Move into my Seoul apartment with me

Finding an apartment was easier than I expected, so instead of an apartment hunting video, (luckily) this turned into a moving and shopping video. I had really been looking forward to buying some things for my house, I'm glad I got to finally have that experience :)
Check out my updated loft tour here!!
• My Seoul Loft | Room Tour
New apartment starts at 7:45
I ended up using my phone to film a decent part of this video. I apologize for the sub-par quality, it would have been difficult to take my bigger camera with me. "The best camera is the one you have with you," right?
A note about my captions:
I translated these into Korean by myself, so there are probably a lot of mistakes.. Sorry about that.
자막은 내가 직접 한글로 번역했으니 실수가 많을 거예요. 미안해요.
I hope this video is relaxing, interesting to watch, and/or brings you some sort of healing. To support this vlog, please check the following links:

What is "ÆʃBLU"?
It is a stylized version of "Ash Blue" derived from the phonetic representation of "AshBlue", which I have chosen for no particular reason, other than that I like the color and it sounds cool. Perhaps its a bad channel name because its quite difficult to type with a regular keyboard, but if you just type "aesblu" the channel will likely come up.
Alternative spellings so the KZhead algorithm picks it up:
ÆʃBLU, Ash Blue, Ash Blu, AshBlue, AshBlu, Aesh Blue, Aesh Blu, AeshBlue, AeshBlu

Costco, Dasio, Jaju, Muji, Ikea, Emart

  • Grats on the apartment! I have to say, you definitely gave me a few chuckles...3 drawers of TP for a single guy? and I was definitely holding my breath when you climbed onto the window ledge to attempt the curtain install. LOL Yeah, sleeping on the hard floor makes it easier to sleep; keep saying that and it might come true. I keep seeing these lovely little apartments and wondering why we don't have more of these affordable options here in the United States.

  • Hi! I currently live in Gangwondo but I’m moving to Seoul soon and going through this stressful process of thinking of how to furnish my new place, and we’ll priority being a bed, so I was wondering where did you order your mattresss from?

    • Wow that's exciting! I got mine from Zinus, just make sure to order it ahead of time so you don't end up in my situation😂

  • From what I see loft apartments are really popular. No one is renting in my town cause of the states rent moratorium. No one wants to pay and they legally can't evict till mid January. I really need my own apartment again

    • I really like this loft so far. When I was looking at apartments in Seoul, not that many had lofts, but it seems like its getting more popular! Sorry to hear about troubles renting, it seems like a bit of a mess right now. Wishing you the best!

    • @@aesblu oh it is. Like I said landlords dont want to rent cause people paid the security and first months rent and stopped. Eviction courts are either not open or so far backlogged it would be months or a year plus before anything happens. On top of it the eviction moratorium is in effect and if someone proves they can't paid cause of the pandemic they legally can't be evicted. All you had to do was fill a form and the state pays 15 months of rent from last April on. The moratorium was good at first but after extentions people are taking advantage

Maybe you can take a small trip to a different city or even just look around your own town like a tourist for now, might be a nice little change up in the meanwhile
