My grandfather is a retired veteran in his 90s. The old house has an area of more than 200 square meters inside and outside. However, because the house is old and has a civil structure, it is very dangerous to climb up and down for repairs, resulting in dilapidated houses and leaks in rainy days. rain. After the renovation of the old house, Grandpa Zhang's house has become a unique "luxury house". Just a big courtyard with a gazebo made the city people around me want to go back to the countryside after seeing it!

    • Bạn sai rồi. Riêng phần gỗ của ngôi nhà đó đã là tài sản lớn. Ở Việt Nam chúng ta những ngôi nhà gỗ lớn như vậy thường là nhà quan phủ, địa chủ. Có khuôn viên lớn. Nó sẽ được trùng tu dưới dạng di tích. Hoặc con cháu sẽ bỏ vốn để trùng tu với dạng tài sản có sở hữu. Nhà tôi ngay trung tâm kinh thành Huế. Nhà 1 gian hai trái, cấu trúc bằng gỗ lim. Mọi thứ đều được điêu khắc vô cùng thủ công và tinh vi từ khung sườn, cửa ngỏ, các hoành phi cho đến các thứ nhỏ như khay trà. 😂 Rất tiếc sau này bố tôi phải bán đi với giá rẻ để di cư vào nam vì bị tịch thu nhiều chuyến buôn dẫn đến trắng tay.

  • Дома которые нам показали были разные. Сначала показали домик в два окна. Потом длинный дом похожий на ангар, где окон значительно больше. И крыши разные. Дом ангар отремонтировали здорово.
