We know and love members of the First Presidency and Quorum of Twelve Apostles of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Several of them have been serving in these positions for decades. But what did they look and sound like as newly-called apostles? What worries did they express? And most importantly-what testimony did they share? Take this dive to find out!

  • Thank you for making this truly special compilation and sharing it! I can feel the Holy Ghost bear witness of our God through their testimonies, of God's infinite love for us, of the truth of these apostles' callings and of the restored Church of Jesus Christ in these latter days. God is full of grace and truth. I am grateful for my living Savior, who rescues me from death and hell. In the name of Jesus Christ, amen!

  • When I sometimes question things the prophets and apostles do or say, I remember the witness they bear of Jesus Christ. I am then able to lay aside other concerns.

    • @@eveadame1059 Some, not all people till this day, don't believe in the PRE-MORTAL LIFE, they only believe in the Eternal Life. See, life didn't start at birth, and it won't end at death. So, the PRE-MORTAL LIFE is, the Eternal Life. JESUS CHRIST is the first born, our Oldest Brother, and LUCIFER our next other Brother SON of our ETERNAL PARENT'S. And, LILITH, EVE, etc. our Oldest Sister's first born Daughter's of our ETERNAL PARENT'S, and than US all. Lots of truths taken away from the Bible.

  • The Church is like a great caravan-organized, prepared, following an appointed course, with its captains of tens and captains of hundreds all in place. What does it matter if a few barking dogs snap at the heels of the weary travelers? Or that predators claim those few who fall by the way? The caravan moves on. Is there a ravine to cross, a miry mud hole to pull through, a steep grade to climb? So be it. The oxen are strong and the teamsters wise. The caravan moves on. Are there storms that rage along the way, floods that wash away the bridges, deserts to cross, and rivers to ford? Such is life in this fallen sphere. The caravan moves on. Ahead is the celestial city, the eternal Zion of our God, where all who maintain their position in the caravan shall find food and drink and rest. Thank God that the caravan moves on! Bruce R.   • nelson holy years of working in Gods vines plantations are far more than my whole age and my holy years is not even half of my age, this shows that theres level to this spiritual life as well , these people live breath eat and sleep with the words of God , you cannot compare us regular human to them as they sacrifices their sins to follow our Gods

  • That’s really true they know they r giving up nothing to serve Christ, only the things of the world 🌎, which is nothing compared to the true diamond 💎 gospel that is our only (Eph 4.5) delight & the chance to really win (Rev 12.11). When we each attend the Holy Temple (Ps 24.3,4) we r promised much higher than mere ecclesiastical callings we r promised to be like Our Eternal Father the fulfillment (dc 84.38) of our divine destiny (dc 132.19) - truth (dc 93.24) be told (Jhn 8.30,31)! - 7 -
