The risks are detailed in the contract, the participants acknowledge they have been told of all the inherent risks, they assume all of the risk of injury injury and death, and still choose to participate. Unlike a simple liability waiver where you promise not to sue , an AOR provides liability protection in court.

Thanks for letting us take a virtual lap with you guys..., April, you seriously lit it up through the pump track section! Speaking of pump tracks: lucky to be having another warm weekend here in Chico...Upper Park trails & the Wildwood track were once again full of big & little rippers, lots of parents & kids riding together. Always much thanks for all your efforts in making that track into a reality. Really appreciate Kyle's Vital MTB podcast comment about feeling more fulfilled by helping regular folks experience the benefits of riding than by the recognition you got from winning races. You guys bring an all-to-rare focus on using your talents toward benefiting others. Just recently re-watched Awesome MTB's 2019 vid with Mo & Hannah riding Moab with Kyle...Mo mentioned while watching you rip that you should have your own KZhead channel. • Back in the 90s, yeah i am dating myself, we got to play paintball inside of an old skating rink, it was a blast not only getting to play indoors but they also added other really cool features that we didn't get to experience outside. Plus, it also renovated a dilapidated old building that held nostalgia for those of us who skated there as kids. Love these kind of places.

    • Good idea to use the empty space but the price of renting or buying such a large piece of real-estate plus the cost of legal/maintenance/staff costs you would have to charge a arm and a leg just to stay afloat.

    • We are on the same boat as you! I wish you guys could see just how much work Kyle especially puts into all of this (since he is more of the brains in this). It is hard to be motivated when it is so cold/windy all of the time. Also there is only really one trail we are allowed to consistently ride in winter, but it is a little far in the desert. I have mainly been focusing on rehab for any parts of my body that need work, self care and strength training.
