KING Charles will never let Harry return as a part-time royal - and it will be a "big job" to repair the fractured bond with Prince William, an expert said.
Esteemed royal reporter, Richard Palmer, spoke on The Sun's Royal Exclusive show, and squashed any theories the duke could be welcomed back as a working member of the royal family.
Speaking to The Sun's Royal Editor, Matt Wilkinson, the royal expert believed Harry, 39 and Meghan, 42, might try to "push it", but they would be swiftly denied.
"I just can't see it happening. I just don't think it's on the cards," he said.
"Although I have to say at the time of the Sandringham Summit a senior royal aide who was very close to the now King, was saying that this was entirely possible.
"They were open to discussions but something changed and the Queen, encouraged by Charles and Prince William, essentially said 'no, we can't countenance this, there's no way back, they're either in or they're out'."
Speaking of His Majesty and the Prince of Wales repairing their broken bond with Harry, the royal expert claimed it would be a "much longer process" for Wills.

The aide at the time was referring to the 1 year period HM Queen gave Harry and Meghan to decide if leaving working RF was what they really wanted. They could have come back anytime up to February 2021. Harry told Queen at that time they were never coming back as full time working Royals. They still wanted part time but that had never been available to them.

So they chose to leave. Which was entirely their choice. She wanted to go back to America with her status being married to Harry and her new title, as she wanted to get into Hollywood. With the help of the A listers, she didn't even know that was at their wedding, and we know how that turned out, don't we. The Queen also said if she was going into acting again they didn't need a big lavish wedding either. Megan wasn't happy with that decision at all allegedly. She had this all planned right from the start including snaring Harry imo.

Truly, I have never understood Haiirry’s previous popularity. His infantile behavior over a period of many years, his general bad behavior, and his poor performance on many levels, left me confused and often disgusted. However, I did respect his pre-marriage work on the Invictus Games, as well as his military service. Since leaving the UK, his behavior seems to be revealing his true colors, and, he seems to have made a mockery of Invictus. He and his wife seem to be casting-about for something to do. It would be nice if he did his best to re-focus Invictus on the Military it purports to serve and honor, and take the spotlight off of himself.

I hadn't heard about this yet, Fri 26 April, but if true, I'm so pleased. I've always thought Mike and or Zara would be great Ambassadors for Invictus. They're both amazing sportspeople in their own right at elite levels and are well loved and respected. Both very natural and personable people and veterans would relate to and benefit from their patronages. I do hope this is true

Lots of families do indeed have disputes, but this is no ordinary family and, this is no dispute. He has lied, betrayed in the most appalling ways and, relentlessly attempted to destroy the Monarchy, the late Queen’s legacy and, the Royal Family. He is a traitor to his country and, all he has known and, has earned the justified contempt his traitorous, treacherous and treasonous behaviour has afforded him.
