I thank the Backbench Business Committee for scheduling this debate and my 17 colleagues from across the House who supported the application for a debate on the trends on excess deaths. This debate follows on from my Adjournment debate on 20 October on the same issue.
The eyes of history are upon us. Every generation looks back in wonder at the incredible mistakes of its forebears. They will ask questions such as, “How could they possibly not have realised how wrong they were?”, “What on earth happened to them?”, “Why did they ignore the evidence for so long, as well as their values and every opportunity to learn from the mistakes of yesteryear?” and “What madness captures men?”
From 2010 to 2019, annual death rates in England and Wales oscillated between 484,000 and 542,000. In 2020, there were 607,000 deaths, which is 65,000 more than the maximum figure in 2018. In 2021, there were 586,000 deaths, which is 44,000 more than the 2018 figure. After such a rise, there should be a significant deficit. In fact, our most vulnerable and elderly, who might have lived a while longer, were sadly taken from us early. In 2022, there were 577,000 deaths in England and Wales, and in 2023 there were 581,000. That is a huge rise when a significant deficit would, and should, have been expected. The deficit has been filled not with the extremely old and vulnerable, but has been filled-and then some-with many, many others who are often young or in the prime of their lives.
Some people might want to ascribe the excess deaths in 2022 and 2023 to the virus, but that would be a mistake; that is not what their death certificates say. Moreover, far too many young people are dying. Far from being below the recent rolling average, excess deaths in 2022 were above that average: 6% above. In 2023, when one might have expected deaths to finally fall below the average, the excess was also 6% above. Those numbers are higher in the younger age groups.
No one with integrity can fail to be troubled by those figures. What is actually going on? That is why we need to have this debate. This problem affects us all. It affects every community in every constituency across the country. I thank all right hon. and hon. Members attending this debate, and we need to thank the public for their interest, which has stirred the interest of colleagues. I am very encouraged by the turnout for today’s debate, which is considerably better than we have seen in the past.
Not everyone in this room will be comfortable with analysing scientific data and figures, but that is not my position. I was fortunate enough to take a degree in
Toggle showing location of Column 212WH
biological sciences from Nottingham University many years ago. I specialised in biochemistry, genetics, behaviour and virology.
Of course we should be using the most accurate figures that we have. Later in the speech, I will talk about the data we really want, which would settle this matter once and for all beyond reasonable doubt.
I thank the public for their pressure and interest in these statistics, the people who have attended in person today and the thousands who will be watching on television or online.
There is a burning question at the heart of this debate. After excess deaths, there should be a deficit: where is it? When will we have it? Worse, why is the deficit being not just filled but significantly exceeded? Why are the institutions, whose job it is to notice, record, publicise and call attention to such matters, apparently asleep at the wheel?
A second burning question is why no one is listening to those raising the alarm. The research and analysis done by two of Britain’s most trusted doctors provide us with alarming clarity. Only this week, Professor Carl Heneghan, director of the Centre for Evidence-Based Medicine at the University of Oxford, reviewed the causes of excess deaths and concluded that they are predominantly related to cardiovascular disease. He told the Sunday Express newspaper that this cannot be explained by covid, population growth or an ageing population. Yesterday, consultant cardiologist Dr Aseem Malhotra, who is a world-leading expert in the causes of heart disease, told TNT Radio that even though cardiovascular disease is multifactorial, top of the list in
Toggle showing location of Column 213WH
the hierarchy of causes behind excess cardiac-related deaths has to be the experimental covid mRNA vaccine until proven otherwise. This is not speculative.

  • Wow. I’m in tears listening to this courageous man. Tears of gratitude, tears of sorrow for ALL of the pain and suffering this caused - not only deaths, but serious injury and lifelong health issues, and the extreme emotional and financial impact on those of us who refused to take the vaccine - be it for medical reasons (myself) or simply choice. What happened to our human right to choose what is injected into our bodies? Tears of outrage and incredulity at the cover up, the extreme coercion, the clamping down on freedom of speech, and that this could ever have happened. I begged and pleaded with my GP for an exemption given my medical history - and while he acknowledged the risks, he refused to write an exemption due to the risk of their practice being audited for giving exemptions, let alone that the only criteria allowed at that time was if you had already had a life threatening reaction to the vaccine 😳 This refusal meant that I was not allowed to work as a Clinical Psychologist - initially even via TeleHealth, where there was ZERO risk of transmission to anyone. Incredulity and outrage that the research science NOT funded by the vested interest pharmaceutical companies or conducted at universities funded by these - was not only initially being ignored and discredited but then ALTERED! I have lost trust in our medical establishments, the media, our governments, our reported “science”, and fellow human beings who vilified those of us who went to great lengths to investigate and question the contemporary commentary, by searching out the evidence and the reasoning behind the choices being made by those in positions of power to influence the situation - governments, media, medics, pharmaceutical companies - who made more money than I think it’s possible to even count, from this situation - with ZERO liability. I applaud and feel immense gratitude to those who have stood up against this - like yourself Dr Campbell, this brave member of Parliament, people like Senator Gerard Rennick and Senator Alex Antic in Australia, Russell Brand. “The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.” - utilitarian philosopher John Stuart Mill. Thank you so much for sharing this.. 😌

