How a Dumpster Diver Created a $1 Billion Empire with His Last $0.50

2021 ж. 23 Сәу.
1 321 044 Рет қаралды

Patagonia started with a mountain climber-turned-dumpster diver who lived off 50 cents a day.
It never cared about being cool or maximizing profits. Instead, it's always focused on being socially and environmentally responsible.
And yet, it's become a billion-dollar company and a status symbol for the biggest and richest companies in the world.
This is the story of Patagonia.

  • I was homeless outside 3 years and I got my first van for 1000 in payments, I made it into a home and lived in there 2 years, sold it for 3000 because it was a camper. Then realized this was a good job. Since then I've had 12 vans and worked my way up to busses, and I own a 2016 bus converted to an rv now worth about 40,000$. I haven't had a real job or house in 8 years now and i just turned 26 years old. Im still buying and selling so the stories not over yet
