Excess mortality in England post Covid-19 pandemic: implications for secondary prevention
www.sciencedirect.com/science...
Many countries, including the UK, have continued to experience an apparent excess of deaths long after the peaks associated with the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 and 2021.
Numbers of excess deaths estimated in this period are considerable.
The UK Office for National Statistics (ONS) has calculated that there were 7.2% or 44,255 more deaths registered in the UK in 2022
OECD, UK
stats.oecd.org/index.aspx?que...
Excess deaths in 2022, 52,514 (9.26%)
This persisted into 2023 with 8.6% or 28,024 more deaths registered in the first six months of the year than expected.
OECD, UK, weeks 1 - 44, 2023
Excess deaths, 49,389 (9.44%)
The causes of these excess deaths are likely to be multiple and could include the direct effects of Covid-19 infection,
acute pressures on NHS acute services resulting in poorer outcomes from episodes of acute illness,
and disruption to chronic disease detection and management.
Further analysis by cause and by age- and sex-group may help quantify the relative contributions of these causes.
Office for Health Improvement and Disparities
3rd June 2022 to 30th June 2023
Excess deaths for all causes were relatively greatest for 50-64 year olds (15% higher than expected)
11% higher for 25-49 and under 25 year olds,
and about 9% higher for over 65s
Several causes
3rd June 2022-30th June 2023
All cardiovascular diseases, 12%
Heart failure, 20%
Ischaemic heart disease, 15
Liver diseases, 19%
Acute respiratory infections, 14%
Diabetes, 13%
For middle-aged adults (50-64)
Cardiovascular diseases, 33% higher than expected
Ischaemic heart disease, 44%
Cerebrovascular disease, 40%
Heart failure 39% higher
Deaths involving acute respiratory infections, 43% higher
Diabetes, deaths were 35% higher
The pattern now is one of persisting excess deaths which are most prominent in relative terms in middle-aged and younger adults
Timely and granular analyses are needed to describe such trends and so to inform prevention and disease management efforts.

  • I am a funeral director in a small town, we dont do huge numbers of deaths but I have noticed a considerable increase in 50-60 year olds. My last three arrangements were for women in their 50s and that is very unusual. One woman who had diagnosed terminal cancer actually died in hospital from a blood clot - she was still well enough and functioning, living independently and not needing care, up until that point. Her family informed me of the reason for her death and I was taken off guard by this information because the doctor who signed her medical cause of death stated her death was a result of the particular type of cancer she had. No mention of a blood clot. Medical staff are still covering these types of deaths. I really dont understand why.

A lot of my 30s work mates are beginning to experience weird feelings, light headedness, foggy memories, odd feelings in their chests etc. A couple in my team of 15 have been hospitalised but nothing found. I doggedly resisted the jibby jab and actually resigned, but then Jabcinda Ardern closed my countries border to the unvaxxed. I did not see my son for over 3 yrs (he went to study overseas in 2019 as a 20 yr old boy and next time I saw him he was a grown man) I couldn’t go support him when his father over there died as I run a business here in NZ and there was no guarantee I could get back into the country via MIQ. I cried when I got the first vax because it went against my principles and logic but I got convinced by my husband (stepdad to son) that it was safe and we were told it would help open the border to all those Kiwis who were effectively locked out. The second jab we had to have because of course the govt went back on what they said about one shot being enough. That time I was f***ing angry and the nurse told me “don’t worry I see lots of people like you!” told her to just get it over and done with so I could see my son again. I’m glad you held out and I’m sorry that the majority of Kiwis didn’t care about those overseas like you.

I’m in the US. I’ve never been anti-jab and I did think those that refused to get it were stupid. I was obviously completely wrong and regret trusting the government and I never will trust authorities again. I’m in my mid 50s. We’ve refused any updated jabs, but weirdly my company is no longer insisting we get them. I’m truly sorry to all those I thought were being stupid for not getting the vaccine.