    • @@2trancentralActually, this is very courageous when compared to greedy, soul-sellouts in the medical community. I need not post then ancient stoic quotes or spiritual "dogma" writings which clearly state that in a time of unprecidented corruption and deception that TRUTH would be promoted as evil lies. What big pharma has done reprehensible and like NASA we cannot get a straight answer from any of those institutions. They all brought this upon themselves and they got BUSTED for the whole "sustainable development" depopulation SCAMS put forth by "think tanks" such as Tavistock, Rand, Rhodes, MI6, and many more attempting to market pain, suffering and death while the "uber-rich" hang out in safe zones. Then re-defining phrases like "Conspiracy Theorists" as insane trouble makers making up lies, which more than 60% turn out to be true. My point is whistleblowers should be protected when exposing corruption and deception, yet this is not happening due to an utter lack in checks and balances. When a man like this, steps up to people in a room like that. It is indeed courageous. What he should have said was, "If you can't pay the fine and/or do the time, then you ought not do the crimes. Have you read the fine print about what this man and his ilk are putting forward? If you had you would realize he's is merely hoisting them up on their own petard. When I find myself standing or sitting in the section of scorn, I read all the dudiligence which, on this topic I have. I suspect in a few years time you'll understand and it maybe far too late to doing anything about it💔

    • We do not sadly have the authority to put such a man in charge.. We have seem the debacle created from the last placing of a PM.. The members of the party vote for the few put forward for PM. It was not the peoples choice to replace Boris, but for an undercurrent number of Tory rebels who thought he should go, after all people voted for Boris a Brexit supporter from all parties giving the Tory party the largest majority ever… But the rebels not in favour of Brexit caused this mess.. The members chose Truss, but such is the back biting from the rebels they demeaned her and put into place Rishi Sunak the loser of the members votes… So they got rid of her also and the loser won, by some strange logic he is a follower of Klaus Schwab’s WEF an overseas organisation.. We have the leader of the Labour Party also a WEF follower, this is what is happening in the U.K.. The WEF is taking over western constitutions and we can only hope people will become aware of this vast corruption in our voting systems.. As in the US this organisation should not be allowed in our parliament to influence its disasterous policies…. Of course if Andrew Bridgen were the member of another party we would select him for PM as he is a heroic man….

