Mudamos nossos olhos, mudamos nossa percepção, mudamos nossa realidade.

    • brother, I am an engineer too. Please, do not feel disheartened. Happiness comes through the fact that no matter what is happening you always have a choice. Being an engineer might have been bestowed upon you but in every moment you have a choice to get out of it. Of course, you have to face the consequences of your choices but it all ends in death, no matter what you do the end state cannot be changed. Even when you die fearing hell, you won't be there to experience it, at least not as you. So how to be happy? Just change your perspective.... When you feel no stimulation, like when you are meditating......there is a type of meditation where you sit and try to feel everything, the frustration, sadness, happiness....whatever you are feeling during meditation you explore that feeling till you exhaust all the feelings to feel and you cannot feel anything further. After getting up from this kind of meditation you will welcome all sorts of experiences.... even pain......to some extent. Because the absence of any feeling is worse than bad feelings. This would not mean death is bad.....because if there is no one to feel there wouldn't be anyone to feel the absence of feeling.
