Today Maria from the village of Dzembronya in the Ukrainian Carpathian Mountains will prepare homemade pasta and warm chicken salad. Maria lives high in the mountains and leads a traditional lifestyle

Italy is, I think, the biggest country consumer of pasta in the world. Pasta homemade is much better than one bought at the supermarket. Seldom pasta misses on the italian tables.