    • Fasting can help undo the damage and also helps a great deal for long infections and putting your immune system into great shape. Anyone who may be at risk should consider it. Some benefits of doing occasional extended fasting: High blood pressure is lowered to normal levels very quickly while fasting. Fibrosis/scarring is reversed over time, including in the heart and lungs. Fasting stimulates phagocytosis, the ingestion plaques, growths and pathogens by the immune system. This will also remove spikes quicker, whether natural or unnatural in origin!. Vitamin D plasma levels are increased as fasting improves metabolic health, and vitamin D in turn increases autophagy. T cells and T reg cells are vital in fighting cancer, autoimmune disease and infections but as we age the thymus stops making as many of them. Fasting releases stem cells, which then can become new T cells. It also releases growth hormone, which regenerates the thymus itself! Fasting restores NAD+ and increases nitric oxide release to open blood vessels. Reflexes and short term memory are increased. Your body recycles up to 1/3 of all immune bodies in a 72h fast, rejuvenating your entire immune system. This helps prevent the onset of new autoimmune conditions, which develop through a leaky gut and damaged immune system. Fasts from 36-96 h increase metabolic rate due to norepinephrine release! Fasting increases anti-aging Yamanaka factors and increases average telomere length in stem cell pools. Fasting can help with MS, Depression, BPD, Autism and seizures. Fasting restores your circadian rhythm to normal over time. When you move out of MTOR your body shuts down the building blocks of the cell required for viruses to replicate. The hunger hormone ghrelin also lowers with extended fasting and rises from dieting. What breaks a fast? Anything with protein or carbohydrates in it will break a fast but most teas and herbs are OK. Supplements and meds often break ketosis directly or contain a filler that will. Many meds are dangerous to take while fasting. Does fasting lower testosterone? No, it raises it when the fast is broken by increasing lutenizing hormone. Fasting also increases insulin sensitivity, which helps with muscle building. Fasting sactivates autophagy (literally self eating). This will cause cells to recycle damaged proteins and foreign matter such as viruses. Lowering insulin via fasting virtually eliminates chronic inflammation in the body. Weight loss from daily caloric restriction has 1/4 to 1/3 of the weight lost as lean tissue while many studies show fat loss from 36 h fasts without losing any lean tissue! The obese will lose loose skin while fasting, but the frail will have increased growth hormone release, which helps to make more lean tissue and reduce frailness. Fasts of 36-96 will not affect short term female fertility or affect menstrual cycle. They also may increase long term fertility issues for some women. Fasting reduces pain and anxiety by stimulating the endocannabinoid system, just like the effect of CBD oil Stomach acid is reduced over time while fasting and can allow for the healing of treatment resistant ulcers. Some patients may need continued acid reduction medication while fasting. Your brain also prefers to burn ketones at a rate of around 2.5 to 1 when they are available in equal quantity to glucose. Except for brief periods of very intense exercise, your body mainly burns fats in the form of free fatty acids. It increases mitochondrial function and repairs mitichondrial DNA, leading to improved ATP production and oxygen efficiency. Increased mitochondrial function also has the added benefit of increasing your metabolism, fighting infection and cancer prevention! Fasting releases BDNF and NGF in the blood which stimulates new nerve and brain cell growth. This can help a great deal with diseases like MS, peripheral neuropathy and Alzheimers. When not in ketosis, the brain can only burn carbohydrate, which produces a great deal of damaging ROS the brain has to deal with. Fasting also increases telomere length, negating some of the effects of aging at a cellular level. When you fast, this stimulates apoptosis in senescent or genetically damaged cells, destroying them. Senescent cells are responsible for many of the effects of aging and are a root cause of the development of cancer. A fasting mimicking diet for 3-5 days in a row also provides many of the same benefits as water fasting. FMD usually has 200-800 calories, under 18 g of protein and extremely low carbs. Exogenous ketones can aid with fasting, making it easier in healthy people and allowing some people with specific issues to fast in spite of them without worrying as much about hypoglycemia. They also help with dementia and many other issues even if you take them while not fasting! Glycine and trimethylglycine can also be useful supplements while fasting that won't break ketosis and have many benefits. Children, pregnant or nursing women should not fast for periods longer than 16 hours. People with pancreatic tumors or certain forms of hypoglycemia generally cannot fast at all. Type 1 diabetics can also fast but it is more complicated and should be approached with caution as it could lead to ketoacidosis. If you experience extreme symptoms of some kind, especially dizziness or tremors, then simply break the fast and seek advice. They either died (not with COVID)or things happened to them; two lost their sight the day after their second, some presented weird red rashes or shingles. My beautiful, healthy, 45 year old colleague didn't wake up one morning. August '21 both my uncle and dad suddenly died from massive heart attacks. A few months later just after his third dose a friend of mine was diagnosed with cancer, he died within a week. There are so many others but these were the closest to me. If I hadn't have been relocating i would have lost my job as i had concerns from day one and was not going to partake. I used a mask even though I understood masks are porous compared to viruses. I got the jabs. Wish I hadn’t. Before 2020, I used albuterol a couple of times a year in the spring when something blooms that my lungs don’t like. 2 treatments a year. Since my last jab I have increasingly become dependent on albuterol. 2-3 times a day. I believe our governments, worldwide, are conspiring to kill us. They do not appear to be afraid of uprisings or loss of power or money. I have been racking my brain to find the motivation for selling out mankind.

    • We all know that greed has consumed modern society driven by unlimited consumption showcased by the highly successful Americans and their system. It is it both leadership and the populous. It has been getting worse every year for decades and now we are seeing the manifestation of this everywhere we look. At the highest level of society, they have been caught practicing profit over human life whether it be governments creating wars or big pharma creating fear of disease or worse, making diseases worse through their countless chemistry experiments. I have never trusted the medical industry for decades because in the 80’s when I started researching vitamins and came across this book called Life Extension, I notices how hard big pharma and doctors were suppressing vitamin C as a preventative measure for colds and other things. The I read about Dr. Gerson and how he was banned from practicing his cancer treatments in the US because it was NOT chemo or radiation, yet he had successes in curing liver cancer. So much so that the Gerson method was taken up be a large Japanese medical center with the same 50% cure rate. Note, zero coverage of this great gain in knowledge. WTF right? After Covid I now realize that big pharma owns ALL doctors in the US minimally because they were not willing to speak out and lose their millionaire lives by being black balled by the big pharma machine. Big pharma knew how to silence them and even got a critical mass of them to go along with this vax (genetic engineering) profit over human life scheme. Big pharma is also the largest donor to congress which probably include 10 different ways to launder some of their profits to these sub human congressmen. Big pharma is also the largest donor to the cable TV and main stream media industries. All of this has been revealed so now they are lobbying the government to take away our freedoms to speak out because this is the only way they can put the genie of their death plans back in the bottle.

  • The UK should be grateful for this gentleman. He has spoken up since the beginning at risk of his own life, liberty, and freedom. A national, no a global treasure as so many who have stood up in the face of tyranny.

  • Here in America I've been saying the same thing. But people don't want to believe me. That younger people are dying and not living past 60. Plus a lot of young people in their twenties and '30s are dropping dead and nobody is saying nothing.

    • exactly they're in denial, a lot of people probably know lowkey but because they were complicit , admitting they were wrong in such a huge scandal is not an option