I had to leave my job, and move to another state. I can handle people making mistakes, especially under immense nationwide pressure. The nurse administering the blood test said that she had been obliged to receive Covid shots early on working within the NHS but now no doctor or nurse in that particular surgery had any intention of having any more due to serious health concerns surrounding the MRNA vaccine, but that she was obliged to offer the vaccination to members of the public. If you read the research on mRNA treatments and "coated" delivery methods, you will find that heart related secondary effects were recorded. It is also worth noting that during the normal cellular process of lipid recycling , the introduced coating agents are also broken down into sub-units which then become systemically active compounds in their own right, with many diverse potential side - effects. This is what is not being said. The research I refer to was published by the people who developed these "treatments". They were quite concerned that in the month of Jan 2023, over 4,500 people had died in that month alone. They explained that this was the normal number of deaths for a whole year. About 256 had dropped dead on Christmas Eve 2022. Furthermore, the people dying were mainly those in their 30s and 40s.

  • 8:03 Since 2020, I’ve lost friends in the 25-49 group and all of them had unexpected heart failure. Very recently, I lost a work colleague just before the Christmas holidays. It still feels unreal. I clicked on this because it’s been on my mind that healthy young people should not develop heart issues or die in their sleep. This makes me sad. C19 was in the UK well before it got officially reported in the mainstream media. In Dec 2019, I met up with my tutor on the university campus for a coffee and 24hrs later, I became seriously ill. I didn’t understand why my body was struggling so hard, especially as a healthy 25yr old with a regular gym routine, non-smoker and non-drinker - whatever I had caught took me under in a way I’d never experienced before. When I got back to work in late Jan 2020, I did not feel like myself at all. Once we started hearing about the C19 outbreak in China and the symptoms list came out, I realised I’d already experienced the virus and knew it was serious. In Nov 2020, there was an outbreak of C19 in my workplace and it impacted everyone in my room - except for me. At that stage, I was certain my body had antibodies and built immunity to fight the virus. The Govt/NHS really pushed the 1st, 2nd and booster shots of the vaccine. I’m under the care of a specialist consultant for allergy and immunology and requested for data/information of how it would impact a person like me who already has a compromised immune system. I’m in the legal field, we’re a critical/cynical bunch, no strangers to asking difficult questions or drawing adverse inferences. When my consultant said that my medical records will be noted to state that I refused the vaccine against medical advice, I concluded that there was simply no data available. In my mind, it made no sense to expose my body to even a dormant version of the virus again via vaccine when I’d already fought it off and had antibodies present. I had this gut instinct feeling that if I had the vaccine it was equivalent to signing up as a human case study. 29 now and still vaccine free.

My son, had a Chinese friend in he's school ... Who had recently been to see family in china! But anyway, like you - I'm glad I had no jab, but my mother and father did. They were both healthy before, but last year my mum had a blood clot which caused a major stroke, she's recovering still, last year my father had a heart attack. Both healthy, working but taken all the jabs...... Well, they "where" healthy before the life changing heart attack and blood clot stroke

Now it lasts a whole day and yesterday we had a session delivered by an Anaesthetist on what to do when a woman presents with SOB (shortness of breath). What shocked me was the how much detail they went into regarding the different types of heart diseases that women are presenting with in pregnancy. What on earth is going on ? Pregnancy is not an illness but we are seeing more and more very unhealthy and unwell women presenting in labour requiring intervention. And they are still recommending that women have the Flu jab along with a covid19 jab in pregnancy and a whooping cough vax. The evidence is so poor for giving any of these in pregnancy. The flu jab contains formaldehyde for heaven's sake!!

