit app is glitched for alot of people is because of the new wheels. The app doesn't recognize the new wheels so it just freaks out. To get around this, drive out and in 10 personal vehicles that don't have the new wheels (including street wheels)
