We bought three of the CHEAPEST Porsches on the internet. We want to find out it’s really possible to get the Porsche badge at a cut price. So we’re going to see what they’re like to drive, see how much power they have left and find out if they really do make us look rich.
Each car will be scored for every challenge we do today and there is a horrible punishment if you finish last. The loser of this challenge will be handing over their keys and driving our hideous new PT Cruiser for a week.

You should’ve let us hear a full breakdown of all the issues each car had when you got them checked over
Drive them daily for 6 months and then have them checked over and see how much it would cost to make them right again.
And the cost of the repairs added to the cost of the car to get it's actual value. A regular person buying a car for £6000 would need to budget the repairs.
We're gonna need some evidence that Scott drove that PT Cruiser around for a week.
You guys on driven media, Car trek on Tavarish and Hammond & James occasionally on Drivetribe are just everything I need to watch.

Officially imported cars of foreign manufacture for the Japanese market are restricted and the *stock* ECU locked so it cannot be remapped. Did you swap out the ECU for an unrestricted one which could? 160BHP ish sounds like the typical restriction I always found when living in Kyushu. Of course, everyone had the ECU swapped :-)

I really enjoyed this video! I had a base Cayenne like the one in the video for about 6 years, it has been my favourite ever car purchase. A big, comfy, practical, well made car that sounded good, fairly cheap to own and run (aside from mpg), and surprisingly fun to drive. Agree that the 968 is the coolest though! 🙂

You guys really feel like old top gear without trying to just copy them directly. Keep doing what you're doing.
Cool stuff guys, enjoy the challenges, but I'd love to see a proper drag race instead of a quick 60-70 pull on the highway. Some timed challenges with some slaloms or a circuit race would be fun as well. I realize you don't have the full weight of the BBC to help fund things like that, but a little would be cool :)
This channel with their multiple series quickly became my absolute favorite to watch! They remind me so much of old Top Gear and I love it

I don’t know what kind of old school Top Gear vibe this is, but I loved it!
I had a 944 Turbo and later a Boxster S that I was able to use as a daily driver. I even drove the Boxster to go snowboarding, but did have to retract the roof to get my snowboard into the passenger seat. I've always wanted a 968 hardtop manual, but those are incredibly rare.

1st generation boxster S is lovely car. Great handling, gorgeous engine sound and not 'too' fast so you could enjoy revving it. My dad had one growing up. Interestingly we didn't like the mark 2 that replaced it as much. It didn't sound or steer as sweetly

It might have been good to check some basics, e.g. air filters, spark plugs, etc. as the Cayenne has lost a massive amount of power. Reliability would have also been good - drive them for a month.

Hey guys the video content you are putting out is really starting to reach another level👌(like better than better if that could be a level) But I think a lot of people would agree with me on this. After every Event is over the person who has to drive the PT cruser should have a clip at the end of the video of when there time in the car is up, explaining there experiences in the car, BUT that person can have a set budget to modify the car with even more bad cheap car parts and come the next Event the next person in the PT cruser will have it worse that the prior person😊 Literally in my opinion would make it just as good as the old TopGear😎(probably better to be fare🏎💨)