They had both been vaccinated and had both previously had covid. One had recently been diagnosed with AF after having covid and the vaccine and the other one died from heart failure. I was out on my mountain bike with one of them (the one with AF) the day before he died. I was 60 a few months ago and have had 3 covid vaccinations….last year I kept getting messages from my GP to come in for for a booster…..there is no way I will ever have the covid vaccine again. To answer a few questions, my two friends lived in different areas to me and we were vaccinated all at different times. My last (3rd) covid vaccine was October 2021, At the moment I am reasonably healthy, maybe slightly overweight, I do exercise on my mountain bike on a regular basis and can at times be totally out of breath..due to an extreme workout…since my friends deaths I do have a heart monitor when exercising and keep an eye on the rate which should not exceed 220 minus my age…so 160 or above for a limited time. Sad to lose them both and really miss them…was it covid or covid vaccine related? I have no idea…

I saw the local GP who refused to say anything bad about the vax rollout and told me I should contact the clinic that gave me the shot. I did that and they said "we just give the shots and don't know anything about anything. You must go to the government website and fill out the Adverse Reaction form." I did that and nothing happened for a while, then 6 weeks later the government department sent me a form letter saying thanks for completing the form and if I have any problems, I should see my GP. A pointless circular reference. The skin condition faded and was replaced with a persistent cough, which I have now had for 2 years. I had never smoked and never coughed like this before. I went back to the GP and to a specialist, both of whom say there is nothing wrong with me. (after 8 minute consultations each) I still cough.

There is a flag pole at the bowling club that gets lowered if one of their members dies. It's April 2024 now and since the jab was brought in the flag is still very often down. Most are deaths due to cancer, to begin with it was the elderly but now there are many more fit, healthy people in their 40s to 70s undergoing cancer treatment. • Why didn’t you take it? Was it Because you hear what you want to hear like claiming VAERS is proof the vaccine kills or whatever. Anybody can report a side effect from a vaccine (not just doctors) on VAERS and anyone can request the entire VAERS database for any reason. This can range from having a sore arm to getting sick or in the rare cases that are medically serious are reported by physicians not Jim Bob falsely reports. You take the number of deaths directly reported in VAERS as direct proof - without any factual evidence and nothing has been investigated or verified as causally linked to the vaccine. After millions and millions of doses administered many millions a few thousand might coincidentally die soon after getting the vaccine. It’s not screened and it has been misused. Do you believe what I said? No? Strait from the VAERS website disclaimer. Key considerations and limitations of VAERS data: The number of reports alone cannot be interpreted as evidence of a causal association between a vaccine and an adverse event, or as evidence about the existence, severity, frequency, or rates of problems associated with vaccines. Reports may include incomplete, inaccurate, coincidental and unverified information. VAERS does not obtain follow up records on every report. If a report is classified as serious, VAERS requests additional information, such as health records, to further evaluate the report. VAERS data are limited to vaccine adverse event reports received between 1990 and the most recent date for which data are available. VAERS data do not represent all known safety information for a vaccine and should be interpreted in the context of other scientific information. VAERS data available to the public include only the initial report data to VAERS. Updated data which contains data from medical records and corrections reported during follow up are used by the government for analysis. However, for numerous reasons including data consistency, these amended data are not available to the public. Additionally, reports to VAERS that appear to be potentially false or fabricated with the intent to mislead CDC and FDA may be reviewed before they are added to the VAERS database. Knowingly filing a false VAERS report is a violation of Federal law (18 U.S. Code § 1001) punishable by fine and imprisonment. vaers-hhs-gov/data-html You still don’t believe me. Do you?

