Gives me goosebumps every time I watch this video. I’m just amazed at how calm the dog is repelling into a cave; like yup just another day on the job lol.
I mean they jump out of planes so rappelling is a cakewalk in comparison.
No lol to it.Every mission,whenever they're under fire anywhere, is deadly serious & these K9's fully understand that.They are fully aware they put their lives on the line every time they're deployed,& they do it with bravery & intelligence

@@_birdie justin was only to supply the dog and not participate in the filming but due to poor kit the crew had his role grew and they made him a full time member. Ditas character was written for a male dog they didnt change it in the script to not confuse the actors who had done their rehearsals under the name cerberus. And well it stuck.
I got a Malinois at the end of last year and I’m in the UK. She is one very special dog, I grew up with GSD but she is on another level. I’ve had so much fun training here and building a bond with her. I’m so glad she is a part of my family. Yes they have insane drive and energy, but taught correctly they can be a part of the family. Only destruction so far has been towels and socks thankfully. These dogs are the masters of the dog world and I’m lucky to have one.

I never watched the show but amazed by the comments, simple imdb search guys. respect for Dita The hair missile dog ! there's no dog actors when it comes to drills. thank her for her real service as police K9. sorry for the PTSD that sadly was caused by filming the show. Dita is trained for sniffing narcotics and filming with gunfire and explosions caused her leaving the show. Dogs are the best we do not deserve them. training a dog to be police K9 only for that somehow not be enough and give that dog PTSD from filming a show...people...
for those of you who do not know, Dita and Justin Melnick are actual family. Melnick is the OWNER of Dita and both are sworn Officers of the Dalesville Indiana Police Department. Dita has a sibling now who took over for Dita for SEAL Team, because she was not formerly trained to deal with gunfire and explosions, but her Sibling was.
I always loved Dits! She is very special! ❤❤❤❤
When my son was stationed in Afghanistan he had total respect for these working dogs - now I can see why! Absolutely amazing!!!

Ive met some of these animals….had a patient who helped with the injured ones….they are amazing! They have saved so many lives after giving their own!

Watching this amazing dog took my breath away. If I was in battle I would definitely want him beside me. People need to remember our 4 legged soldiers and treat them with respect and to treat them exactly like a human when they are injured and need our help. Thank you for all you do to keep us safe from our enemies.

If I was a soldier, I couldn't send in my military dog. They've only got teeth and strength to protect themselves with, whereas we'd have teeth, martials arts and creative combat skills, strength, guns, ammo, and everything else. The fact that we'd have more to protect ourselves with, means that I'd be first into a volatile situation to protect the lives of those who have less to protect themselves with.........and that means elderly, children, babies, but also includes any animals.
2 animals have allowed humanity to flourish and advance so fastly and are owed a bunch of credit and gratitude.. Horses and Dogs. My favorite bring the latter

When I was a kid our next door neighbor had a 1/2 German Shepherd 1/2 Wolf mix. Burglar made the mistake of targeting their house. One less burglar, but my neighbor complained about how much blood there was to clean.
Thats a self correcting issue right there for em thats when you re think your life decisions

She is awesome! That Dita is a real working police dog just makes it even better. BUT absolutely not a dog breed for the average owner. Wonderful compilation as always
@Todd Spikes Unfortunately these dogs have become very popular with people who want a working dog to brag about but have neither the time nor the patience to really make sure they get to work. These dogs are ON 24/7, you can't just keep them in a crate while you go working nine to five.
There's a great video on KZhead by a guy who is a trainer of a Belgian malenois. . He holds a tennis ball in his hand and this dog does about 100 tricks just for the tennis ball. You should look it up, it's pretty cool but as the trainer points out, unless you can put up with a dog that's got more energy than most humans know what to do with, don't get one .
@@guestuser1671 exactly! They are built exactly for this. People say this is dog abuse but how is it abuse when it’s in their biology and they are capable have handling this kinda stress. These boys aren’t your local chihuahua they don’t lay around and do nothing all day. In fact keeping dogs like this locked up in your house and backyard is abuse in itself because your holding he/she back on their true potential.
@@user-rl8ji thats not saying much for the people who are kind enough to adopt them after. Its a breed for working dogs, yes, but not all dogs of this breed are picked to be working dogs.
@@TJMotionPictures I never said all breeds every breed has their own skillset and abilities. What i'm trying to say is these dogs are lacking a lot of exercise and are often trapped in their homes. It doesn't matter what you are on this planet every creature needs exercise or to just be active not laying around doing nothing on this planet.

I can say this is exactly what this breed is built for. Its a very hyper dog that needs a LOT of stimuli to keep "happy" .
My GSD will antagonize me until I take her outside and run her through her regime. I'm old and broke down, but she keeps me in shape.
A dog that accept to go to war with u without making a sound and do one of the most terrified thing that not many people would accept to do with u which is skydiving from hundreds of feet in the air, that a brother/sister (partner) for life!!!

Cypress Texas has a memorial park for dogs of war that died in service. It's very emotional . I visit it everytime i'm in the area. It's wonderful that these dogs are honored just like the men and woman who died for our county.

Justin does such a good job with her. She went for special training to do the ladder thing. She now has a sister, Pepper and I believe the dog passed as they leave camp (early in these clips) is a cousin 😊😊😊😊
My Pitbull/Boxer has saved my life life more often than not so I am more in debt to him and I owe him everything!

Thats exactly the job i did at the German Navy Special Forces...for my Dog a piece of cake... He loved it, he passed away 2 years ago...in the age of 14! And now I'm training another Mali ;-) But my first one I will never forget!!!

To me that is the most awesome tribute to one animal that you could ever do that is of watch this show since it's beginning and this animal is absolutely amazing The training is off the charts and I'm know that the animals that the people use in their armed forces are just as well trained it's really something to see what can be done with these animals

This is the best show i've ever seen, its perfect. I love how the dog is always there doing his thing but they don't make a big deal out of it, the scene where the dog goes jumping and they put goggles and the alegator mask on him had me giglge because it was so cool to see.
