    • there are no nation as "Iranian or iranic". Iran is the name of their country. In iran live mostly persians, turks and kurds. You can not be an iranian if you do not live there. In Tajikistan they are mostly persians not "Iranians".

    • @@shamkhalrzayev5484 You can be an Iranic too, even if you do not live in Iran. Yes, in Tajikistan they mostly are Persians, but, of course, they also are Iranics, because the Persians can not be non-Iranics; the Persians and their branches by themselves are IRANICS, no matters where they live, in Iran or outside it. You shouldn't live in Iran to be an IRANIC!

    • @@shamkhalrzayev5484 Firstly, he/she said ''Iranic people'', not ''Iranian or Iranic nation" as you said. Secondly, Scyth, Sarmat, Alan, Ossetin=Ossetian, Sogdian, Bactrian, Tat, Talish, Curd, Persian (incl. Tajik), Pamirian, etc., all are IRANIC (peoples/tribes, languages/dialects, etc.), i.e. deriving from ARIAN(s), not from ERAN/IRAN [country]. Lastly, I will try to show you briefly and, hopefully, simply the origin of the word ''Iranic/Iranian'', to understand that its use and form is ''perfectly'' correct one. Old Persian: Ariya, Parthian: Ary → Middle Persian: Ēr (meaning “Aryan/Arian=Iranic”). The Genitive plural form [by attaching to the radical=stem the Genitive plural suffix -ān] of all this languages or different stages of the same language will respectively result in: Old Persian: Ariyān, Parthian: Aryān → Middle Persian: Ērān (meaning “of Aryans/of Arians=of Iranics”) → Modern Persian: Ērān/Īrān (meaning “[the country of] Eran/Iran”). Most (if not all) Europeans when speaking in their languages, uses the word ''Iranic'' with its earlier, original semantics (meaning ''of Aryans/of Arians=of Iranics''), not from the name of the country called Eran/Iran, which is a word with a later, shifted semantics, substantivized, singularized meaning, being in turn the abbreviated form of the original Ērān-šahr (the self-denomination of the Sassanian [dynasty] state), meaning “Kingdom of Aryans/of Arians=of Iranics".

  • Dari, Farsi, Tajik, the same language, just given different names. In 2019 I was visiting Moscow (I live in Sydney, Australia). I met a man who tried speaking turkish to me. Then we found out that he is Tajik and I am Persian (Lor in origin). We started speaking Persian. I asked him how he found life in Moscow. He said he is happy, mostly because he was able to bring his parents to live with him. We got on so well, it was like we had known each other for 6000 years.

      @Geckotr@Geckotr11 ай бұрын
    • @@Geckotr Hi my friend. No they are not dialects. The accent is different and some vocabulary. Like UK English, American English and Australian English. The accents are different, the slang words differ but they are all English and a British, an American and an Australian can sit around a table and comfortably carry on a conversation. Same with Dari, Farsi and Tajik. I have kurdish friends and we go out to lunch together. When they speak Kurdish I only pick up a few words. And I certainly cannot reply anything. I don't know about Pashtun at all. I think I have heard Pashtun on TV and did not sound familiar at all. But have not heard it much.

  • The two most important Tajic and Iranic cities is located in Uzbekistan nowadays. Soviet union seperated these two Persian language cities from Tajikistan because of their powerful position in Iranic culture and to make Persian power in the region weak. These two cities are Samarkand and Bukhara those are so famous from central Asia to all regions in Iran and even people from nowadays Iran have introduced these cities in their poems several times. Both these cities are majority of Persian speakers while Uzbekistan government have restricted them to learn Persian and use Persian in formal works and they are assimilating in their homeland. The Uzbekistan government even say anything about the true statistics about the number of Tajik people in Uzbekistan and say their number less than 10% while Samarkand and Bukhara are two of most populated cities and no one there are nomads unlike Turkic Uzbeks.

The Tajik language was the primary language of academia and intelligentsia, particularly in Bukhara and Samarqand. Every time I visit these regions, the majority of people prefer to speak in Tajik and feel more connected with us Tajiks; it totally feels like home.