    • The white blood cells are damaged by the spike and this makes you much more susceptible to autoimmune issues and cancer. Your own natural immune system is always going to give you the best protection. Fasting can restore the thymus itself and also renew the white blood cells the body depends on to prevent these issues, which stops these side effects from occurring in those exposed. Some benefits of doing occasional extended fasting: High blood pressure is lowered to normal levels very quickly while fasting. Fibrosis/scarring is reversed over time, including in the heart and lungs. Fasting increases T cell production and regenerates the thymus. T cells are vital in fighting cancer, autoimmune disease and infections but as we age the thymus stops making as many of them. Fasting releases stem cells, which then can become new T cells. Fasting also releases growth hormone, which regenerates the thymus itself, which aids this process! Fasting stimulates phagocytosis, the ingestion of bacteria, plaques and viruses by the immune system. This will also remove any spikes, whether natural or unnatural in origin! Blood clotting is reduced and blood clots and arterial plaque are reabsorbed into the body. Vitamin D plasma levels are increased as fasting improves metabolic health, and vitamin D in turn increases autophagy. Fasting restores your circadian rhythm to normal over time. Fasting increases nitric oxide release. Fasting restores NAD+ to healthy levels. Reflexes and short term memory are increased. Fasts from 36-96 h increase metabolic rate due to norepinephrine release! Telomeres are lengthened and fasting also increases anti-aging Yamanaka factors. After 72 hours or more fasted, your body recycles up to 1/3 of all immune bodies, rejuvenating your entire immune system. This helps prevent the onset of new autoimmune conditions, which develop through a leaky gut and damaged immune system. Thymus is regenerated, which suppresses aging and renews the immune system. The thymus also plays a vital role in fighting cancer. Weight loss from daily caloric restriction has 1/4 to 1/3 of the weight lost as lean tissue while many studies show fat loss from 36 h fasts without losing any lean tissue! The obese will lose extra tissue like loose skin while fasting, but the skinny or frail will have increased growth hormone release than the obese, which helps to make more lean tissue and reduce frailness. When you move out of MTOR your body shuts down the building blocks of the cell required for viruses to replicate. The hunger hormone ghrelin also lowers with extended fasting and rises from dieting. What breaks a fast? Anything with protein or carbohydrates in it will break a fast. Most teas and herbs are OK. Most supplements and meds will either break ketosis directly or contain a filler that will. Many meds are dangerous to take while fasting. Does fasting lower testosterone? No, it raises it when the fast is broken by increasing lutenizing hormone. Fasting also increases insulin sensitivity, which helps with muscle building. Fasts of 36-96 will not affect short term female fertility or affect menstrual cycle. They also may increase long term fertility, especially in women with PCOS. Fasting reduces pain and anxiety by stimulating the endocannabinoid system in a similar way to CBD oil. One day of fasting can cut your leptin levels in half and gets your immune system working properly again! This reduces leptin resistance, which impairs immune function. Stomach acid is reduced over time while fasting and can allow for the healing of treatment resistant ulcers. Some patients may need continued acid reduction medication while fasting. Does the body preferentially prefer glucose as a fuel? No. Except for brief periods of very intense exercise, your body mainly burns fats in the form of free fatty acids. Your brain also prefers to burn ketones at a rate of around 2.5 to 1 when they are available in equal quantity to glucose. Fasting stimulates the AMPK complex and activates autophagy. Autophagy (literally self eating) will cause cells to recycle damaged proteins and foreign matter such as viruses. It will can kill cancerous and senescent cells Lowering insulin via fasting virtually eliminates chronic inflammation in the body. It increases mitochondrial function and repairs mitichondrial DNA, leading to improved ATP production and oxygen efficiency. Increased mitochondrial function also has the added benefit of increasing your metabolism, fighting infection and cancer prevention! Fasting releases BDNF and NGF in the blood which stimulates new nerve and brain cell growth. This can help a great deal with diseases like MS, peripheral neuropathy and Alzheimers. When not in ketosis, the brain can only burn carbohydrate, which produces a great deal of damaging ROS the brain has to deal with. Fasting also increases telomere length, negating some of the effects of aging at a cellular level. When you fast, this stimulates apoptosis in senescent or genetically damaged cells, destroying them. Senescent cells are responsible for many of the effects of aging and are a root cause of the development of cancer. A fasting mimicking diet for 3-5 days in a row also provides many of the same benefits as water fasting. FMD usually has 200-800 calories, under 18 g of protein and extremely low carbs. Exogenous ketones can aid with fasting, making it easier in healthy people and allowing some people with specific issues to fast in spite of them without worrying as much about hypoglycemia. They also help with dementia and many other issues even if you take them while not fasting! Glycine and trimethylglycine can also be useful supplements while fasting that won't break ketosis and have many benefits. Children, pregnant or nursing women should not fast for periods longer than 16 hours. People with pancreatic tumors or certain forms of hypoglycemia generally cannot fast at all. Type 1 diabetics can also fast but it is more complicated and should be approached with caution as it could lead to ketoacidosis. If you experience extreme symptoms of some kind, especially dizziness or tremors, then simply break the fast and seek advice. He died from a ventricular tachycardia and he had a critically dangerous troponin level. The hospital ruled out that he did not have a heart attack and discharged him. They never mentioned that his troponin level was off the chart despite the lab calling the nurse informing her about this. My healthy died suddenly at dinner three days after discharge from what was supposed to be the best heart hospital on Long Island. He should be alive today!! RIP Bruce and I will NEVER remain silent about your unnecessary death.

    • Acquired immunity, via exposure and working through it, is how the body's own immune system has countered viruses since the dawn of civilization. Natural immunity is FAR MORE effective and much longer lasting than some half-baked, never fully-tested, never officially approved, mandated mRNA jab. This jab, notice it is NOT a vaccine in the classic sense, actually causes the body to produce parts of the spike protein antigen throughout the ENTIRE body. Contrast this where SARS (or Severe Acute RESPIRATORY Syndrome) in normal exposure comes into the body via contact of respiratory droplets with mucous membranes - it starts in your airways, not your whole body. Let us not forget that SARS CoV 2 is a man-made gain of function germ warfare product that somehow was released into the human population from the CCP. Let us also not forget the endless lies, prevarications, and obfuscation which took place regarding the origin of CoV2, where the popular claim was this was a zoonotic spill-over event. Remember that goverments, big pharma, big medicine, and the mainstream media failed to emphasize the importance of preventive measures such as adequate levels of Vit D3, Vit K, zinc, fresh air, sunshine, etc. Those same organizations worked to denigrate, villify, shame people from seeking out, and outright banned possible safe and effective therapeutics such as off-label use of ivrmctn, hcq, and mono-clonal antibodies. Instead, what WAS pushed was lockdowns, masks, hand-washing (always beneficial,) social distancing, school closings, house of worship closings, vaccine passports, HIPA violations galore, etc. We were instructed to stay-at-home until just before we couldn't breathe and then check into a hospital, only to be placed on a ventilator and receive rmdsvr. (The risk to benefit for this treatment being very high.) And then as if everything had been stood on its head, the ONLY solution proposed (and then mandated in many parts of the world) was the jab. At first you were told the jab would prevent you from getting CoVid (proven FALSE,) then you were told you couldn't spread CoVid (proven FALSE,) then you were told the jab would prevent you from dying of CoVid (proven FALSE,) and finally you were told if you were jabbed you would experience much milder symptoms. This last, rather nebulous, claim is difficult to prove either way. But is is a far cry from the absolute claims that were initially profered and subsequently found to be false. Don't forget, where was the informed consent and the list of possible side effects that were supposed to accompany the jab ? The POTUS at the time, you know, the one who claimed he would unite the US citizenry, told us that the Winter was going to be a pandemic of the unvaccinated. People couldn't travel as they desired, were made to quarantine (sometimes up to two weeks,) couldn't eat in restaurants - some were even arrested for not showing vaccination status, some elites were caught falsifying their vaccine status. And one of the biggest abuses of CoVid happened when some US Governors and Secretaries of State uni-laterally changed voting laws (contrary to States' constitutions that place this authority squarely on the State legislatures.) Hmmm, I wonder why they did THAT and opened up their States to a flood-gate of mail-in ballots. No, this was no simple naturally occuring pandemic. These were crimes against humanity in so many ways, which cost people all over the world SOME MUCH and they are still paying. We must never forget these crimes against humanity. Do not forget, do not forgive and seek justice in the form of Nuremburg 2.0.
